I think that you should consult with doctors from the coalition who specialise in repair work, but if you are not impressed by Evolutions HT then you never will be. His result is undoubtly one of the best there ever has been.

Definitely definitely DO NOT GO THERE. Do not be a fool and choose a substandard clinic that may either give you terrible scars, lost donor or horrible plugs. We have so many doctors in the coalition by now, that you are bound to find one if not in your country, your part of the world. Do not let distance be the deciding factor (been there, done that) You should probably research on Dr. Mohmand Humayun and Dr. Damkerng Pathomvanich which are based in Pakistan and Thailand respectively.

That's a great approach i think, and it's only fair. I'm currently waiting for some insurance money to arrive which can take weeks, so i'm holding off on scheduling with you, until i have them. We will definitely see each other before the first week of december, that's for sure.

I couldn't have said it better than Thana. My personal sense of security are the following reasons: 1) I already have a NW5 diffuse pattern, and all the grafts have been placed within existing hair (minus the temples and sideburns) so if i am to turn a NW6, it will not look unnatural, just thinner. Likewise, they are centered around the hairline, and gradually decrease in density, like a HT should with limited donor (as framing the face is more important than densepacking the crown) i'm probably going to look like a man with a strong front and a weak back. 2) Should the unlikely happen, and i turn into a NW7, and do not have enough donor to support it, i can a) get a hairsystem, b) concealers c) shave down, have a nice smiley face on the back of my head which i actually do not care too much about. 3) Hair multiplication IS at somepoint going to be available. It's not something i'm counting on happening in the near future, but it's worth considering So in the worst case scenario i will have enjoyed my youth with hair, and as i get in my 30's will have to shave my head twice a week and have a scar in the back of my head. To me, that's a very acceptable and lowstake gamble. Trust me, HT's have been a daily thought for me the last 4 years of my life, every corner of my mind have been ransacked as to whether i could live with the consequenses, and the answer has always been yes. @Thana - really? I would think the opposite, but then again we are our own worst critics. I think my hairline is like a NW2-2.5, while yours appear a clear NW2, but like i said..

The density is not perfect.....the desnity is not perfect......what value does this comment add knowing "perfect" density is never possible given the limits of supply and demand? This is one of the best results ever (as you did mention) but seriously, Im really confused as to what thought process went on through your head when assessing the value-added of that perfect density comment. Thana, your hair looks AMAZING. When girls (or men if you are homosexual) look at your hair, I have no doubt in my mind they think WOW, THATS COOL HAIR. I think you are misunderstanding. This is a great result, and if he leaves it like this i'm pretty sure noone can tell, because it looks natural. But looking at the pictures, i think it does look like he has lost some native hair in the region in the past year or so. Thus it was more dense before. Therefore it is not 'perfect' anymore. That doesn't mean i'm suggesting him to densepack it with another 2000 grafts. Perhaps you should do more research on what you are replying to, before insulting me and my thought process? 'Perfect' by all means is the illusion of perfection, and i have seen quiet a few post op's of a 'perfect' hairline. Thanas is still pretty close, but IMHO not quiet there.

Dear Dr. Mohmand This is exactly the reply i was hoping for! Thanks for taking your time to do so, it reassures me that picking you as a doctor is definitely a good choice. I should tell you though that the picture of the crown is taken while the hair is wet, as well as with a flash, and in harsh lights, so it looks worse than it really is. Having looked at maybe 500 pictures of peoples crowns, and how they look pre/post op, i am 99% sure that 1500 grafts would give me GREAT density. But even just an improved density is satisfying for me. But as you say, the question is whether i have enough donor. I think the best sollution is to evaluate on the day of surgery how things look for me, how much donor i have, how my scar looks, and my hairloss pattern. After all the hairline is PRIORITY while the crown remains luxury, but a very nice luxury i really want. Do you require shaving?

we all make mistakes balboa: But yes this is the actual hairline and im not happy with it, that's why i want a 3rd procedure. Nothing deceptive there's just not enough density. On the other hand the procedure really made my first frontal 2/3 solid, even with a flash i can't find any indication that i'm losing my hair so that's good! I definately consider the procedure a success. Coligion: True, i am. Did your shockloss return? How long did it take? Shockloss so far hasn't been a concern for me even though i'm a diffuse thinner (which are usually the ones getting that) and as long as it's not permanent i don't mind even if it happens. But yeah 1000-1200 to the hairline should hotfix me for sure! Still, im very tempted to hit the crown. Very.

Looks really good man, so happy for ya. I think this time around you really hit it - hairline looks really dense and the crown looks more than acceptable - and let's not forget the growth is far from over, especially in the crown.

interesting - he has really short hair, yet the scar is barely noticeable now. Also, he had crown growth? Could it be medication? Results like these confirms me that my aggressive approach isn't entirely reckless.
