  1. What you think doesn't matter to me. You're being dismissive of the fact that both @sunsurfhair and I had a poor experience with this clinic and this pharmacy. It wasn't your money and it didn't take up your time chasing these people to send the product we paid for. If you're in the habit of waiting for six weeks before the products you buy even get shipped, then you're far more passive than anyone else I know.
  2. To top it all off, they didn't properly organize the brokerage clearance for the DHL package and so now I'm out another $20 unnecessarily, even after I paid full shipping to @FUECLINIC @Melvin- Moderator is obviously going to feel motivated to protect his client because Dr. Mwamba is one of the people paying his salary here. It's hard to be impartial between one of your bosses, and some random guy who is just another non-paying member of the site. Melvin's focus is also on the hair transplant surgeries, not on policing topicals purchases, so I can forgive his ignorance on how this works.
  3. @sunsurfhairtoday I finally got my DHL tracking number from the pharmacy. Did you get yours yet?
  4. Oh look, Dr. Mwamba's chief fan boy shill is back for more! Give it up you goof. You're so obsessed with defending Mwamba in every thread his name is mentioned. Talk about an agenda, wow.
  5. I have already used a bottle of Dr. Mwamba's magic DUT formulation, which I bought almost a year ago from a fellow forum member who lives in my city. While it's hard for me to say whether one bottle made a difference on my hair I can say I didn't lose any ground while using it and it smells great, isn't greasy or sticky and seems to absorb well into the scalp. Don't take the poorly managed sales process as a bad omen for the benefits of topical DUT itself. Hopefully we both get sorted out soon. Dr. Mwamba should have better people around him if he wants to maintain his reputation.
  6. I'm not from that part of the world, but nothing was more helpful for me in making my decision on which Dr. to go with than looking at patient provided pictures of their results.
  7. C'mon Melvin. I know Dr. Mwamba is one of the people paying your salary but do you seriously believe that @FUECLINICisn't making money off of this? Do you think Dr. Hasson and the whole Xyon product line is being done as a charity too? Of course both Hasson and Mwamba can't have a point of sale product page for these products, that doesn't mean they're not making money off it. In fact Dr. Mwamba's whole sales process takes WAY more ownership of the sale than Dr. Hasson's does. Seeings as that you haven't read my earlier posts I'll repeat it... @FUECLINIC sold this bottle to me. They took my money directly, they insisted on a bank wire transfer and after paying I had to follow up with them multiple times because of their goofy accounting mess up. After multiple emails they finally passed the order to Anagenica to fulfill it. @FUECLINIC literally have their label on the bottle, and I had zero input on what pharmacy to get it filled by. They didn't give me a prescription to get filled on my own steam. They even collected the shipping payment from me directly. Have you read what they put @sunsurfhair through? They made him pay @FUECLINIC first and then made him pay the anagenica pharmacy directly as well (he paid twice) and last I saw from him he still doesn't have a tracking number or shipment confirmation either. Dr. Mwamba may be an elite surgeon, but the people he employs, and this topical side hustle he's involved in are sub par.
  8. I disagree with you and you haven't read my responses in this thread or the other one below from page 14 onwards:
  9. LOL... Hello brand new Anagenica / Mwamba shill account.
  10. I've noted more than once that people on this forum who know a lot about hair transplant surgeries don't think any of the doctors in Australia are even close to being elite surgeons. Maybe that will change at some point, but I'd look further afield too. It's totally worth it in my opinion to be selective on your surgeon and take the extra time and pay the extra money to go to them.
  11. Oh man, you're such a transparent shill. Just give it up bozo.
  12. You don't recognize that logo? lol Just stop bro, you're making a fool of yourself.
  13. I haven't gotten what I paid for. I didn't get my bottle. Nor has @sunsurfhair.The CLINIC took my money, and @FUECLINIC's logo is all over the bottles that are sent out by their affiliated pharmacy. You're embarrassing yourself by defending Dr. Mwamba's topicals side hustle.
  14. Excuse me but no. Nothing I've said above can be disputed, I'm directly quoting the clinic's website and describing the sales process that they use(d). I never said they sell these topicals in their physical clinic, but they are most definitely selling these online, and @FUECLINIC most definitely took my payment directly. You're being very transparent in how you consistently "stand up" for Dr. Mwamba whenever someone criticizes their experience doing business with his clinic. I don't know if you're a paid shill or not, but you're definitely biased for whatever reason.
  15. Dr. Mwamba's @FUECLINIC took my payment for my order and they then work with a pharmacy (that I later found out to be angenica.com) to fill it. Dr. Mwamba's website sales page refers to the product as "Our Topical Dutasteride is a unique and exclusive custom made formula" and "If you would like to obtain a bottle of our Topical Dutasteride 0.1% solution (60ml, Trichosol) please fill in the form below with your details for evaluation and we will contact you within 24 hours." The bottle has Dr. Mwamba's clinic logo on it. The impression some people have that the clinic is simply helping prescribe this product and has no vested interest in the product is simply at odds with how the clinic markets the product. Dr. Mwamba and his clinic are selling this product and doing a poor job of managing this.
  16. That's not correct. They're definitely the sales channel for these products.
  17. Dr Mwamba's @FUECLINIC insisted on a money order / wire, there's no way to get it back through my bank.
  18. They're more than the middle man, they are the sales channel who took my money and they then contacted the clinic to fill the order. Dr. Mwamba is / was making money off of this product and his clinic is responsible for my order. From the product sales page on their site: https://www.fueclinic.com/services/treatments/topical-dutasteride-0-1/ Note how they refer to the product twice as "our formula" and how the bottle has the FUE Clinic logo on it.
  19. I'm still getting the run around from Dr. Mwamba's clinic team and the Angenica pharmacy. It's a shame because I purchased a bottle before from a fellow board member and really liked the smell and the fact that it wasn't greasy or sticky. I was looking forward to being a regular customer. Despite what has been mentioned in this thread, Dr. Mwamba's clinic took my payment for the topical dutasteride. They then passed my order to the pharmacy. I am convinced that Dr. Mwamba was making money from this sales channel and now his clinic is trying to back away from a pharmacy that can't fill orders for whatever reason. Six weeks since I made payment and they're still making promises to ship and then not keeping their work. @FUECLINIC, Dr. Mwamba and the pharmacy he chose to work with (Angenica) should all be embarrassed.
  20. Then they should get help so the business side runs well, and they shouldn't dabble with side hustles like selling topicals, which Dr. Mwamba and his clinic have failed at also. Don't buy any topicals from @FUECLINICor angenica.com because you'll never get what you ordered. You'll get a lot of run around and excuses, and no product. That's been my experience now for more than six weeks since I made payment. Dr. Mwamba and his clinic should be embarrassed.

  22. Three more business days have gone by and my emails are still going unanswered. This whole experience reflects badly on Dr. Mwamba's reputation and I can see why he wants to remove this from his website.
