Cuz I feels that I needed a bit more in the front temples area.
Then wait at least 12-15 month so you know what you are working with. And also you are giving the donor Area time to come back from the trauma and that stuff.
good luck tho and update your journey here if you can do that

Why do you want to get it 4 month after the first transplant? And did you first do it in the hairline and wand to work with the crown now or?

not taking finasteride after and especially before a hair transplant, i think its a poor decision.
you need to be on that daily until there's a better option in the future.
not taking finasteride could be a reason why your HT failed
This is a 10 month period. I doubt and I don’t believe it has anything to do with the use of finasteride. This is simple poor low graft survival surgery

Thanks for sharing. Good to know. I have also started reading more on this and I came to a conclusion the dosage varies and a dermatologist consult is recommended. I see many suggested 1mg fin daily or 3time weekly and topical min has been suggested by many. But I read that these med has to be taken life long if you want keep your fair-fall and the moment you let go fin-min your hair falls start very fast.
so my question is how long it takes to know the sides of fin? And if you know you are more sensitive to fin then if you stop the med then what will happen to your hair fall?
I don’t know how long it takes to know the sides of FIN but is normal to feel different the first month at least. I did it and I know some friends that also felt the same. I think this has something to do with the body's adaptation to the medicine. is rare that you get side effects that last longer than that tho.
let's say you've been using FIN for a year. most likely you will shed a lot when you stop and you will end up where you were supposed to be if you haven’t used the medicine. that is why many people are shocked when they lose a lot of hair and a lot of it does not recover.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. How long it takes to know if fin and min has sides or not? I have never taken them yet and if I use both then how would I know which one has sides on me?
Topical min can have sides as itching. I had it after I was using it a while so I changed it to oral minoxidil.
usually in the beginning in the Fin journey one can get some problems with the private part. But usually if you continue to use it like 1-2 month it will fade away and be normal as before.

Hello,
I just finished the HT with Dr. Michalis in Nicosia, Cyprus yesterday.
~2700 grafts were added to the mid-scalp region.
I must admit, superb treatment and very high-skilled technique. Only manual extraction over 2 days. He does all the work by himself - incisions, extraction, and even implementation (his only coworker helped him here).
In comparison to Dr Yaman/my first HT, the HT with Dr. had a completely different quality overall. Less painful anaesthetica injections, much much more sensible work when it comes to extractions and implementations.
I am kinda pissed, I listened to recommendations on this forum and went to Yaman. Dr. Michalis immediately noticed the 'damaged' donor with larger scarring that I got from doing the HT with Yaman.
So again, I would not recommend Yaman at all.
I attached pictures from donor and recipient area (day 1 major part (1500) of grafts implemented, and second day (1100).)
I paid 1,50€ per graft, however, he increased the price already to 1,80€ in Cyprus. You pay 2,50€ in Barcelona. He paid for hotel (common) and even the flights (up to 400€, uncommon)
Had a very pleasant time, there are only a few doctors who offer this quality of work for a price like this.
Am very very happy. I will give some monthly updates here, beware, I will start clipping my hair again after the first month ;)). Maaaaybe will let it grow out in winter, but as I said in the beginning, my goal was a stubbly 1-3mm look in combination with a HT since my donor hair is limited and I like my hair to be like this. I will let it grow out at some point just out of curiosity.
First two pics day 1, the rest is of today, which is 1 day after the HT.
Best
the extraction looks so clean from Dr. Michalis. I have been telling several months that Yaman’s clinic is as bad as other hairmill. wonder how many patients he botches and ruins and never gets to hear about it.

Wow niceee result 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Take it to the one year mark then reassess. I suggest after that if you still feeling you are loosing ground add DUT 2 times a week and oral minoxidil 5 mg 7 times a week

The only thing you can do is to be patient. Six month is still early and you can be a late grower. You have to wait 1-2 more months to see it out.
i just want to add: Dr.Yaman is a hit and miss doctor. So is a really high probability that this is a failure.

What is your pain sensitivity, how many injections did you have, was your native hair miniaturised etc. So, there are a few variables in it. ...It will take usually 3 to 6 months and you can add minoxidil into the mix as an Anagen stimulator to help it come back in. Shock loss for the most part is temporary assuming the native hair quality was good and this is as said, shock from injections etc and not damage, and therefore 30 days is still early. Try to relax and it should come good in time.
This! You just need to be patient and wait between 3-6 months and see after that. Usually it recovers in that time period

You have already several post. Is better to write on your previously posts than to create a new every time. Have you talked with your clinic about the issue? The recepeint doesn’t look good and I don’t think it will get so much better tbh
have you a lot of beard grafts? I think the only option for you is to shave of your have and do smp or work with beard grafts and body hair since you don’t have any donor left sadly.

I never said I didn’t have so much donor left. Afro hair curls into the scalp, (to extract it, you need to have been extracting afro kinky hairs before).
What did you mean with: «Dr. Priya Das said my temple won’t go as planned again since there has been a lot of transection and we won’t be having a lot of donors left (So sad)»

I have tried to find your post so it is good you updated. you have to wait and reassess after 4 or 5 more month. The grow barely starts in the 3-4 month and the hair is wirry and really thin too in the beginning.
I was interested in what you mean with the transection. Did they waste grafts and did they take more from the donor than what they putted in the recipient?
and also you only used 1300 grafts. What do you mean with you don’t have so much more donor left?

I also had a shock loss my first month with Mwamba. It recovered for me too as @Dillpickle123. I wouldn’t worry at all to be honest

Nice result. Congratz

The work looks clean bro @RTC you went to a really good clinic.
hopefully this will give you a naturally looking hairline and you can enjoy your hair without worrying ☺️

To me, it seems highly unprofessional; unfortunately, the world doesn't operate like that. On the one hand, it is important to have a strong skill set, but it is similarly important to convey trust about your skill set. Most of his patients are from abroad, often traveling for the first time to Turkey. I would say it is a bold move, almost naive, to make a call based on the opinions in forums. Even if it works out in the end, I think it requires a certain naivety to go ahead with something having so few viable data points that this is actually a trustworthy option to pursue.
Have you asked any of his patients how the communication with the clinic is? The most important thing is that he is following up the clients and patients than randoms people who send the clinic pics and try to get contact with them
meaby @Jallyn can answer that

Thanks for the picture. Just have patience and wait and reassess after some more months. It looks like the hairs have sprouted out and it starting to thicken up

Did you previously have hairs on the left side? From the post op picture it looks like the grafts was spaced out and a lot less grafts was implanted there compare to the other side.
can you btw post a similarly pic from the right side too so i can see the difference?

That’s really no excuse, as a patient it would make me very uncomfortable knowing I can’t get a hold of my surgeon and the clinic suddenly vanished.
I am sure that his patients have a contact with the rep Alex or someone within the clinic.

How could anyone trust a surgeon that goes off the radar like this?
It is normal for him. I don’t get shocked if he suddenly come back with a new clinic and new website haha. But he is the best doctor in turkey. So you should trust his quality and results he produce

The two first clinic you should visit are Keser and Pekiner. From there i think Bicer, Fuecapilar and HLC are good options
