Regular Member Kpat131 Posted January 13, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 13, 2017 Thanks Ernie. Cannot say enough good things about your results. A big part of me wants to buzz my whole head with a three or four guard, but another part just wants to grow the hell out of it until becomes a big bush and then start sculpting from there, ha ha. For now I think I will resist the urge to buzz it. Two things I have noticed though. My head is definitely warmer, and I can't stop running my hands over my head, just feeling those hairs now is such a difference from once there were none. Regular Member Kpat131 Posted January 13, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 13, 2017 I'm sure it varies, but what is the four month mark as far as percentage seeing results? 50% results? 60% results?
Senior Member baldlivesmatter Posted January 15, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted January 15, 2017 I paid more so they would not throw away the grafts, which totaled to be 1400+ supposedly. That can't possibly be true is it??? If so, that's terrible! Graft preservation is so critical to long-term results. 1700 grafts w/ Dr. Diep 1300 grafts w/ Dr. Nadimi
Regular Member Kpat131 Posted January 20, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 20, 2017 Hit The four month anniversary today. Here are some photos. The one photo of the top of my head I tried to get in the worst lighting possible. But what a huge change. I believe I am over the hump. Still not confident enough to go out without a hat yet. Maybe in the fifth month. Really resisting the urge to get anything cut just yet. I might buckle and just get the sides trimmed a little. They are coming in very bushy. Thanks everyone. Regular Member Kpat131 Posted January 20, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 20, 2017 Thanks guys. I hear months 5,6 and 7 is when people experience the most growth. That's what I'm hoping for but I always have that little voice in the back of my head saying "what if this is it".
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted January 20, 2017 Administrators Share Posted January 20, 2017 4.5 months is the tip of the iceberg, you're actually ahead of schedule most guys don't see much of anything at 4.5 months. In another 4 months you'll probably look back at these comments and laugh trust me. I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted February 18, 2017 Administrators Share Posted February 18, 2017 Kpat this is really impressive man for 5 months, believe me go back to every guy who's had a successful HT on this forum, you will see that at 5 months they are about where you are now, from this point on the density and thickness of the hair will increase month by month, it's really something special like balding in reverse. Regular Member Kpat131 Posted February 19, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 19, 2017 Thanks HT, Mick and David. I really appreciate the support. And I hope you are right. It means a lot to get encouraging words from people who know what this means. I mean you kind of just roll the dice and hope for the best. But the people who have been through it, know just how much it means to someone who has been handcuffed and have felt helpless.

Senior Member anotherhairlosssufferer Posted February 21, 2017 Senior Member Share Posted February 21, 2017 Kpat, this looks really good for 5 months (and as other people said, it gets better in the next few months)! Congrats. I am also considering Dr Diep and stories like these assure me that he is a good choice. Regular Member Kpat131 Posted February 21, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 21, 2017 Hey, thank you. But yes I have researched Dr. Diep a lot and he was the one that I wanted to go with. He seems to have consistent results. I hope there is more to come at only five months, everyone says that there is.
Regular Member JBlonde Posted February 21, 2017 Regular Member Share Posted February 21, 2017 looking really good Kpat131..... I'm 3 days out from my FUE with Dr Diep. I'm praying that my hair grows as fast as yours!
Regular Member Kpat131 Posted February 24, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 24, 2017 Photos a few days past five month mark with first haircut in I can't remember how long. I think it's the florescence lights that make my hair look so gray. Actually thinking about getting it colored light brown.
