Okay I thought so as I was looking a little closer & seems like he grafted inside the black marker I made & yep seems like around 250/300 grafts was put in there.

did you expect that from him? Was that something you & him kinda spoke about & see how things went throughout the surgery kinda play it by ear so to speak.

its cool that if you did speak to him that I was a kinda of a concern then it seems like he went over & above to do the best he can under one sitting which is nice of him to do.

Here is the picture I marked which I think he grafted as definitely a differnt shade there like there has been grafts placed.

Ontop- the crown was not discussed at all. He just did it. Which of course I was happy

That he did.

Kpat131,

Yep its sucks that you only had a short time with them new babies as you proberly would of expected after your research anyways right?

Good news is the sooner they go to sleep the sooner they will wake up.

Hang tight buddy it will turn around for you soon enough :)

Yeah, It was good for the first week or so. Ha ha but I guess I'm right along the same timeline as a lot of people here. So more shedding and shock loss expected I guess.

Oh boy, is the phase coming next what I think it is?

Ooohh boy, The hairs are growing in .....straggly ....yuck. The only thing that keeps me from getting to down is all the successful hair transplant videos that are out there. I wonder if anyone else has had the thoughts of how could it go from this shit to something that looks good.

It's quite normal for hairs to grow frizzy in the beginning, this is because the hairs are not matured, they will mature in the next 18 months, the good thing is that you're seeing growth very quick not even 3 months yet, hang in there, in my video with Dr. Diep my hair looked frizzy and gross at 9 months now at 18 months the hairs have matured.

Hey guys, I'm exactly at my three month mark. Haircut dilemma.. Hairs have been coming through and they are getting long and straggly. I've been growing the top part of my hair out a little but now I think it's time to buzz it just a tad. I think it will make it look more even with the transplanted hairs at this point. What's your experiences?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I did that myself. I just buzzed it once a week, and grew it out later.

Good thing you have good results, if not, then he would just treat you like he did with me and all the other patients. I only wish I had done more research before going to him. Now, you can read all the horror stories by individuals like myself that got screwed on, Yelp, Google, and Mostly on Realself.com

Shut happens I guess. But yes, it seems like there is a pattern with this Doc., where he doesn't care about his custy if something goes wrong. Funny thing is, when I went in for the consultation, he told me I needed 1000 graft, I insisted that I wanted 1200, and during the surgery, I paid more so they would not throw away the grafts, which totaled to be 1400+ supposedly. Good luck!
