  1. Thanks Gotime - That looks like an excellent result to me.
  2. Hi Lateatnight - Well, its being keeping me awake at night too, particularly as I'm quite close to booking such a procedure! And I appreciate that larger sessions are done over two days but some of the evidence on here doesn't appear to be particularly encouraging - I've lost count of the number that have trailed off after diligently posting for 4-5 months - which I think is generally a bad sign. Whose your consultation with? And yes, i'd definitely be interested in his response.
  3. I'm currently considering a large FUE procedure (3000+) with one of the most respected FUE surgeons in Europe. While there's plenty of evidence of successful results of large FUE procedures posted up by surgeons, I wonder if these are the exception rather than the rule given the number of patients on here posting up unsatisfactory results from such procedures - often with respected surgeons. Sub-par results from large FUE procedures seem to be quite a frequent topic both on this thread and the forum for patients to post up their own FUE results. There was an earlier thread on here that suggested subjecting the scalp to two days of trauma was a dangerous thing to do and that large FUE procedures were best attempted over two separate procedures 8 months or so apart. I wonder if there is any truth in that? I'd welcome the community thoughts on this, in particularly I'd interested in responses from patients who have undergone large FUE procedures in a single session with respected surgeons who've had good or bad results. Thanks!
  4. Hi Gotime - Looking good at the 5 month mark but as a prospective Lorenzo patient I'd be really interested to see your progress to date. Are there any further photos you could share at this stage? Thanks, G
  5. Many thanks - Much appreciated (and reassuring for us pessimists!). Looking good to me.
  6. Hello Readytodoit - As a UK patient giving serious consideration to having a FUE transplant with Dr Lorenzo, I wonder whether there was any update available on your progress? Presumably after close to 8 months you must be quite close to the final result. Call me a pessimist but as a prospective patient it always makes me slightly wary when some of the blogs type updates trail off without any explanation... Thanks, G
