  1. No finasteride? Oh kl who you getting it done with if you don’t mind me asking
  2. You on medication or getting a procedure done then ?
  3. Yeh I think everyone who has hair loss can which is why it’s pointless lol because everyone will agree with every point lol .
  4. Yeh both great Doctors , I’m not thinking. About price tbh , I’ll pay whats necessary , so just weighing which one best suits my needs . Tbh can’t go go wrong with both . Have you had a consultation with them ?
  5. From consultation around 6 -7 months for bisanga and year for Freitas . Bisanga 5 euros including vat and Freitas 3.5 euro
  6. I have been on coutos case lol sending him emails every week lol, they're not taking consultations because he booked up for all of 2023 so I’m going for bisanga or Freitas who I’ve managed to get consultations with. But I still email them every so and so lol this is my latest one lool.
  7. Can you post a picture of your donor currently and konoir from what I’ve seen is the best at getting great yield from minimal grafts
  8. Yeh, I don't why your trying to go full defence mode on oral minoxidil, as I said for most it will be fine, but his side effects are the exact ones associated with oral minoxidil. Water retention and heart burning are the main stated potential effects of the drugs, you don't have to be a doctor to realize its the drug causing this since they started while he's only been on it for two weeks, and tbh minoxidil a growth stimulant, I would not use it unless your using fin or dut as its pointless to regrow new hair if your losing hair at the same time
  9. Your in denial , the drug may not cause it initially , but once it builds up it can. The drug is for blood presssure and the side effects op suffered are exactly the side effects associated with oral form . The thing is it’s nothing to be alarmed about , alot of people won’t get these effects and op’s biological anatomy means he unfortunately did. That how all drugs work even ones like aspirin, there a reason they have side effects profiles on All leaflets
  10. Oh to the contrary, in-fact the opposite as a result of rising costs and inflation the prices will go up as sourcing equipment and raw materials have gone up so much. Also clinics use up so much energy and due to covid and Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine, will continue to rise meaning they will have to raise prices to keep strong profit margins . In fact the likes of Ferreira and bicer have raised they’re prices a lot. Now I’m not saying that’s due to the current economic outlook but there’s only one way prices are going and that’s up.
  11. Yeh, i agree man, some doctors are idiots. Are you from the UK, I've seen that happen where they google symptoms or look at the handbook?
  12. This Dr bekir did an amazing job lol, where hes from HLC
  13. Lighten up it was just some banter lol, either way, i don't know where you're from but like others have said don't let location dictate a hair transplant. Go to the reputable clinics where the doctors do the procedure and have lots of real forum posted results so you can get a real holistic idea of what the clinic offers, and not what they post on social media
  14. The irony of the clinic being called "hair tran" in bangkok lol, I would stay away
  15. At your budget the only good option that I've seen in that range would be fuecapilar in turkey, someone mentioned eugenix but there's a bias towards them on this forum, don't get me wrong they're good but overhyped, and I've seen too many bad donors from them lately. Luckily your young and it's your decision ultimately, but I would save up till you can afford a budget of say 10K-11K for someone like bisanga or freitas who are some of the best around. If you don't think you will be able to save up that kind of money then the best option would be fuecapilar which i think is around 1.5 euro per graft so for say 2500 grafts would be within your budget.
  16. Yeh which is why you will have to get more transplants to cover those hairs. But my point was that you said you "cant get a hair transplant" without fin, the fact is you can and many do , but without fin there is significant drawbacks and you have to be mindful of that . Everyone's case is different, a nw2 at 30 + will probably be able to get away with not taking it if he just requires subtle hairline restoration
  17. Oh i see , yeh man i just saw some incredible result for fut from them from a guy called gradina22, Are they any good you think for fue, I would always go for bisanga and freitas in europe but just curious about them?
  18. how much do hattingen charge per graft for fue, I heard about them, are they siblings the two doctors
  19. Plenty of people have a transplant without finasteride, so let's not say you cant when in fact a large portion of people do , just that have to be mindful that the donor hairs could miniaturize eventually as the donor while dht resistant is not dht proof.
  20. Your donor looks completely fine , and tbh I would not even think about going back , that just common sense . I would save up and go to a good repair doctor like mwamba . Repairs are difficult jobs and going to back to the person who botched you is something That should be out of the question
  21. Sorry but “weaker erections at night” you talking about erections while your sleeping lol.
