Hey, I shared the same with @Eugenix Hair Sciences , they say it's not cobblestoning. IDK what is true though. Could you help me understand it? Is it bad for regrowth? can It be fixed?

@Eugenix Hair Sciences  @Eugenix Hair Science Can you respond to the above comment on confirming if its Cobblestoning?

You should do what Melvin told you. Have a personal consultation with them and have a dialog on how to move on from here. You still have some months left and thing can turn around.
when it comes to the cobblestoning I think you should also talk with others doctors in your area (india?) such as Dr.Bathi and medispa. Is important to get other doctors views too on this issue and to be 100% sure If it is cobblestoning or not.

I saw quite early on in your pictures that you possibly had cobblestoning and from the new pictures I am 100% sure that you have cobblestoning. i have cobblestoning and it is identical to yours.
Quite sad because it is 100% the clinic's fault and nothing to do with you. Getting a failed transplant can happen, but cobblestoning is incompetence and should never happen

Zarev can take more scalp than anyone that cannot be disputed. He has taken 18k grafts on a patient for the scalp often uop to 15k.

Numbers no one else can reach. He doesnt like beard hair in general that would be the difference with Pittella

Pittella is amazing too though. Zarev plans long term he wants his patients to have enough dobor resources in most cases from the scalp.

Thats probably why he is thinks you are not a patient. But im sure Pittella will do a great job if you go with him

I think is wrong to just state that Zarev plans long term and not include the other doctors on that. People can get confused on that. Every elite doctors that is mentioned in this thread do plan for the long term for each patients

and also I don’t think is right  to say that Zarev can can take more scalp hair than anyone else.

I am reasonably sure that the best doctors can do the same as Zarev. it is more about preference and that they do not want to over harvest the donor area completely and also take a lot of hairs outside the "donor area"

from my perspective when it comes to FUE Pittella and Zarev is the doctors when it comes to Norwood 7. Pittella’s results speaks for it self and also Zarev is just different and he doesn’t rely on donor supply from beard and body. Dr. Sethi is also really good but not in the same level as those two.
Why not go to Brazil and do a live consultation with dr. Pittella?

Hello all. Looking for advice on trusting Dr. Yaman with this procedure. I am a 30 year old who has been losing hair since early 20s. Tried finasteride in the past but stopped due to noticeable side effects. I have been using topical minoxidil. My hair loss has seemed to slow down over the past year or two but who knows what the future holds. I did a consultation with Dr. Yaman’s team over WhatsApp and they recommended 6000 grafts over two days. On his end it will cost about $6500. I am about to book the procedure for May but am curious what your thoughts are. I have been researching this forum for weeks and I want to go with Yaman due to his recent work with higher norwoods. He also fits in my budget of less than $10,000 usd. While I know many are pleased with his work, I know a couple on here weren’t 100% satisfied. But I am realistic in knowing that we each have variables that can play a role and that hair transplants don’t always restore former glory, just the illusion of it. I will attach the photos I sent for consultation. I am open to many questions.Thank you all for your feedback. IMG_5045.thumb.jpeg.684b477601d117075dc035ca8d1dadf0.jpegIMG_5051.thumb.jpeg.49c68a59df2cc5bca16f0ca7adadafaf.jpegIMG_5053.thumb.jpeg.8fe46a4bb688ee835c142b2d1639c991.jpegIMG_5060.thumb.jpeg.5614e9050d48713ca894d2f380a948a2.jpegIMG_5064.thumb.jpeg.9aff05667a56f58ee9d2b901dccdc605.jpegIMG_5069.thumb.jpeg.750458b51b7e431335bb1d1264bb7123.jpegIMG_5062.thumb.jpeg.5625068ea859b7aa3f703eb39647e581.jpeg

You are a high Norwood so it is really important to use either FIN or DUT to slow down the hair loss or to stop it. Have you tried to use Fin in smaller dose and meaby 3 times a week so you don’t get the side effects?
I will say also you don’t have a bad time. Do your research and save up your money. You will really regret if you try to do a surgery asap and thing doesn’t go as you wish. Try medication 12 months and reassess your Norwood.

also use your time to follow this thread and see the end result.  since he is in a almost similar situation as you. I am not a big fan of Yaman. His techs is bad and give bad results too often

I am booked with Dr,. Yaman April 29-30 on the same 6000 grafts as you and I basically have the same Norwood as you.  I chose him for the same reason as you.  He seems to have a lot of success on the higher graft counts and is willing to do a 2 day surgery.  I have read some of the "poor" reviews and honestly some of them don't seem legit.  They didn't give proof of a bad transplant.  The quality I have seen from him certainly outweighs the poor results.  I am certain that not every clinic has 100% satisfaction rate, however, I feel Dr. Yaman has to have a very high satisfaction rate based off the results ive seen on this forum.  I'm not worried one ounce about having him perform my transplant.

    As for your shedding question:

How much you shed is really unpredictable.

Some shed all the hair + even some of the native hair, others don't shed at all. Most are somewhere in between.

There is nothing unusual about some hair not shedding during that phase. As long as the grafts weren't damaged during harvesting or implantation they should all start growing at some point.

The clinic you went to isn't a place that would normally be recommended, but it looks like you received decent work by whoever those techs were. Should turn out well.

I dont see this clinic be any different than example Dr.Yaman. The doctor is involved in the surgery and does the incision and also only two patients a day

This look good for only three months. The growth usually starts now so I would expect good result here :)

If you're looking for the ACE of Doctors, you don't need to look any further than Dr. Mohebi. Not only is he extremely precise and knowledgeable, but you know what you're going to get just by the impression he gives you. The way he presents himself is representative of the work he does. It's clean, precise, and brilliant. The quality of the before-and-after is top notch and transformative. He changed my life with what he's done and his staff and support team provide 90210 service like you'd expect. Thank you Dr. Mohebi and staff. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for hair restoration. You shouldn't even think twice about going elsewhere.

Every aspect of the process was clearly explained and the team ensured I was comfortable each step of the way. I'm going back for a second op soon.

I am really happy that he was supporting you throughout the surgery and changed your life with this result.

But  honestly nothing of this work give me the impression of brilliant and precisely work as you describe.

  9. I am 9 days away from the 3 month mark (the days goes fast tbh) and excited to see the growth start soon.

was walking outside and tok some pictures.  The first pic is 1 month i guess after the surgery something and the two other is from today.

been using the finasteride 6 years but the last 4-5 years have been seriously and oral minoxidil between 3- 4 years. The recepient area is all transplanted from the first surgery with Serkan aygin clinic but I am sure the oral minoxidil and finasteride reversed some lost hairs from there too

  10. I would say the luxurious buzz cut with good density needs more than 1 surgery to get to that level and to be safe from grafts failure because of the blood distribution.

Are you Norwood 2 or close to that and have your hair loss stopped? I don’t see that be possible for Norwood 3 and behind because of donor and supply and also due to continuing of hair loss
