    No offense to anyone but I would personally give a NO to Rahal being a top guy as I feel his results have been shaky at best during the past couple of years. For top guys (and one lady) i would rather look at pinto, couto, bisanga, konoir, ferreira, H&W, naidimi, fereiduni, laorwong.. Keep in mind all of those are either expensive or have very long wait times, if time and/or money is an issue then IMO you can't go wrong with Eugenix, they seem to have solved the formula of scale and affordability while still producing amazing results

    Hell no mate you do NOT need to lower the hairline, it is absolutely perfect and will be timeless.. also the buzzed look really suits you, I'm always impressed by the eugenix hairlines, they always nail the design

    It looks right on track mate, keep in mind it takes longer the second time as the hair needs to push through scar tissue, I was told this by Bruno Pinto and it makes sense, so you are probably 1 month delayed compared to if it was on virgin scalp. Hope you are satisfied in the end and you can leave the awful experience at ASMED behind you.. although it is hard to forgive and forget

    This is criminal.. Erdogan is a hack for doing this, all surgeons have bad results but not like this, the design, the multigrafts in the hairline, the density.. you could go to a random hair mill in Turkey and get a better result

    You made an amazing choice mate, bisanga is a legend and seems to just get better and better even after all these years, I love his videos on youtube where he goes through various difficult cases

    Im sorry but in my opinion this is a mediocre result considering your starting point and the final result which i feel you are somewhat hiding by combing your hair sideways. This is 6000 grafts at premium prices including the touch up, anyone considering ASMED should go and look at what eugenix or other clinics is doing with those amounts.

    One year is nothing compared to the years of pain and suffering a bad transplant can bring. ASMED is a terrible choice 2023 even in turkey, but I'm not going to try to convince you, hope the nameless techs that Koray pays pennies and doesn't supervise will care enough not to ruin your life, hope koray will actually draw a hairline that follows good design principles instead of the many hairline designs I've seen from him that lack both artistry and effort, hope the angles of the grafts are not incorrect and too perpendicular to the scalp, hope you don't have doubles and even tripples in the first row making it look pluggy and unnatural, and most of all I hope ASMED doesn't quote you 50÷ more grafts than more ethical clinics and kills most of them by improper handling and too many surgeries in a day.     I agree there, Pekiner is definitely a tier above any other turkish surgeon in hairline artistry and design including keser.

    Out of that list I would go with Pekineer, or much rather get a consultation with Bicer.

    You have not done any research I'f you think ASMED or Koray Erdogan are respected on this forum or on any other forums. They were removed from the recommended list for a reason, do not go to a hair mill for such a life changing operation mate it can set you up for lifetime of despair. There are many better and safer options for the same price point.

    I see them now, sorry it might have been me! To answer your question, I 100% believe you will be satisfied by month 10 based on those pictures. Keep in mind the results will be delayed by a month or two in a repair procedure, so wait until AT LEAST month 10 and you will most definitely see an improvement and very likely be happy.

    It's not really herd mentality to call ASMED an overpriced hair mill at this point, they are the Nusret of transplant clinics. OP do you mind posting some pre-op pics so it's easier to see where those 5000 grafts went?

    I'm sorry for what ASMED and Koray Erdogan did to you Derek, that was an unacceptably bad result for the number of grafts and any ethical clinic would at least have discussed a full or partial refund, it seems you are right on track now, I see this being a knockout result, but you have to stay medicated from now on since you do not have any reserves left. Keep in mind without medication your lateral humps and lower crown could go as well

    I don't think you are being too picky, this is a life changing surgery and you should be as picky as you feel is right for you. However keep in mind very few doctors do the entire procedure themselves, and some of the best clinics in the world use technicians, even Couto and Bisanga use techs, the difference is the level of surgical protocol and quality of technicians. If you can go to a pricier option I would go for Bisanga, if you want a cheaper option that does the full surgery himself it's Bruno Pinto but the wait could be several years. In Turkey I would probably only consider Bicer or Pekineer, but really mate the worst thing you could do is let location limit you. As I said this is life changing and travelling abroad for two to three days to do it right is worth it!

    Sorry if my tone was harsh there mate, I would do what Melvin advised and check the recommended list.. if I were in your position I would strongly consider Eugenix, they are absolutely killing it currently, amazing results and very nice price point.

    Erdogan pays tillman to promote ASMED because the reputation of the clinic is in the toilet after all the poor results on different forums, a goof clinic does not need to pay a hack like tillman promoting them OP for your hairtype I would probably only look towards bisanga.

    I'm sorry mate but you very obviously have NOT done your research if those are your top picks. ASMED and Erdogan is absolutely not respected on any forum except the forums where mods get paid to remove critical and negative opinions like the Turkish and Italian forums. On the French, Spanish and English forums ASMED has been rightfully dragged through the mud. Good options in Turkey are FUECapilar, Bicer, HLC, Pekineer.. I would also consider EUGENIX. There is absolutely no reason you should go to an overpriced hair mill like ASMED and risk donor depletion, low yields and poorly designed hairlines
