Hi all first post on here

I had my 2nd transplant recently in November 2021 with Dr. Marwan Saifi after a previous hair transplant in Istanbul with Dr. CINIK (5K Grafts)

This operation with Dr. Saifi was on my temporal peaks, hairline touch up(Repair from 1st transplant) and temple work for added density, I also got anything spare thrown in the crown. I'll update again at 3 months and at other milestones.

Started shedding around day 8 with some hair in the scabs but Dr. Saifi said all looks good - great thing about Dr Saifi is he responds himself to any queries. Few hairs here and there shedding too but nothing major yet. Temple points still a bit red you can see but they look really good as you can see, the blend is beautiful.

Dr Saifi sent me on about 250 photos taken on day which tells the tale of the whole procedure and we have some videos too that was cool to see.

I've attached some photos below to give you an idea of where I started and now

It's only under these conditions do people really see the quality of work being produced by Cinik. You made a huge upgrade by going to Saifi. Best of luck!!

Exactly, I am able to admit I made a mistake 1st time out and I'm lucky it was not worse. I'm very happy now with how my 2nd op went and just waiting patiently now for the growth 😊

It's hard to say if it was a mistake. I've seen some really good results from Cinik (with hair grown out). To me, it's a gamble. You're right that it wasn't terrible. The donor was salvaged and you were able to lower the hairline, as opposed to having to remove poorly implanted grafts.

Personally, I believe *most* people need a second transplant to refine hairline and improve density. You're on the right track now! :)

@Colly29looks great! Do you know if Dr.Saifi does bht? Like beard hair and stuff?

Thanks mate, you know what, I'm actually not quite sure because I was getting areas done that would just require scalp hair. I'll try find out for you though! I'd imagine he does.

Looks great and happy growing! I like how you grow your fringe out which is a nice change to see.

Thank you very much! Waiting for the growth to start hopefully in a month and a half. I either wear it up or down but for day of surgery just left it natural so the Doc could see what way my hair flowed 💪

Hi all, little 2.5 month update after my first cut. I didnt shed completely on my temple points and you can see the outline still. I think everything on top shed so just waiting on the growth. Dr. Saifi says all looks great and the growth will begin soon! I've grown a few little hairs on the hairline so that's something I guess! Will update again when there's something to updateIMG_20220118_224721.thumb.jpg.84ced0f69e3f1dc575c80b4e7e996058.jpg

Hi All, quick 4.5 month update. Ive shared photos before and after a haircut 1 day apart to get a better idea. There's been some progress on temporal peaks. There's a small gap on the left side peak which I'm waiting to fill in but looks OK so far it's taking shape. Hairline is very slowly but surely coming in but will just have to wait and see. Crown then looks to be ever so slightly growing also. Could be a big next couple of months ahead!

Looks excellent @Colly29. You can buzz it down at the back and sides and cannot tell. You've got just short of another six months ahead of you of growing. Thanks for the update and all the best!

Those temple points looks sick. Really really nice result overall at just 4.5 months. 😁

Looking forward to my repair with Dr Saifi in September. 😊
