  1. No I said that I think they always use implanter pens, because I choose Sapphire FUE and they used the implanter pens on me. I guess the difference with DHI is that they extract one amount say 1000 grafts, then implant them, then extract 1000 more then implant them. Did they do that for you? With me they extracted all 2550 in one go.
  2. Thank you for taking the time to answer, it means alot with the experience you have to say your opinion.
  3. This is perfection to be honest, going to be a sick result after 12 months. Very happy for you.
  4. Yes he have really nice temple peaks indeed. Not sure how it would have looked without doing the peaks and its too late now anyways so better focus on what I can do forward. Yes I try to keep a positive attitude, I got really sad a week ago or so when I started to see that this is not going to be good at this side, I would have taken poor growth over this but I have realised it is not going to make it any easier to be negative and feel guilty.
  5. No I am not considering him for a repair. I dont care about money in this case, just need it to be solved. What I am considering is to maybe punch out these grafts and replace them, but I dont think I am up for that long process.
  6. The Drs I contact says that they first need to remove them because it is too many multi grafts and grafts in the wrong direction, so the punches will be everywhere and they want a clean canvas to plant on.
  7. Yes he is a sincere person from my impression and I am pretty good at reading people in the way they act. This thread is not about bashing anyone, I am just expressing my feelings. I am not mad or anything about this, I just need to fix it and thats it. Its good that we can be open and critique certain things without getting censored. The other temple is looking much better, almost perfect I would say, this temple have a little bit different direction how the hair lays, it lays more just straight down so incisions need to be created with a different direction. The problem is also the tech who planted so many doubles and multis, there are even doubles and multis on the outer line. Yes I get it, it will probably be ok to have manual punch, but then I need to go one time to Istanbul for just punching out these grafts, then I need to have another touch up surgery, so 3 surgeries in total, 2 "repairs". I dont feel like thats an option I feel like doing. Its probably 2+ years before its done, I need to shave own each time and look like a wreck for months for something that can be done easily without any surgery with electrolysis.
  8. I agree, I also felt safe and well taken care off when I was there, I think if you just skip temple work you should be fine. If you care about not having doubles in the hairline maybe you should choose someone else, but not everyone is after perfection, just better hair.
  9. Yes he is a good dude, but that said the problem should not occur. I think in my situation he felt that my temples was so deep in and my forehead would have looked wide without filling them in, but it is a very difficult task to do temple work. I will see where to go from here and we will have contact and evaluate at 12 months.
  10. I talked on FaceTime with Dr Yaman yesterday. He explained as to why I have not got any answer from them for so long that the old coordinator taking bookings, answering everything have left(which I already knew), and they recently got a new one speaking English, which is Ihsan. So he said that he acknowledges that this needs to be fixed, he sees the issue and it should not have been planted so many multiple grafts ontop of my native hair in that area. He also said that some had wrong angles, he said it was difficult in that area because the angles changed so much. His solution he wanted to do was for free that I could come to Istanbul and he would spend a day with me on his own using manual punch to punch out the bad grafts, and put them behind the hairline. My solution I talked about was doing electrolysis with blend technique("needle laser") that can remove them one by one the thick ugly ones. He said that this was also a possible way to do it, but he did not want to waste the grafts. I am leaning towards doing electrolysis to be honest, even though grafts are being wasted it is not an extreme amount of grafts. I can also get this done close to me and I dont need to go through surgery again just for the removing of these. Electrolysis is minimal scarring aswell, even though he uses a manual punch it will still be some scarring. Just a small update, Dr Yaman is a cool dude to be honest, I like him as a person, and he knows that I am pretty well educated on this so he likes to talk details and hair nerdy stuff. I still would say that it is a problem, he should be more involved himself in the whole procedure and things like this would not happen. He said that the tech who planted this had 6 years of experience as a tech, which to me is weird, to plant thick multiple grafts in the temple area into my already native hair with that many years of experience. I guess it can also be a problem that the techs do not have the proper tools for success, to use magnification which could also be a explanation. This business is all about results, so what he is as a humanbeing is not really important. If I had to go to someone who was a total idiot but did amazing work, who cares, I would still go. I think theres a solution anyway in the end of the tunnel, I am leaning towards electrolysis.
  11. If we talking solely on results, she is not a 2,5 euro+ Dr in my books. Dr Pekiner for 2,5 euros does incredible hairlines, while Dr Bicer is doing a good job aswell but not on par IN MY OPINION. If you like termendous post-op care then yes. You need to know that this is Turkey aswell, a Turkey Dr charging 2,5 euro is like a European Dr charging somewhere around 7.5 euro per graft. That why these Spanish and Portuguese Drs charging 2,5-3 euros is pretty incredible. A nurse in Turkey earns 7,000 euros per year, a nurse in Spain earns 25,000 euros per year. I got info on a good clinic in Turkey, they pay their most experienced techs about 1,000 euros a month. The spanish docs probably pays atleast 3x that, 3,000 euros a month for a experienced tech. But there seems to be some trend going around, "if I lose my hair, I will just go to Turkey" which is really good for the turkish clinics, since the average Joe seems to think Turkey is the best place on earth to get a transplant, and its all about demand.
  12. Thanks all for your encouraging words. I need to give it time and see how its looks when all hairs have sprouted. Thanks for taking your time to look and answer. @SGT @JDEE0 @DrMunibAhmad @SadMan2021 I need to take a break, and try to zoom out from thinking about this all the time. I will be back in a month for the 6 month mark and update with some photos. Happy growing to everyone who had a transplant recently! 😊
  13. Yes I doubt it aswell. Yeah and the angles are wrong according to every great Dr I ask, and Dr Yaman himself is creating the incisions which is angling the grafts, so its abit contradicting to go back in that sense aswell. On a positive note, the yield seems to be decent at this stage, its still pretty early.
  14. I had this answer after talking to FueGenix, Dr Munib Ahmad. So I guess we are looking at two procedures. Damn I did not know I was going to be this broken by this, I regret so much doing the temples and accepting the hairline drawn by Dr Yaman.
  15. Yes I have spoken to his new director Ihsan. He told me two days ago he would speak to Dr Yaman about this, but have not recieved any answer yet. I am not interested in going back to be honest, if they care at all I would like to have my money back, since this will cost me scars and two more surgeries which will not be for free, but that I cannot decide and it is not my priority at this time. I am in talks with Dr Lupanzula, Dr Alcaide at BHR, Dr Bicer and Dr Pinto to try to come up with an idea how to proceed. I have a online consultation with Dr Bicer next week. All of them wants me to wait 12 months before another procedure. I am still not even 6 months post-op so I need to keep my cool abit aswell, but its obivous something will need to be done about the multiples. I need to take down the sides to a short length so I can see really how many multiples it is, hopefully its not in the hundreds.
  16. Thanks for answering. Yes I am abit concerned on this part, but I dont know really what to do. Unfortunaly this side is basically only doubles and multiples, and that said the majority is 3s and 4s, not sure how that is possible but. I think if it was doubles it would be fairly ok but now its a mess. To be honest I think Dr Yaman himself is good but the problem is that he might have some techs that is doing a big part of the procedures who might not have alot of experience. This is a real beginner mistake, the tech who transplanted majority multiples and doubles cannot know anything really about temporal points. I also blame myself a lot because I did not research more about temple restoration before the transplant, its the past months I really feel like I started to know every small bit that it is important, just shows that people should maybe do half a year or so research but people are usually quick to take a decision. I solely trusted Dr Yaman on the design and I thought I needed to fill down because my temple peaks was so deep.
  17. Looks normal. 3.5 months was just before I started to get any growth so need to have some more patience.
  18. Yes I am consulting with only great Drs for this. I wish you luck if you go through with your surgery.
