  1. To answer your first question, is Dr Seiadatan a good Dr? Yes he probably is, he is one of the pioneers of Spanish FUE, he teached the great Dr José Lorenzo. What worries me is that there is not alot of cases out there for him. If you are interested in Spanish Drs I would say that you should look at the Spanish forums, because of language barrier not many of the Spanish guys is here. That said after som extensive research on the best Spanish & Portuguese Drs over the past months I can tell you my list. Dr Juan Cuoto, Dr José Lorenzo, Dr Rafael De Freitas, Dra Felicidad Espinosa(1,5 years waiting list), Dra Cottellessa(she worked for De Freitas for a long time and she is basically doing the same approach as De Freitas), Dra Ximena Vila, Dr Antonio Burgos, Dra Meyer & Dr Alcaide. One that is out of this list but I really start seeing amazing work from is also Dra Gabriela Ochoa at the Zira Clinic in Valencia. Her approach is also extremely similiar to De Freitas, maybe because Dra Cottellessa worked there before opening her own clinic. The best for Portugal, Dr Bruno Pinto and Dr Bruno Ferreira. I am still doing research on Portugal, so have not really dug deep enough yet. I would NEVER choose Turkey over Spain or Portugal. Best of luck.
  2. @Eff Brown I dont know about this situation but isnt it safe to remove the scabs @DrTBarghouthi with clean hands just put schampoo and try to make the scabs easy to remove since its 15 DAYS POST OP? So you can see whats going on under. The situation does not look nice but since the scabs are still there, they are normally removed on Day 10 with schampoo until they are soft and moist and easy to just massage away.
  3. Sure, I thought I was only trying to ease his concerns a little with the photo you removed. If you just compare cases like this, Dr Bruno Ferreira, world class Dr how clean this placement is vs Dr Yaman who is tech based. I am mostly here for my interest in hair transplant surgery and to dig deep into this world, but if we are getting censored talking about recommended Drs and how you feel about them I would rather go elsewhere. Never in my life have I been disrespectful or behaved bad, I am just, like most people here trying to learn as much as we can about this and have a real interest in it and to help others. This is @JoeMan case from Bruno Ferreira.
  4. Are we not allowed to answer the TS questions and concerns? He is stating that he is worried that the temples of his natural hair is fine singles, and you can clearly see that thicker doubles/multiples has been transplanted which will make a "transition" zone. I dont think it will look to bad grown out because its not transplanted over his existing hair. But you should be able, with your experience of hairloss and hair transplant surgery to see a problem with not using magnification and just place grafts wherever, not taking into account if they are multiple, double or single grafts.
  5. I have seen that you stated that you need temple work done, what has made you come to the conclusion that Dr Yaman is the go to guy for temple work? More like the only Dr in the world that should be allowed to do temple work is Dr Juan Cuoto, thats how difficult it is.
  6. Yes my problem was this though, I think this thread starter is better off since they did not transplant ontop of his existing hair, but temple work should be avoided at all cost is my impression from obviously researching temple work like there is no tomorrow for the past months.
  7. I think that will look good, up there it is much more important the first rows is single grafts, it is not so important for the whole part to be singles like in the lower temple region which is usally very fine singles and some finer doubles. A problem would have occured if Dr Gur did like my Dr did on me and go into all your existing hair in the temple to make it stronger.
  8. Actually I saw a case with necrosis(if you dont know what it is then search on Google, but not before or when you are eating) from this clinic on a Facebook group the other day. I have also seen some very bad results on that group from Longevita.
  9. I would probably go with Dr Gur if I got to choose between these two, since he is doing less patients per day and I have mostly seen very good results.
  10. No no, I just meant that, like you said its me who needs to see this everyday in the mirror, and I dont like the temple to be that thick and not be able to wear my hair as I prefer with a fade cut.
  11. Thanks for taking the time to go through my thread. Yes I agree with you on electrolysis being the best option in my case since I have been stabilized in my loss for many many years and to remove a few hundred grafts is not the end of the world hopefully. My family history is good with hairloss aswell. The good thing with electrolysis that many dont know I think is if the follicle is not dying, it will become more minituarized after. I have seen some had thick 4 hair grafts that turns into a single, then you do another session its totally gone. This means the ones who does not die will be less noticeable and melt into my existing hair. Indeed, everyone who is serious is doing all the work with magnification, you can see on their Instagram aswell when they are implanting that they are not using anything like that.
  12. Everything is how you feel about it of course, but I think you guys will get the point when you see it at the 12 month mark why I did this. My temple hairline was something like this in the photo, its just this part downwards I want to remove some thick grafts to make a natural look. This area is now of very high density, and this area is supposed to be very thin naturally. My hope is still that I dont need another surgery, but we will see.
  13. You have the right to your opinion and I get your point, the problem is that you have not seen it in real life. Literally no haircut is going to hide the error in the temples. To be clear with you and with everyone, its just a small part in the temple where they went over my existing hair, its transplanted multiples ontop of my hair that was already there which is only singles and some fine doubles. This makes a extreme amount of grafts per cm2, say it was around 60 grafts per cm2 pre-transplant in that area, now they added 40 grafts per cm2, so 100 grafts per cm2 and mostly multiples. I think you understand why they need to be removed, because they did not need to be there in the first place. The hope I have is to remove these and hopefully I dont even need another transplant because the density I think is starting to get better and better.
  14. Yes I am just saying that the timeline is not the same for everyone, to me your result looks pretty good, and I think you were an really early grower. Would be interesting if you shaved down one spot and count grafts per cm2 since this procedure he promised a amount we are not used to see ever. With the maturing of these hairs, in 12 months the result will feel alot better I am sure, hopefully you will be satisfied.
  15. Yes its getting better and better, she is amazing really the woman who is doing the treatment, she is abit worried with removing too much so we take it in steps, she get the idea that the darkest ones should be removed but we go slow forward. Also a problem with this Electrolysis blend method is that you cannot target a specific area too much, it will damage the skin so when it starts to turn red you need to stop and then wait for another 2 weeks, so the process is abit lengthy but well worth it because you can precisely remove them one by one.
  16. After 2 sessions, also starting to remove the thicker ones in the other temple.
  17. There are many good clinics in Spain, I would suggest checking out the spanish forum.
  18. This is interesting, because my hair started to sprout at around 3 month mark, at the 4 month mark I had nothing like I have now at 162 days or 5 months and 9 days. I still see tiny hairs sprouting basically everywhere when I take close up photos with flash still. I have one spot that has not filled in but its sprouting new hairs in this area by the day still. You also see some people who have almost nothing at 5 month mark and then alot at 7 month mark so it does not seem so easy to calculate as a simple math problem, theres more to it. With this calculation, everyone would be a early grower. You are saying 90% of the hairs or more have sprouted at day 135, 4,5 months. We all know this is not true, if you follow alot of patients reviews here, alot of new hairs are sprouting even at 6 months+ in most cases.
  19. Not sure if you looked through the thread at all or just the latest photos? This is a mistake and has been acknowledged by the Dr himself, this was wrongdoing on their part, the temple points should be fine single and some double grafts, they transplanted only thick multiples and it looks very obvious even grown out. Yes I will do a lower fade, I just need to remove some of these grafts to make it look more equal to my own existing hair in the temple area, and no I am not looking for perfection as I stated early in this thread. The yield I think looks pretty good for a little bit over 5 months, so I dont really worry about that.
  20. Yes I can see that the other side is getting abit thinner aswell, but one side is abit more dramatic. When you turn your head sideways I think is the biggest difference now with a NW1 from every angle. Great result from HLC, there have been some negative reviews recently so good to see great work from them as we are used to.
  21. Oh that photo shows another story, this result is extremely good and I understand the amount of grafts used. But the photos you showed in your other post seemed little to no recession also. Seems that you had recession just on one side? Or that your natural hairline was like that. I was referring to this.
  22. Not to sound negative but the photos you posted you were probably NW1.25 or so, not sure how its even possible to use 2160 grafts? You look identical but with a smaller forehead on your pre-op vs post-op. Did they lower your hairline by 1.5-2cm? The good part is that it does not really matter probably, you are 32 years old on Finasteride, with little to no hairloss, so should be fine with the donor.
  23. I can document my removal of the bad grafts in here. We removed about 65 grafts the first session, it is so many grafts so they need to be removed in many sessions. I am doing it with Electrolysis with the blend method, a form of laser removal which is using a needle to kill them one by one.
  24. There is not many patient reviews of him though, I was going much on his results posted by himself and the recommendation on this site. I would have gone to FueCapilar if I had researched more.
