  1. I agree with the dermatologist above. You don’t seem to have DUPA. Trying to categorize a miniaturized follicle can be tricky and depends on ethnicity. A strong hair in Caucasian may be the same size as a miniaturized hair in a Hispanic. It is not an EXACT science as some people may think of it. if you stayed on the stabilization regiment, phenotypically you seem to be an excellent candidate for hair transplant. But you seem to be an obsessive type personality and a worrier. Partial knowledge sometimes is worst than no knowledge: Better to leave good enough alone instead of aiming for perfection.
  2. Those temples came out good. Everything looks good man. Happy for you
  3. it is all smoke and mirror. This looks no different than a WAW punch at 0.9 after surgery. Patient characteristics are different too. Some patients with fine blonde hair have triples , quadrulples and 5-6 FU units. Munib is a master marketer.
  4. Strip density varies drastically as one goes from occipital to temporal area. You cannot calculate the density at the thickest part of the scalp and assume the entire strip has the same density. It drops significantly.
  5. based on photos it is very unlikely you will have good result. usually clinics that transplant like this are sub par . Add the complexity of afro hair on top of that, they transect majority of follicles. Nothing you can do about it now but wait to see how it turns out and consider repair in one year. how much was the cost? who did the surgery?
  6. Dude has a personality of a chiuhaha. If I was eugenix, I would discharge him as a patient, and tell him to kick rocks. reminds me of those people who have been nerds their whole lives, make a little bit of money as adults and think the world owes them everything. GTFO.
  7. In my opinion Zarev extracts partial grafts and not true follicular units. Meaning if it is a 3 hair follicle he will extract 1 or 2 of the hairs. He makes up for this by transplanting large quantity of follicles. End result is the same. JMO. but feel like it is true based on the punch size, but also a repair case where he had to remove the misplaced follicles over multiple sessions.
  8. You need a scar revision, or scar revision + FUT depending on your scalp laxity. Only then should you consider FUE. JMO. Dr Munib Ahmed Quoted you 40,000 Euros ? for how many grafts?
  9. For such a small surgery . No big consequences. If it was a bigger surgery - 1000 -2000 FUE grafts, the scarring that results from large punch holes also effects the neighboring follicles "health." I suspect this is due to the scarring effecting the blood supply so it is not ideal.
  10. My only criticism would be, those are some huge punches to extract follicles for temple points. Most can do it with a 0.85 or 0.9 . Those look almost like a 1.0 punch
  11. I thnk, if anything it will help. It helps with Musculoskeletal injury recoveries. But bro please fix your boiler . this is no way to live.
  12. I have seen 1000s of transplant. Meds improve results period. It even improves donor hair quality and caliber and length of anagen phase.
  13. You constantly keep calling other surgeon's out so it is only fair you get called out too. A lot of your patients are on medications. Anyone that knows anything about surgery knows that medications can take a mediocre results to good and good to great. So how about you start listing the medication regiment with all your superfluous statements about your skillset. While the industry is filled with average and below average surgeons who you keep comparing yourself too, there are surgeons that are good and excellent who are putting out work similar or better than yours for years without any over the top boasting about their skills. Just keeping it real my man.
  14. yours too? Dude is odd. I understand hair patients are going through stuff but this guy needs professional help.
  15. Was it pekinner? he uses manual tools. curly hair is difficult with that. That is a blessing. i rather have a doctor stop the surgery no matter how great a loss from plane tickets etc then buthcer the donor area. That is commendable. I think she is better than Dr Pathomvanich personally.
  16. curly hair by itself is not what makes the case hard. curly hair with different skin types. In fact some curly hair is the easiest to extract because of skin property that facilitates the extraction process.
  17. i do not know her personally. you have to ask her directly. she does not seem like the kind of person that would lie to you to get you as a patient. she has many years of experience and her work is one of my favorites.
  18. If you can’t get a reply from Dr Laorwong reach out to Dr bonus. She works at the same clinic and just as good
