  1. I'm not even going to sugarcoat this, that looks really bad and could really impact your growth given how dry the skin is. Did this pop up only after the transplant, if this was therefore before, no surgeon should of performed this procedure
  2. Given your estrogen is above the normal range is not a good hormonal profile tbh as your testosterone is in the normal range. Excess estrogen compared to testosterone can cause depression, that a known symptom if you research it and even studies have shown this https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29107881/
  3. If I'm honest this guy has been so anti- fin on every forum that pops up, posting studies galore to try scaremonger people. The only way you can know is to take the drug and see for yourself at the end of the day and see how it works out.
  4. Given that finasteride has a direct effect on all of them as a result of 5ar blocking, I think it is prudent, simple fact is no fin your hair loss is never going to stop and that is a fact. If you don't get side effects its great, if you do obviously then there's nothing you can do, and have to accept the progression of hair loss. Your basing this on just DHT reduction which everyone knows will happen, which is why I don't even bother testing that.
  5. There’s actually plenty of couto results on the Plenty on the Spanish forums tbh, actually seem a few subpars from him on there which shows even with the best, hair transplant is not a given.
  6. No, I must have missed that lol. That's really bad and lackadaisical and I go as far as to say showing contempt to the patient. If I'm paying 20k, in no way is that acceptable for the guy you paid for to go home early.
  7. I had a look at kesers patient reviews on the forum and all his results are great. He seems to get great coverage with minimal grafts. People say bicer is the best in turkey, but if i had a choice between the two I would choose keser any day. This should turn out really well going by what I've seen of him.
  8. Yeh man that must have sucked, gyno is a rare occurrence of the drug, but it can happen if your estrogen becomes dominant. I get my blood tested every three months for my Testosterone and free, Estrogen, and FSH to make sure they are all in check. This is why I'm a big advocate of testing, yes it's expensive but it's better to be safe than sorry. I'm also still not sold on topical fin being less prone to sides than oral.
  9. I'm sure there are trace amounts but I have never ever heard of eating chicken causing gyno, if that was the case we would all need bras . And as narmak said above we need estrogeon and having too low of it can result in libido problems, less healthy bones and mood swings. The problem is when it's not in harmony with testosterone, that's when problems arise. Hence why it's not having too much or too less but more in being balanced, but as you said some people are more predisposed to it due to genetics.
  10. Oh I see yeh that the balancing act with the meds , I should of asked your dosage first . Obviously I would Then suggest to have finasteride daily, as your regime may be why your hair loss is still progressing albeit much slower than if you were not taking fin at all. But given you got sides I can see why you wouldn’t . Also did you experience the usual sexual side effects that people do , if you don’t mind me asking.
  11. Yeh given your budget , have you heard of konoir who is arguably one of the best around and is based in Chicago . He can get great results from using less grafts
  12. Fut means you have enough grafts in the bank ,and donor looks good . You say it has progressed despite being on fin, so you might want to consider dutasteride. Hlc do good work tbh, seen some excellent result here and also some subpars, but like all clinics you get that. You could look at bisanga ,de Freitas and mwamba too who are in europe and would Be great for you . They charge between 3-4 euro per grafts
  13. I don’t think anyone wants to go under ,to get a lump removed from under your nipple which is essentially what gyno is. Once you get gyno the only way to get rid of it is via surgical means. You can reduce it to the point where to the naked eye, it would not be noticeable but once you get it’s permanent . Saying that gyno is actually a very rare side effect as opposed to the sexual ones most people who complain of sides get . Being overweight doesn’t correlate directly to getting gyno, but as a result of excessive body fat your estrogeon increases and if that becomes more dominant than your testosterone levels then your at risk of gyno . Hence why some people who hop on fin get gyno because the reduction in dht causes more estrogeon production and if your hormonal profile prior to fin is already borderline in respects to the ratio of estrogeon to testerone, then you could encounter these problems. Which is Why I think bloodwork is essential prior to starting fin or dut so you have a baseline of your hormones , so if you get sides, by retesting you might get some answers
  14. Are you on medication mainly Finasteride or dutasteride . Also pictures of your donor and current recipient Area would help to see what doctor be best for you
  15. Dr reddy does the best work in the uk in my opinion and manages to get great results with minimum Grafts and has a lot of cases on the forum . But he’s pricey . And given the uk is in close proximity to Belgium and Spain where there are great Doctors in partcular bisanga and couto, better to look there than the uk .
  16. I agree it’s a bit boring without him lol, Two months is way to long tbh.
  17. is your choice of surgeon handicaped by budget, because there are alot better ones out there I would go for
  18. It can happen even if everything is done right and the grafts have been handled correctly. Everyone’s body responds different . Which is Why you see subpar results from even the best clinics
  19. Yeh your best bet is trying oral especially at your age as thats when the donor if it miniaturises starts to be noticed . With regards to side effects , only one way to find out and that try the drug.
  20. nothing to worry about those are not grafts, just dried scabs and the hair that has shed, If you lost grafts you would see blood. They're pretty much secure after 72 hours. Some renowned surgeons say it even takes less time for them to not be displaced. As for the post op density, looks good and you can see the surgeon has done irregularities in the hairline to make it look more natural.
  21. Listen he goes overboard sometimes , well a lot lol. But he does make some good points most of the time . But recommending a 15 year old for dht blocker is indefensible .
  22. In future I would appreciate you private message me to voice your concerns , it’s not professional to do in public . The second time you’ve done that . But for future reference any problems or qualms your welcome to private message me. As the moderator I think that would be more courteous.
