    Please upload pictures. In my opinion.. SMP is good only if your donor isn't suitable for HT, but you'll have to shave your head every 2-3 days so it won't look funny.

    This is definitely one of the most horrific jobs I ever saw, reminds my 1st traumatic experience with Arenamed in Turkey, I lost so much blood which also put my life on risk along with amateur anesthesia procedure, hence sn ambulance came to rescue me. This paitent lost galore of blood, my heart goes out for him, can't imagine how his donor will look after recovery.

    Around 5000 grafts, but you need to check with a clinic before how many max grafts you can you take without overharvesting your donor.     @Melvin- Moderatorit's also depends on the angle, I think Depp might have no hairloss at all , he had curves over his temples since the 90s, he always had that M shape hairline which can have wider curves due to skin goes backwards, it happens to men over the 40's-50's, very few cases men starting to have NW2 pattern and stuck with that forever, but I think in Depp's case it's more skin change, hard for me to believe he had a job done.

    How old are you? Based on one photo your donor looks healthy and stable as for good candidate. Sides head photos are also essential for estimation.

    The donor looks healthy with thick hair above the average, I think you can get 4000 grafts on 2 days of surgery. looks very good candidate

    Yes you're a suitable candidate, for age 49 your donor looks stable, roughly estimate you'll need 3000 grafts minimum, I think you can have 3000-4000 grafts on 1st session, depends if you'll choose conservative or aggressive hairline, looks you're NW4a stage.

    Indeed, crown needs many triple grafts as possible which I don't have since I was botched on my 1st HT in Arenamed in Turkey, I am quite surprised my shiny ball spot effect had fade away😀

    Here is my 6+ months update, couldn't be happier, just to clear things out: out of 2500 grafts, 1250 were used over the NW3-4 zone and another 1250 for the crown NW5, before my arrival to the clinic I wanted to transplant all the 2500 grafts over the NW5 area but changed my mind.

    This is why many celebrities don't advertise the surgeons names, they probably pay them very high cost with a customized consent I believe.

    For almost 20 years I am betting he had HT with a chance of fibers or hair system enhance add ons, I don't think he had a hairloss problem, either it was a minor NW1.5 - NW2 or his forehead stretched higher which can happen to some men on their 40's- 50's, in Hollywood they used to do stretch cosmetic surgery before HT procedures had good results.

    You in a better shape, mine was one of the worst procedures I ever seen. I had 2 repairs by Dr. Maras at HDC clinic in Cyprus, I am the coordinator of the clinic, each repair session I had 2500 grafts. Right now you just need to wait.

    4100 is way too much to punch in only 1 day of surgery, in professional FUE procedures clinics can punch around 2500 grafts in 1 day of surgery, meaning you mustn't extract too deep and punch with around 5 grafts space between every punch and not one by one, I myself had an horrific experience on my 1st HT by Arenamed clinic in Istanbul, they did a punch OVER a punch! These are the pics of my 1st experience
