Yeh the clinic should have your pictures before the first and second procedure , you need to request both . But don’t you personally have any photos youself, of how your hair was before the surgery

Your scalp before is red and obviously you have some dermatitis which contrary to what you say is a risk factor for hair transplant , your dermatologist didn’t give you good advice . Saying that the clinic should of noticed it too

Do you have scalp condition btw, your scalp is red and also on the sides and the forehead , which maybe a compromising factor . I’ve seen very good work froM hlc on this forum and German one , a few subpars one here and there , but never a botch job like this

Can you post a photo showing your hairline so we can see it straight on, the thing is I don’t see no hair expect a few whiskers on your head . So what was your baseline before all your surgeries would help

You said you had a fut before that , tbh it doesn’t look like you had any growth from any of the surgeries . But tbh I don’t know how you looked before your transplants or before the hlc op so difficult without those pics to tell you what’s going on .

I never said he was not a legit patient, please be mindful when trying to paraphrase me. I just said it's a common thing, when critique is aimed at some doctors on the list, patient reviews and cases suddenly are posted to try and negate threads and show their good work. Nothing wrong with that at all, for instance the doctor personally posted a new patient case just after hair loss for life's critique which I thought was reasonable. A troll is someone who intentionally tries to instigate conflict, I offer praise and critique equal where I feel it's justified.

Agree what’s the point of having a good plant hole for a plant if it’s not going to grow. You can make the most accurate incision ever, but if the graft is not handled correctly or extracted properly the incision becomes obsolete as the graft won’t grow
