  1. Great work! Any video comb-throughs...? The more of these fine-haired patients the better
  2. Could you please post more pics from different angles and also of donor area? Thanks
  3. would love to know an answer to this as im around the same age, but i honestly think there is no definitive answer to this, unfortunately
  4. Great answer. Why has it done you more harm? I would have thought it could disguise lack of density at least in a HT....? My hairs are so incredibly fine and straight, they're almost invisible when looking at a single strand. I guess we always want what we can't have.
  5. That's nice, but are there any before pics? It's really hard to assess without seeing where you started before...
  6. I'm sure it requires less grafts to achieve a dense pack with THICK hairs, but is there any difference in the illusion of density when using THIN hairs...? What i mean is, I know dense packing can be tricky as it depends on healthy grafts, good blood supply, etc. But I'm just wondering if it would be easier to do this with THIN hair grafts or more difficult to have them so close together for whatever reason...? Thanks!
  7. Looks great, but could you also include pics of donor area also, as that is quite an important aspect of a HT. Thanks!
  8. Also, OP, two questions: 1. I absolutely love the result and considering Bisanga myself. How do you feel the angle of grafts are? Does the angle they were implanted perfectly match that of the existing hair? 2. Could we please see a pic WITHOUT the wax, in its pure natural form..? Thanks!
  9. I have to say i really dig the curls. it looks thicker and fuller that way 🤷‍♂️
  10. Would be good to see some pics from month to month as that would give a clearer insight to the HT's growth
  11. Definitely looking good and seems to be in a good place. Good for him!
  12. Looks amazing! Unfortunately, your camera has focused on the camera itself in the mirror, and we cant see Bisanga's quality work Just a pointer for the next update that we are all looking forward to
  13. This is great for fine hair. Where did you get your procedure and are you on meds?
  14. Looks good. How old are you, and are you on medication? Thanks!
  15. Recently found out I had a mild case of stomach lining damage after being prescribed ibuprofen for two weeks.... turns out I was supposed to take the tablets WITH food, and as a result of not doing so i ended up with something called gastritis...Not fun Just wondering how you guys pop your fin? With food or without? And does this have any effect on the efficacy of the drug? Thanks
  16. Could you elaborate on whether the patient is on Fin, and if he started it before or after the surgery? Thanks
  17. Agreed, though I would argue for once that this guys hair does actually seem a bit on the finer side. Finer than usual anyway
  18. Superb results. Would have liked to have seen more comb through at the end, but overall a very good presentation. Thanks for the transparency!
  19. Love this result so much I bestow upon thee 'my favourite result of the week' award 🏆 Congrats dude!
  20. Love this show, and every time i watch, I always notice the SMP. Have never noticed the FUE scars though
  21. Interesting. So it seems to be more surgical error than a person's natural reaction. But are there any cures for it, should it unfortunately occur..? The document Melvin provided doesn't seem to answer that bit...
  22. 1. How common is it? 2. Is it more common in beard transplants than hair transplants? 3. Is it a physiological result or purely down to the skill of the doctor? 4. Are there ways to get rid of it afterwards should it occur? Thanks!
