Just checking in. Snapped a pic sitting on couch after sweating it out in the garage while wearing a bandana.

That's a great head of hair.

But honestly, why the charade?

Ladies and Gents, I have found the actual photo that Spanker used above and cropped. Sorry Spanker, you'll just have to deal with it.

I'm serious.  Just look at my face.

Looks fantastic, one of the true 'home run' results I think.

I hit 3 years only 4 days ago and I've actually seen an improvement with the way my hair is 'falling' lately. Not sure why but I'll take it!

2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now.

Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018.

Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.

Nice brother but let's face it, you were a NW 1-2 to start with. taking nothing away from the hairline Dr. Konior built, no NW 4 or above should expect anything really close to this.

Happy for you. You are a huge asset on here.

I rated myself as a nw 2.5 and I have native hair in the transplanted area nut I did receive 2100 grafts in the hairline. My website is linked below and I think the 1 and 2 month pics give a good example of what nature would have me at, at least without fin and a transplant. I was far from a NW1 and still am as I kept recessed corners. A nw4 should not expect the density I have, but some cab have a similar hairline. 1978Matt was and has a higher, but flasher hairline than I have. While he doesn't have my density, it's proof that nw4's can still get a nice look.

Also, you're a great example. Looks like your hairline is about a cm and a half higher, but you have to have one of the biggest transformations on the board.

Still a phenomenal design and result! I'm sure you'll gracefully age just like the Most Interesting Man in the World. Strangest thing...when I clicked on this thread, Skype started playing a video advert for Dos Equis. No joke! :D

Just shows that if you're lucky enough to come from a favourable starting point, a HT really can give you a "perfect" hairline/ head of hair (with the caveat that someone like Dr.K is in the driver's seat :P). Yes, I know you're not a Norwood 1 but this is pretty much "the dream" as far as most guys are concerned. Long may it continue for you, Spanker :)

Agreed, I had a good starting point. Age not way too young, and I started on fin early in the process. A lot going for me at this point.
