Hey y’all. Sorry for the delay. Here is the update. Overall I’m happy with it! There are a few areas that could use some refinement (couple spots didn’t grow in that well), and I don’t think this transplant is making it into Hasson & Wong’s ad material. But I look better than before, and most people  in my life comment that they couldn’t tell I got anything done… which is what I was hoping for! Haha (Hairdressers we’re closed for a while— hair got really crazy for a couple months!!)

month 7 (don’t know why upside down)

Month 10-ish (got a haircut!!):

sorry some of these are upside down. Dunno what’s up with that. Also, apologies for the delay in posting. I got anxious about whether things were coming along at the right pace and decided to avoid the forum for a bit. I have more shots that I can post later.

overall, happy I made the decision to do this! :)

Really strong update and cute doggo.

Glad to see how much it has grown in. There's a noticeable difference from month 8 to month 10. Are you going to see Dr. Wong to ask about his opinion on the result?

Can you post some better photos? It still looks a bit thin to me but could be the lighting.

Is it common for one fue to not be enough? Is it that some grafts didn't grow or was it too many grafts for the area?

I would say we can appreciate the new look, however, I would like to see better quality photos since we cannot really appreciate that new hairline in detail.

Could you share updated photos? Maybe even some exterior photos?

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience 😉

i was thinking Dr. Wong was FUT only! Another clear sign FUE is the mosto popular technique these days. I mean, FUT may have its advantages but i have seen those massive scars from big extractions which make me doubt it's really the best solution for bigger hairloss, as it will be limiting the much needed hair style.

Hello, thought it was time to update.

First off, I saw Dr. Wong last October to review my results. He thought that some areas were lacking, and that we should add some more grafts. Credit to Dr. Wong, he suggested doing more grafts without me requesting it, and the clinic added 474 additional grafts on January 25. I didn’t pay for the extra work.

We did stick and poke (or whatever it’s called) this time, so they didn’t have to shave my entire head, which was awesome! I haven’t noticed any changes, but it was a small operation, and it has been two months.

I have attached several photos of the end result of my hair transplant, which I was happy with overall, taken in various lighting conditions and from different angles. The last one was taken today.
