I did the same mistake on my first HT, was a total disaster, I almost died at the procedure in a cheap black market clinic in Istanbul (I wasn't aware at the time), and the local agent that took me to that clinic is getting sued by me plus 4 more casualties, not only my life was in danger, my donor was depleted badly and no hair growth! A year after I did a research and decide to do a repair procedure at HDC clinic by Dr. Maras, can't be happier now, so now I am their representative and give free consultant, you can PM and join my Facebook group and Instagram, it's an open stage group, you can advertise your story, as I demonstrate on my videos what went wrong on my 1st procedure on Turkey, right now just relax, you must wait 9-10 months for the final result https://www.facebook.com/groups/326632715435825/?ref=share https://www.instagram.com/doronhairadvisor/?hl=en Video on my 2 procedures, made by @Melvin-Moderator

Hair Transplants Are Not Perfect!
Doron Harati replied to Melvin- Admin's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
@Melvin-Moderatorfirst of all you are handsome good looking guy πͺπ» Your HTs looks great and certainly from NW6 you look results are amazing and it's not an easy task to cover NW6 men. HTs is way more covering are baldness than retrieving our original perfect density, for normal ppl who aren't into HTs results like that will look great for them, they're not like "us" trying to locate pixels of ball spots, it's more the appearance than the original perfection and today pro clinic produce satisfying results for sure, the cheap clinics will make you look like a Barbi doll. -
Beginning the transplant journey
Doron Harati replied to follicleSaver's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Sounds good solid plan, if I were you, I would consider do my middle scalp instead of the crown, if it's possible without hurting natural hair of course. -
If Minoxidil & Finasteride are legit for hair lossand the only drugs that approved by FDA for MALE hair loss only, for some paitents it won't do any effect so topical formula won't help either. In general I don't recommend Finasteride, it's hurting the libido, some pharmacist told me if the topical don't hurt the libido it's probably won't effect the hair loss either, Minoxidil I do recommend but since both don't help you I suggest you to wait more years for your 1st hair transplant, you got an amazing donor, but you are 27 years old and barely NW2, I suggest you'll wait till you reach NW3.

My horrid experience and help wanted
Doron Harati replied to azza786's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
As @Melvin-Moderator said, no one ever should do his first HT before age 25 (very rarely to accept candidates before 27). There are 2 reasons for that: 1) Mostly at age 20+ the hair loss starts so for NW1-2 there is not enough space to do the procedure, it will only damage the natural hair. 2) If a candidate at early 20 shows potential of NW 6-7 the paitent shouldn't be ever accepted! The DHT will reach the donor area at the head too! As the other said.. try to consider SMP, or if you fave a lot of money the only hair transplant solution you may can have now is by Dr. U at L.A, he is specializing in NW7, crazy BHT skills! -
You paid 2.5 per graft, right? Who did the punch and incisions, Erdogan himself? Some "per graft" clinics do offer full refund if the result was poor, those clinics will offer a free repair first and then if on the 2nd time it won't work you'll get a full refund, but for a pro clinic it happens very rarely, around 97% are successful, at HDC clinic we give also assurance of 80% of graft absorptions.

Lateral Humps Why Theyβre Important
Doron Harati replied to Melvin- Admin's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Maintaining the donor area is one of the most important aspects, some young guys with NW2 - 3, go for a cheap FUE procedure through a black market clinic and the technicians crop 4000 grafts for 1500-2000 job, huge waste for nothing. So on my 2nd procedure\repair HT, most of the grafts were taken from the sides of my head. -
