Dr K stands by his work and his patients, better he go the conservative route and add more later than some of the Turkish hair mills that do 5000 grafts in one sitting potentially wrecking guys future prospects

I'm really glad you got a good result mate because getting a botched transplant is incredibly traumatic.. there are so many old and recent cases from this clinic where they wrecked guys.. both here, on the german forums, on the italian and french forums. This clinic is a hair mill, it is unethical to perform the number of surgeries a day that ASMED does, especially while advertising it with the face of Koray Erdogan. Going here does not mean you are getting a surgery with Koray but one with his army of techs. It is unethical! There are other clinics with similar costs in Turkey that are safer in every aspect, any guy considering ASMED needs to take a step back and do proper research!

Any updates on this mate? Did you speak with mwamba about donor restocking? Have you considered SMP? I have a similar situation as you..

How are the beard grafts growing compared to your scalp hair? Do you see or feel a difference?

It's amazing Melvin, did you consider SMP for the midpart and crown? The temporal peaks make a massive difference, are they all scalp grafts or body and beard as well?

Honestly mate you should try not to work yourself up over this, I've almost only seen amazing results from couto and going by probability you very likely will have a great result

I'm happy you got a good result mate, but you were lucky, plain and simply ASMED is a hair mill and going there is a terrible choice for anyone, there are safer and more ethical clinics in Turkey at the same price point. Do not gamble with your lives guys, one bad decision could have years of repercussions on your social life and self esteem.

Looks good to me, can you take some pictures in natural light? It's really hard to tell when you are under direct sun light..

I wouldn't be nervous mate, even guys like Pinto and Bisanga have sub par results, the key is that they are the exception rather than the rule as is the case with turkish hair mills like Cinik, ASMED, cosmedica etc etc.. you have a very high probability of success going with couto, worst case you get less growth than his usual results but at least the donor management, hair line design and ethics of the clinic will likely be top notch, so don't worry.. OP can you post some more recent pictures? It does look like a sub par trajectory so far, what did the clinic say to your most recent pictures?

Honestly mate, considering your level of hair loss and the area covered this is fantastic for 8.5 months.. you might need a second pass to get brutal density, but for what it is I would be over the moon with this

ASMED and Koray is an overpriced hair mill, he is not in the top 10 even and was removed from the recommended list for a reason so do not mention his name please

Amo first of, what a lovey family! Secondly please if you go to Turkey only consider Bicer, Pekiner or HLC. You run a really great risk of making things worse.. in your case I would consider Eugenix as well, you can see their fantastic results here on the forum

This looks like one of those scam ads for the fake hair growth pills, "grow your hair back in 12 months!"... seriously though, most amazing result I've seen considering your starting point and the current density, hairline design and donor quality.. and I've seen them all.. do you know how the beard hairs are dispersed across your recipient? Are they all over your midscalp and crown? How many beard grafts per sq/cm of scalp grafts?

The fact is ASMED made a transition into a hair mill around 4 years ago.. if you want another surgery you should consider Bicer, HLC, Pekinern, there are a couple of others.. you are far more likely to get a good result there mate, wishing you all the best, and again you look great!

Happy for OP but he was lucky. Koray is not even top 10 in Turkey, all hair mills have good results, even Cosmedica, Cinik and Hair of Istanbul get good results simply because they perform so many surgeries, but they botch an equal or larger number of patients. There are far safer options than ASMED at similar price points even in Turkey, do your research people, a failed HT can seriously ruin your life
