Hi Romanino,

Glad my post helped you and I've posted some pictures for you to see.

Dr Lorenzo's work is of a really high standard and I'm sure you're gonna get great results.

If you want to ask anything just send me a pm.

Sorry, for some reason my photo's are sideways.

Hello Readytodoit - As a UK patient giving serious consideration to having a FUE transplant with Dr Lorenzo, I wonder whether there was any update available on your progress? Presumably after close to 8 months you must be quite close to the final result. Call me a pessimist but as a prospective patient it always makes me slightly wary when some of the blogs type updates trail off without any explanation...

Thanks,

G

Probably better to message him, as he hasn't been on here in over three weeks. A message will notify him in his email.

Hi everybody,

I hope you are all doing well.

Sorry I haven't been on for a while, each time I go to do an update I always seem to get sidetracked.

Galleon, that's me just past the seven month mark by just about a week. I got my daughter to take the photos I'm just about to post up. She took them about ten minutes ago.

I'm happy with the result but I'll hopefully have some more still to go, perhaps not more growth but certainly some thickening up. It's still relatively early days because they say it can be 12 to 18 months to see the full result.

I would love to dye my hair because I'm so grey, but I'm always a bit worried that it could damage my hair. If anyone has advice on this I'd appreciate it.

Photos coming in a few minutes

Here you go...these are with no products in my hair. I tend to go for really short cuts at back and sides so these are a number 1 cut done about a week ago.

Many thanks - Much appreciated (and reassuring for us pessimists!). Looking good to me.

Totally fine to use Just For Men at this stage. I did from the 5th week.

Hi everybody,

Well that's me at 10.5 months now I reckon so I thought I'd do an update.

I am very happy with the difference this has made to my life so far (and hairline of course).

Pleased with the progress but, as everybody who has had a procedure would probably agree, would still love more. Think I'm just getting greedy and should be grateful for how far I've come. :D

When I compare my original pictures to where I am now, I'm amazed.

Apologies if the quality isn't 100% but I was doing it myself. These were taken with absolutely no product in and just out the shower and dried. My hair is quite wiry naturally so tends to just stick up in odd places. And grey is the new black! ;)

Hope everyone is well and here are the pictures...

Very impressive! Looks like its taken years off you!

I had mine done with Dr Lorenzo 2 months ago and I can only hope mine is half as good as yours.

Did you have grafts placed in the crown area as there seems to be significant improvement there too.

Thanks Jimbo.

Yeah, I got a few stuck into the crown area as well. If I remember correctly he put approx 1600 in the frontal third and the remainder in the midscalp and in the crown.

You'll be looking forward to the growing starting on yours then - exciting times!

An absolute great result and it really makes you look much younger.

And readytodoit has been a true gent answering my questions as I'm booked with dr lorenzo in December in Madrid!

Readytodoit, the results look awesome. The density up front looks great, even better than expected based on the apparent density of grafts in the post-op pics. You must be a very happy man! And your hair seems well suited to the gray look. Inspiring thread.

Congrats . Looks like a top yield. And more thickening to come hopefully.

Funny how we never see any yield / physiological issues with Lorenzo patients !

Truly shows that it is mainly all down to the dr and team.

Lorenzo is the best in the world by a large distance.
