  1. It does look more unnatural to place multiple grafts in the temples than in the hairline, in the hairline it looks very bad aswell but in the temples its worse. Yes I need to wait, no one will touch my head before 12 month mark anyways, no one serious that is. I think the only way to do it is to remove those fat multiples and place them behind the hairline for density and then do another surgery 12 months after that.
  2. This side where the tech Cigdem did implantation looks pretty much like disaster its really 4 hair grafts in the temples, I have booked a few repair consultation to see how I go from here. I am a little bit afraid to fue them out because it will leave scars and I also need to do 2 more surgeries.
  3. 2 euro per graft for Turkey is pretty high to be honest. She is considering herself to be close to HLC and Dr Pekiner in quality and I dont know if I agree with that. She is good, dont get me wrong. I think personally she should be maybe 1.75 euro per graft max to make a clear difference with the top Turkey options and other elite European Drs like Dr Ximena Villa and Dr Bruno Pinto which is about 2,5 euro per graft. Also Dr Rafael De Freitas 3,5 euro up to 1000 grafts then 2,5 euro per graft.
  4. If you look at the 20 weeks photos I posted on the hairline you can see alot of double grafts, in the corners there are multiples. Mainly the temples is a concern of mine, the hairline is easy to fix. The problem also will be when these doubles and multiples will mature, they will be even thicker and stand out more.
  5. The growth is decent at this stage, only 5 months so should not expect a full result yet. I have seen better, I have seen worse. There is not a problem with a few doubles for me neither, but if you have doubles everywhere and even some multiples it will be pretty noticeable and not look natural. Dr Ferreira is a great Dr, I am looking to him or his fellow portuguese Dr Bruno Pinto in my next surgery.
  6. Everyone has "needle-free" anaesthesia there I believe. Its the standard option. It hurts lika bit.. They could well just use a needle in the first place because it does not really numb you alot either. I did have a cannula yes, they injected me with antibiotics through my vein in the end of the surgery. These are not big deals, you will get over them fine.
  7. Yeah they seem to be about the same quality wise. Its difficult for newcomers, when hes recommended by some people here and also recommended on this site in general to make a good decision, I mean the list of recommended Drs for Europe you have only more expensive options like De Freitas, Feriduni, Bisanga, Mwamba etc. Then all of a sudden you have someone like Dr Yaman who is charging the same prices as hair mills but is supposed to be "so much better" than them. The techs is not using magnification which I think its the answer why there are so many doubles and multiples. The extraction guy might be using magnification to not overharvest, but its quite crucial for good implantation to use it aswell to be able to sort out the grafts. If you have some 5 doubles or so it can just be a mistake, but if you have half of your grafts in the front line being doubles, some multiples and the whole temple points doubles and multiples, then its just that they only place whatever.
  8. Detailed photos on the temples, will need to FUE out most of the temples because they mostly implanted doubles and multis. Sad stuff really. The hairline consists of many doubles and some multiples aswell, sloppy work. I have written to them twice in 5 months, no answers both times. I am writing nicely just to ask if I could get my full graft breakdown.
  9. Hairline growth is coming in! The crown you will need to wait atleast 12 months before evaulating anything, the growth has started there aswell, but takes longer so try to have patience.

  11. Its difficult to say anything as of now, its only 4 months, but I hope you will get a good result. Do you have any info on the clinic? Can you tell us which Dr operated on you? Only technicians? Their Google reviews is not pleasing to read, most of the people call them scammers.
  12. You should consult with Eugenix and see what they say, another option could be Dr Zarev.
  13. That is pretty much the maximum result you can get with 3000 grafts for that big area, congrats!
  14. Yes I need to wait it out and see how I feel about it at say month 10, it was also then Dr Pinto would evaluate my case, because it is too early now although the rep answered me that he understood what I meant with the temples. Then the surgery can be done at month 12 after my first transplant. The problem is that I always wear my hair with a fade, I think I need too long hair on the sides for my personal liking and Dr Yaman did do the temples quite low, even though I had hair lower in the temples, not sure why he did go so deep into the temples and I guess its more up to the implantation tech team about placing ONLY doubles and multiples in the temples. Thats like not knowing ANYTHING about temple point restoration. I wonder sometimes if they even sort the grafts at all? I have many doubles in the hairline, some multiples aswell. Feels like they just take whatever graft and place them wherever. Thanks though for your encouraging words.
  15. He will likely answer tomorrow then, its 12.23 pm in Istanbul at this moment and he probably fell asleep on the couch watching your plane ticket photos. Not but seriously, you should not need to worry, if you agreed on a date, it will sort itself out tomorrow.
  16. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the photos you are showing, it is clear even to someone who have not seen a transplant ever that this is a extremely poor result, we are talking about probably less than 20% yield. I would advise going to another clinic even if you get another free surgery offered by them, try to get your money back instead, I have seen so many poor results from this clinic on this forum, Facebook groups and on other forums for the past year it is ridiculous. Almost every case needs a free top up in the best case scenario. I hope you the result you want in the end, dont give up, it was "only" 2k grafts wasted.
  17. A late reply on this, but this should be highlighted. This is so unique in this world, you have some of the best in the world, they still want to scale up their business to make more money so they go from 1 day to 2 a day to 3 a day and so forth. A Dr who just takes 1 patient EVERY OTHER DAY is incredible. Yeah hes doing it to earn a living and of course he gets rich doing it, but he could easily just hire more techs and scale this up to atleast 2 a day, even 3 or 4 and he will earn so much more money, but decides not to. All respect for this, he is among a VERY FEW in the world who does this. Even the ones that are considered the best in the business usually does 2+ patients a day.
  18. Pubic hair haha a graft is a graft This will be great, I will follow your updates and I hope you will get the result you want
  19. Yeah I just hope it will be decent, I am pretty much set on a repair job in November or December 2022 with Dr Bruno Pinto to FUE out all the doubles and multiples in the hairline(which is many), add density and do something about the temples which looks really unnatural. 20 weeks is WAY to early to call anything though, this should be 20-30% of growth in a "normal" timeline and some are late growers. If this was 8 months yes I would be very dissapointed considering this is probably around 10 grafts per cm2 or so. The next months will be fun to watch, hopefully it will thicken up and I dont need a cap to hide under during the summer.
