  1. Sorry to hear about your situation OP. I think it's unfair to refund without your confirmation and Eugenix needs to take responsibility for this considering you prepared so much and made other expenses. To those saying OP should book the more expensive package, it's a little unfair we don't know what OP's personal situation is hence cannot judge. I am sure if OP had the money he would book the most expensive package but he most important thing is that OP did his research and found a good clinic for his repair.
  2. Just had mine done with Dr Freitas, the only one I would consider in UK is Dr Reddy and I still like Freitas more. There is just something about the European doctors!
  3. The medication is to stop further loss so when it does come to a transplant eventually you will keep a good look. If you get a transplant now and then the native hairs continue to fall you will look worse and at that point even shaving it won't be an option. You have to stop the current loss or halt it down as much as you can. By taking finasteride/dutasteride + (oral) minoxidil you give yourself best chance to halt+ even recover some. At which point you will be a good candidate for a hair transplant.
  4. I agree with this wholeheartedly. I think at the minimum they should be told to provide an X number of results every month, this is better than having a doc on recommended list who is showing zero evidence of recent excellence. I think it's wrong to penalize someone on the recommended list just because there aren't any recent patient journeys (since this is out of their hand) but they should all be held accountable via list of actions such as the above. A lot of good clinics already do this
  5. Love that personal touch from Konior and the planning he put into you (I am mind blown) as well as being with you for the whole thing. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to him. Wishing you great success in your transplant man!
  6. I don't like the look of that, you can tell they have taken way too much from a small box of an area. Why do clinics do this instead of spreading it out?
  7. I absolutely agree with this. However results come first and Freitas has been delivering consistently. The model is broken when due diligence like bad donor management / bad angles start occurring and I’ve seen zero freitas cases do that so far.
  8. Yh it’s never 4. When I asked them they said they do 3 max. I prefer freitas because his hairlines have the wow factor (for me personally) whereas bisanga is conservative. You have to pick what you like and what works better for your situation. The freitas cases that I’ve seen not do well usually were low density achieved on one side of the temples. Don’t all surgeons have cases that achieve lower density in some cases? How do we know this is due to the doc doing 3 a day? I’ve seen pinto have low yield cases and he only does 1 a day. Also if I am not wrong I believe Couto does 3 a day too? And his results speak for themselves p.s. If you want to check out many freitas real patient cases , you need to be on the Spanish forums
  9. I think I’ve experienced this since starting oral minoxidil about 5 days ago. A bit early since it could be the anaesthesia but it’s been 11 days since hair transplant so I doubt it’s that.Need to wait to see if it will go back down.
  10. It’s scary that this is being eyeballed by the young adults and teenagers who will be thinking about doing this especially in this tinder/social media age where looks is the most important thing on these platforms.
  11. Looks fine there tbh. Just wait a few more months and hopefully it will start filling up!
  12. Work looks good and donor looks untouched. I agree with the above Dr Ferreira is elite and I really like that he focuses on 1 patient a day. we are in the same boat so happy growing!
  13. Do you have a picture of the same area after the scabs were first removed 100%? Although I understand your concern I think this is really good progress for just 5 months and 3 weeks, remember all your follicles will thicken also in the coming months.
  14. Have you thought about oral minoxidil? No need to worry about acne and you could be a great responder to it. Won't bring your bald spots back but will thicken the remaining hairs.
  15. Hey man! Same journey 99.9% of my scabs are gone too. Hairline looks great and I love your temples, hopefully we have a good growth once it all falls off 🤞
  16. Looks amazing. Can’t wait to see how it turns out. Dr Ferreira is ELITE!
  17. Update day 9 1. Head wash day 2. Scabs almost all removed. 2. Recipient area is a bit numb so I can’t feel it too much. It was interesting to touch it after so many days and feel differently to when I would normally just touch my head pre transplant. 3. Donor area was its itchiest last night but the itch itself isn’t too bad and I can tolerate it. Feels super good to sleep in any position I want. 4. Oral minoxidil 5mg (splitting 10mg into halves) has been good so far. No side effects 🤞 5. I was quite nervous to see how my hairline will look once all scabs come off. I was nervous about damaging my grafts during wash, just the psychological part of the process I guess. 6. I love the way my hairline and temples are looking (so far). Although it feels like the density in my temples has gone down so I am not sure if some of it shed whilst I was washing… What do you guys think of the overall? (Picture taken under clear harsh light) P.S. From tomorrow I resume my Dutasteride tablets + wear whatever shirts I want so yay.
  18. Wow, how many grafts did they do on each day? , Goodluck in your recovery. Hopefully this will be a homerun for you!
  19. I am literally in the same position as you. Today was my 8th day first wash. Can't wait till all scabs are gone goodluck in your journey and keep updating!
  20. Congrats on getting a date with him. I look forward to see your journey with a magician like Zarev!
