Yes, NW6 people needs 2 HTs year after year (can be done after 9 months). The question is about how good is your donor area, I am lucky because my donor was damaged hard at my first HT in I Turkey, but they didn't touch my head sides grafts which is a strong donor area on my case, also in HDC we know how to persevere donor area with 70% survival rate, so I can go for another 2 HTs in the future, which can cover all my scalp if will be needed, you are welcome to contact me on private.

Hello, I had my repair\2nd HT at HDC (Cyprus) clinic by Dr. Maras (first failed HT was in Arenamed in Turkey). 3000-3500 will be needed to cover your front. It seems you will loose more, buy your donor looks strong. Because you are very young a doctor need to check with you if you don't have potential loosing hair in the donor area\Norwood 7, although in the pictures it looks great now. Minoxidil helps the blood stream to the roots of hair, it mostly helps the crown, but not on everybody. Finasteride prevents DHT, I myself tried it 25 years ago and it didn't help and hurt my fertility, other ppl I know didnt complain on that and it helps to preserve some of their hair. I less recommend you will go for 5000 grafts per a single procedure, especially not using all 5000 from back of the neck. You are welcome to contact and consult with me on private.

Wayyyyy too soon for HT! You got years to wait. 4 months ago I had a patient in your condition, he went to clinic in Turkey, they botched his front with regression and depleted his, then I he asked me for a repair and we did him 1000 grafts for his hair line, he was barley Norwood 2.

As international representor of HDC clinic, I definitely 100% agree with Melvin! It's too early for you to have a HT now, you are barley Norwood 2, and how the heck clinics offered you 3000+ grafts?! You maybe maybe can get 1000-1200 grafts, but it still not worth it, I mostly accept patients that at least Norwood 3, very rare I take Norwood 2 patients, 4 months ago we took a Norwood 2 paitent BUT he was 42 years old, his balding was stabilized, only needed to his hair line like you, we did him 1200 grafts, btw the procedure was done by Dr. Christina (we got 2 doctor teams). As you said in your post, you want to have 2-3 procedures, so wait and be patient for the right time. Also, don't waste your money on those "boosters", I NEVER recommend my clients to use these stuff, no Vitamins, no rollers, no PRP, waste of money and hopes. Only Minoxidil help to some ppl in the crown some a bit, Propecia I am against, it helps some ppl but it sure can effect your fertility, it hurt mine over 10 years ago. Hope that helps.

Thanks for kind words on Dr. Maras, but HDC clinic is in Cyprus, not Athens nor Greece. Yes Cyprus and Greece are very close geographically but 2 different countries Btw, Cyprus national language is English

Thanks for the kind words. In HDC we preserve that at least 70% of the donor area will survive for another HT and yet won't be notice ecstatically, a professional punch should be between 5 hair follicles space with a gentle touch. You always welcome to contact me for advice and guidance.

25 years old patient, he had 1700 grafts on his first HT by a local clinic, after post 1 year final result he was very unhappy and then came to consult with me, I explained him that HDC staff use microscopes FUE only to clean and divide properly the hair graft groups (singles, doubles, triples), also some of the double hair grafts will be split to singles because some paitents don't have naturally enough single hair grafts on the donor area, additionally manual punch will be used on his repair procedure. When the paitent arrived to HDC we were on daily contact before and after the procedure. Dr. Maras drew the hair line, made the punch and slits. The procedure took 2 days of surgery: 28/11/19 600 singles, 698 doubles, 161 triples 29/11/19 367 singles, 981 doubles, 157 triples Total 2973 grafts by HDC Luckily, the patient have a good donor area which can be used for more HTs in the future if will be needed. These photos from HDC are 6 months result, still not final results and the paitent is very satisfied * No PRP, Vitamins, Biotin, or any other boosters were used after the repair HT. *Photos got premission to upload from the paitent

I am amazed to read this on Dr. Bahatti, I know two happy local clients from my country and even one of his representors, a really cool guy with good knowledge on HTs, I am sorry to read your story.

News flash, me and another 6 casualties met that agent, he hates us, but of one us is some what correct relationship with, so he set a meeting and told him he will come with friends so when we all came, he was suprised and shocked seeing our angry faces, at the end we argued for almost 2 hours and he had the nerve to point on us and said " I saw you trash talk on me, after all I did for you...", I replied " Yea I almost died because of you!", at the end he and his angry wife told us, they will only give for some us a HT with a discount (so much for non real warranty as was promised on paper), and the rest of us including me, that we get nothing and get the hell out, and if we want money we are welcome to sue them after we had a contract that there will be no scars and ect... I tell my story that ppl won't give up and don't let crooks step on you and your rights! I am glad that at least that experience thought me a lot and I am working with LEGIT only clinics, that take care for their paitents, unlike "nice price" clinics that damaged your health and ecstatics, I hope my example shows you can tell your story of your horrible experience to warn others with no problems, you will never be alone on this!

Yes, when I go to the barber I scale my edges from 1 til 3, it helps to cover my head sides scars, but my on my back head I can't do much to cover the scars that Arenamed did me, this is what it looks like now, Dr. Maras took most of grafts from near my ears where Arenamed didn't touch it, that was my luck, I have a very strong donor area over there, Dr. Maras said if I will do another HT he will make a "blending" punch on my back head to scale my scars. What is SMP?
