  1. Oral Minox was never mentioned from Bisanga. I wouldn't go for it either way. As I thought Finasteride would be enough. And to me sides from minox are a bit more unpleasant. My graft breakdown is this: 2535 grafts. 1 Follicular unit: 484 grafts 2 Follicular unit: 972 grafts 3 Follicular unit: 1011 grafts 4 Follicular unit: 67 grafts Total hairs: 5729 Average hair pr graft 2.25 Mostly 3s but not a lot with 4 hair.
  2. 12 month post op today! It is still the best money I've ever spent. I don't look in the mirror and with an unpleasant feeling. Instead im just excited to style my hair every time. I take finasteride EOD because im so happy about my hair now, and want it for as long as possible, and not worry about losing it. No sides. Also take vitamins. Fresh out the shower with wet hair: Air dried with salt water: Styled in front of windows:
  3. Must be the case, right? Looks like a hair transplant with recession behind. You curious on thoughts 🙂
  4. I was told I have Medium/Fine hair. It looks good without styling also, but of course not the same as natural grown hair. Not worried about the spacing, but there seems to be a slight less dense area behind the transplanted hair. I do use 1mg finasteride 3 times a week, which I hope will be enough to keep the hair many years down the road.
  5. 9 months post op With some clay, a comb and a hairdryer
  6. Going into month 8 post op. I learned how to tame my curls. This is after a shower and some sea salt spray followed with a blow dryer and a comb. Funny enough I've had a few comments today about how much hair I have.
  7. @Calihome1 Not alot, but made the hairline stretch along the forehead, and make it more dense. It's still a pretty high hairline at 7cm I think. But all good. No need for low hairline imo, just need a dense one
  8. Comb through video with semi wet hair. https://files.fm/f/ct3ayj76j?start_p2p_download Beginning my 8 moths post op soon.
  9. I am extremely satisfied with the results, not complaining at all. And I think the hairs will benefit from maturing a bit .
  10. Thanks. I am very pleased with everything. Placement and angle. Looks really natural which was a goal of mine. I am a bit concerned that the curls will not fade with time. I'd like it to be more straight, cause easier to style. The last picture is my donor pre-op. I didn't expect it to be this curly, since I only had moderate curls. Hope (and think) it might fade more over time. Pics without hair products. No shower this morning.
  11. Thanks all. I have a question to those who have had a hairline transplant. I have a lot of curls where the newly hairs have been planted. Will these fade with time? Didn't have it before. But have had some curls in the back and side before. 7 months post op today. Edit: Used a little pomade wax in this picture.
  12. 6 months and three weeks update. Sorry for the sporadic updates. I very rarely think about hairloss anymore, which is a bliss. Here are my updates. I concluded this summer that transplanted hairs also gets more blonde when I spend more time outside during summer . Edit: Fresh from the barber at these pics.
  13. Overall really happy at this point . Can't wait to see how it will progress. Best part is knowing that there is more to come, and that I don't check my hairline multiple times everyday.
