Regular Member Kpat131 Posted October 3, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 3, 2016 I'll send him a text tomorrow and find out. But I'm just assuming 3000 in the front and the rest on the crown.
Senior Member ontop Posted October 3, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted October 3, 2016 (edited) Okay I thought so as I was looking a little closer & seems like he grafted inside the black marker I made & yep seems like around 250/300 grafts was put in there. did you expect that from him? Was that something you & him kinda spoke about & see how things went throughout the surgery kinda play it by ear so to speak. its cool that if you did speak to him that I was a kinda of a concern then it seems like he went over & above to do the best he can under one sitting which is nice of him to do. Here is the picture I marked which I think he grafted as definitely a differnt shade there like there has been grafts placed. Edited October 4, 2016 by ontop . Regular Member Kpat131 Posted December 3, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 3, 2016 Ooohh boy, The hairs are growing in .....straggly ....yuck. The only thing that keeps me from getting to down is all the successful hair transplant videos that are out there. I wonder if anyone else has had the thoughts of how could it go from this shit to something that looks good.
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted December 3, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 3, 2016 It's quite normal for hairs to grow frizzy in the beginning, this is because the hairs are not matured, they will mature in the next 18 months, the good thing is that you're seeing growth very quick not even 3 months yet, hang in there, in my video with Dr. Diep my hair looked frizzy and gross at 9 months now at 18 months the hairs have matured. Regular Member Kpat131 Posted December 3, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 3, 2016 Hey man thanks, I saw your video and I thought it looked pretty good. Regular Member Kpat131 Posted December 19, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 19, 2016 Hey guys, I'm exactly at my three month mark. Haircut dilemma.. Hairs have been coming through and they are getting long and straggly. I've been growing the top part of my hair out a little but now I think it's time to buzz it just a tad. I think it will make it look more even with the transplanted hairs at this point. What's your experiences? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Regular Member FBO Posted December 21, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted December 21, 2016 Good thing you have good results, if not, then he would just treat you like he did with me and all the other patients. I only wish I had done more research before going to him. Now, you can read all the horror stories by individuals like myself that got screwed on, Yelp, Google, and Mostly on Realself.com
Regular Member Kpat131 Posted December 21, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 21, 2016 I don't know if I will have good results yet. I'm only three months out from surgery. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Dr. Diep.
Regular Member FBO Posted December 22, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted December 22, 2016 Shut happens I guess. But yes, it seems like there is a pattern with this Doc., where he doesn't care about his custy if something goes wrong. Funny thing is, when I went in for the consultation, he told me I needed 1000 graft, I insisted that I wanted 1200, and during the surgery, I paid more so they would not throw away the grafts, which totaled to be 1400+ supposedly. Good luck!
