โAfterย all, in the real world, nobody really pays attention to those minor details โ it's allย about feelingย good aboutย yourself and rocking your style with confidence.โ
that is the best sentence ย I have read ย here this year.ย

So he's not a hair mill then? I mean I know he's on the list of recommended surgeons here but I have seen several not so good reviews or comments about him here. And comments indicating that he has minimal involvement and techs do most of the work.
you can divide hairs mills into different categories on who is the least risk, but his clinic has the same characteristic features as a hair mill.
3-5 patients daily and technicians do the most of the work where he mostly only draw the hairline.ย
his technician is most likely unskilled and a bunch of unprofessional butchers with no experienceAnywaysย it reminds me of Serkan aygin clinic. you have no control over which of them that is good or bad, so you play a Roulette game therefore it is best not to take a chance on himย
when you see his recent results on reddit. Go to a clinic where you have control over the team that produces good results and the doctor only focuses on you.ย then it is more likely that you will get a good resultalso use the list as a guide and not a manual.ย The best doctor in Turkey is not in the recommended list, Dr. Pekiner. or the best doctors in the world like Dr.Cuto and Dr.Pinto

I would go with Gur. He is far more efficient in getting almost top-notch results using a small number of grafts, saving your donor supply. I would expect Yaman to quote you around 4-4.5 grafts compared to Gur's 3k.
Remember, your donor is finite and cannot be replaced. I am attaching some Gur results that I really find great. I do not recall seeing equivalent results from Yaman in here.https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/68763-dr-gokhan-gur-nw4-3220-grafts

No bro ,Iโve never took anything ,thatโs what I think transplant will suit me good , I donโt see myself losing much more hair in the next decades if it hasnโt happened till now
You never know. Do you want to try medication first like 12 month and see your progress before you do surgery?
I am agreeing with Keserโs assessment. He is a really good doctor that gives good results. Perkiner are also another good doctor and waiting 4 month is nothing compare to how seriously a surgery is.ย

I think this is the clinic I'm close to considering. I've seen a negative review over the span of several years but majority here and on reddit say he's good. I was quoted 2500 grafts.ย
I've posted here before and you all have been so helpful. Thank you.ย
I wouldnโt go with him my brother when it is better low cost alternative available. He is a hair mill that do between 3-5 patient daily and also very little involvement with him where the technicians does the most. Stay away from him bro.
look at Dr. Gur, Dr. Turan or Dr.Dermitov (not sure how to spell his name properly ๐ฉ) if u want cheap options.ย
ยgood luck with your future surgery ๐

Can you show pictures of your crown?
do you use medication btw? Finasteride and Oral minoxidil should be enought for your thinning crown

Bro You have a good hairline and really few people look good with the buzz cut as you do. You donโt need a hair transplant and I do think it will do any good thing for you after seeing the donor areaย

Sheeding is a sign that is working. Just stick trough it. It will be worth in the end. You are probably your own worse enemy when it comes to the sheed and will probably think is worse than what other people are seeing. The best thing is to calm down and trust the process.
And also just take the pill and go on with your life. Your will probably not get sides. If you do it will probably happen in the beginning of your journey and go away on it own or after lowering the dose

Excellent result with really good density ๐คฉ๐คฉ
yes have been using finasteride over 3 years. No side effect so donโt be scared of it. Really few people get the side effect and most people just take it as other vitamins and medications and continue their daysย

My procedure is not scheduled yet. I had 3 in-person consultations, I would like to have 1 more.ย
I will provide a list of doctors I have consulted in the future
Honestly it doesnโt look to baad and u can survive with it until you get your next surgery that hopefully will fix this mess.
I am looking forward to see the list of doctors you have visited and their solution to this here.ย

I have a friend who was just like you. The balding was evident when he was 20 years old.
he have ย been using Fin 5 days a week, DUT 2 days a week and 5 mg oral minoxidil every day for 5 years now.
he has kept his hair and has still the teenage hair and the density as before.ย
so it's possible to keep itย

@Gatsbyย and @BeHappyย are the two names that come to my mind. Both have given great advice and have been "in the game" for a long time. They both have a wellspring of knowledge in the HT World, new and old.
I also agree with @Rolandas, He has provided the community with a treasure of educational videos that are easy to understand. I'm a bit sad though that he hasn't made any new videos recently
Yeaah @Rolandasย is the goat haha
but i will also vote for @BeHappy. He have been member here since 2007 and also @Steeeveย that have been member here since 2014. ย They both contributes and give advices without being bias with some of the clinics here. I think is really important to have mods that are objective and is known to not have any affiliation or any friendships with the clinics. I think also is unfair to give to someone that have been member here since 2020 or later when people with a lot of experience are present here ๐

Avoid Yaman and go to Fuecapilar - either gur or Turan.ย
Those two have the most satisfied results and patient generally get good results with them compared to Yaman that is a hair mill and will destroy your donor and give u bad growth and need for repair.ย
ยgo to the Facebook group Hair loss conquer and u will see over 100 cases of real patients that have documented their journey with Fuecapilarย
anyways what is your budget? You have Dr Perkiner that is the best doctor in turkey and good really really good results and have a high standard for him self. More expensive but worth it.
Dr. Bicer is also a good doctor and really ethical.ย
HLC is also a alternative but I would have avoid them since is a lot of doctors that are working on you and for their high prices they give average result and sometimes botched jobs too. To risk to go to them so best to avoid them

I would have easily gone with Dr. pittella. He is a amazing doctor and from what you wrote it seems he cares and that is really important.ย

Hello! Iโve been searching around for clinics. Iโve seen a lot of reviews for Yaman that are older. Iโm looking for people who have recently been there and what there experience was like? As Iโm ultimately wondering if Is this still a good clinic?
I also noticed they only do 2 patients a day from what I was told. Is this true?
ย Final question is stem cell injections worth getting? ย Has anyone got them done? Was there improvement?
any and all info would be awesome!I have seen recently bad results from him on the Reddit, here and also on Facebook. Is a gamble honestly to go with him and therefore you shouldnโt.
have you tried talking to other doctors such as Dr Perkiner, HLC, Dr.Bicer, Gur, Turan?

This is going to be interesting thread for sure. Hope it works out. A Repair by Dr Turan is probably a first on this forum. Quick question, hope you donโt mindโฆ. I know Dr Turan has a day rate of โฌ3250 for up to 2250 grafts, did he charge you this or charge less? Reason I ask is that Iโve just had a procedure with Dr Turan but may think in the future to lower the hairline slightly similar number of grafts to your repair?ย
He charge basically as you said up to 2250 grafts โฌ 3250 so I had to pay that too

all the best @Ajamilo, being a repair patient is never easy but you have chosen a great surgeon.
I hope the previous thread is not disappearing because it may help some people as well.
Thaaanks and yes indeed he is a great doctor.
I will let the previous thread be available as it is. That is the reason i made a new thread with a new doctor ย
