Yeah, that is the price I got too. I couldn't believe it when I was there for consultation. They could easily charge a lot more if you look at their reputation.
I booked my procedure for September of 2020. I had the same mentality as you, I would rather wait than go with a third or fourth choice.

Five months? That's a fast grower!

Please get back to us in a couple months. Doubt is natural at this point.

Congratulations on your new LIFE. That is one of the best Koray ones.

Dirty, nationalistic hitjob article trying to lump the bad ones in Turkey together with the elite of the same country. As if it's the nation of Turkey that performs the transplant.
Show me the British equivalents of the elite in Turkey such as Erdogan, Keser and Demirsoy. I haven't seen anything in Britain that delivers consistency in a way these guys do. I'm open to be proven wrong, though.
As always, doing your research is key. It matters little where a great surgeon is based.

Yeah this one definitely needs a one year update.

Is there a chance we could get some pictures of dry hair and none bathroom lighting?

Speaking of long waiting lists. Anyone know how old Dr Konior is? Says he has 30 years in the business.
-
Well, should the loss escalate atleast your head shape and beard are both optimal to pull off the bald look.
I know this is not what you came here to hear. And I wouldn't advice against a HT when you're approaching your 30's. I'll just throw it in hoping it gives a little bit of comfort atleast.

I think you have a decent looking hairline, if you go to the barber often and do the lines. I'd wait atleast 5 years before considering a transplant.

Thanks for the pictures. Sometimes this forum is a bit slow in its response. I'm using this post to up the thread and I hope you get some advice.

So my hair has drastically changed in a couple of years. The most visible change happened +-6 months ago..
Kept sleek looking and dense hair (so no hair fall thoughts) until about September 2018...
As you can see in the attachments. My hair changed in texture. I had used without any knowledge hair relaxer on my scalp. This was done 2 times. It gave me cool looking result. No more curly and different style options..
Unfortunately it seems that by using that chemical poison, I've for triggered hair loss.
Can you please explain this a bit further, because I don't really understand what happened. You started using something to flatten out your curly hair? And unknowingly that product contained something that triggered hairloss?

The 6/10 comment is from when he just started to grow it out. It looked like this:

Damn 2020 😳
Yeah they have a long waiting list. From what I have gathered it is for a good reason.

I am booked for 2300 grafts with Dr Rafael de Freitas in September 2020. Also on the waiting list in case there are cancelations.
I will create a thread (the first de Freitas one on this forum?) before the procedure and document it as well as I can.
Any questions feel free to ask them here or in PM.

It looks good to me. Haven't seen any City games lately though. Maybe it's not as good on TV/in reality as in this picture.

Thank you for sharing. The front looks very sparse judging from those pictures. Did it grow better in the crown?
What is your general feeling and what does the doctor say?
-
Congrats on your successful procedure!
I think more people would get to see your awsome results if you posted the pictures directly on the forum. People don't like to follow external links.
-
Very impressive!

I think the difference in texture will be less as time goes by though and the new hairs mature. Also keeping a longer style helps in that regard, as we can see in Gatsus thread.
-
Very nice. He looks like two different people.

Hello Sir, and welcome to the forums.
That is an interesting and unusual case around here. I'm sure there are some knowledgeable people that will be able to give you sound advice.
Some pictures of the situation would also be appreciated.

Judging from those pictures I can only say this is a fantabulous result. Huge congrats to you!
Dr. De Freitas quote..2800 hairs.

That's great news. I hope you'll find the time to keep us all posted on the journey. I thought I would be the first De Freitas thread on this forum but I will follow yours with great interest instead.
