Hello everyone, So, it has been quite sometime since I posted any updates. Here are some updates. I met Dr Somesh in Eugenix Clinic at Mumbai. I had a very plesant conversation with. He listened to all my issues(curly hair in frontal area, small small pimples type, massive and massive hairloss all over the head). He has assured me that he would be monitoring my growth for the next 3-4 months to see final progress, and will be doing all that is possible. So, after consulting him I have stopped topical minoxidil(that I started after 3 months of HT) and increased my oral minoxidil dosage from 2.5mg once a day (I started from March 1o, 2024) to 2.5mg twice a day. My only concern is how to stable my hair loss. When I was there right infront of him, I probably showed hikm over 1000 hair shaft falling out. It was supper aggressive like very scary to me in normal eyes. My current regimen- 1mg Finax everyday, 2.5mg Minoxidil(Lonitab) twice a day. Q-Sera Hair Serum twice a week, Scalpe plus shamppp twice a week, and multivitamins. After 3 months, under Doctor's provision I might start dutasteride if hairloss is not controlled. Let's hope all goes well. Also I have received pics taken on March 10th (around 7.5 months) and 4th April(around 8.5 months). I will be sharing today

I am shedding everything. I have switched to oral minoxidil 2.5mg every night. Slowly I will be stopping topical solution. I dont have any heart related issuers with oral minoxidil. it's easier also. Have started taking it 15 days back. I am trying to be patient for next 4 months. I also have a bit of feeling that some what shedding is due to minoxidil as it is massive. So, hope I get some real good growth in couple of months. Fingers crossed. Let's see

I was losing massive hair before that too. So, I have started taking and plan to continue it for another 6-8 months and then see if I should stop

Yes, true, I am little worried when I see losing a lot of hair. Just 3 days back I lost close to 400 hairs while shampooing. Yes, stressed as I think I have way below par density. So, I am waiting for 4 more months as I have gone past 8 months already

I visited their Mumbai clinic and have started 2.5mg oral Minoxidil for past 2 weeks, and still continuing topical minox once at night. I am trying to be patient. Let's see

If you are surprised then go through my post. They are just doing good marketing, their technicians are more or less uneducated villagers, who do a terribly mark. Sadly they only post some good results while ignore lot of HT results. They operate 20+ or far more on single day in Gurgaon clinic.

Nice. Congrats. I also got it done at Eugenis by dr Somesh. I got a really bad HT which needs a repair anyway. Massive thinning and almost failed HT. Btw are you on oral minoxidil? what's your dose?

#Update Today while washing my hair, I think I lose close to 500 hairs. This is happening despite me being on minoxidil, finasteride, multivitamins. I dont know whatelse I can do. I am losing grounds all over the head.

I have been on Fin for 15 months and Min for more than 4 months now. So Minoxidil caused shedding should have been stopped by now right? Also, why am I shedding my transplanted hair? Yes, I am applying on recipient area but these hair should be permanent right?

They were no hair prior to HT. So, it has to be transplanted hair only

Hey, I want to share this one thing. I have been applying Minoxidil on the area where I got HT after completing 3 months of HT. I still feel I am losing transplanted hair while massaging after applying minoxidil. These transplanted hair should be permanent right? Then why am I losing ? is it due to minoxidil application? If so, it's been 4 months. Should not it have stopped by now? Any chance that they will grow back? It looks awful presently.

Hey, I shared the same with @Eugenix Hair Sciences , they say it's not cobblestoning. IDK what is true though. Could you help me understand it? Is it bad for regrowth? can It be fixed? @Eugenix Hair Sciences @Eugenix Hair Science Can you respond to the above comment on confirming if its Cobblestoning?

They were mostly from Odisha. That I can confirm.
