  1. What a result. 10/10. I've been on finastiride for 2 years now and stopped my hairloss. Once I get a few more years under my belt I'm definitely going to visit Dr. Konior. World class Surgeon.
  2. HOLYCOW!!! Hasson and Wong coming out with home runs almost every week. Dude went from a 50 year old dad to a bad ass actor. Maybe from a movie like the hateful eight. 10/10 result. Any photos of the scar? Seems like he wears his hair shorts on the sides and back.
  3. Looking good. Hope you get some great hair gains. How' the redness? seems like it is still noticeable even after a month.
  4. I have been a member for about a year now on this forum doing research on surgeons/FUE vs FUT vs mFUE and unfortunately there seems to be so many different opinions on FUE and FUT based on the surgeon. Dr. Feller argues that FUE will and never is as good as FUT (unless FUE is used for extremely small graft cases). While another recommended doctor on this forum, Bhatti made two videos of the advantages of FUE which contradicts the exact opposite of what Feller was arguing. Videos can be seen here: I remember a few months ago reading though a thread between Dr Diep, Dr Feller, and many forum members arguing and it seems like there is no consensus on what actually works. My question is why? Why can't top surgeons in the world (who perform surgeries and produce regular spectacular results) form a board with a set of rules and opinions. These rules and opinions would be based off statistics of surgeries (for example:graft survival rate per surgery, percentage of successful outcomes for FUT and FUE based on each surgery, statistical survey of past patients who would rate there outcome on a scale of 1-10, etc.) I am just tired of reading so many different things about FUE/FUT/surgeries and second guessing what I should do in the hear future. Why can't Doctors around the world come together and based of statistics argue and come with a conclusion of a set of rules/laws (BACKED UP BY STATS) for individuals who are seeking a HT, a decision that could make or break there life. If this were the case, then the number of individuals who get end of with awful hair transplants/result would be minimized. Doctors who buy a ARTRAS machine and say they are hair Tran plant Surgeons wouldn't be able to make such claims. I think there is a huge difference in the role of Doctor's in the hair transplant industry and Doctor's in different areas. What I mean by this is that when patients make a consultation regardless of what area the doctor specializes in, the expect the doctor to know everything and in general primary care physicians can share similar ideas on how to treat certain sicknesses and diseases. Why can't hair transplant surgeons do the same? Why can't they come up with a similar consensus (BASED OF RESULTS/STATISTICS/ NUMBERS) on why FUE or FUT is better. I just don't get it. Personal background and why I am so frustrated. I am 24 and a Norwood 2 who would has stabilized my hair loss with finastiride and Dutastiride (1.5 years now) and I want to wait till I am 28/29/30 to do something about my not so great hair line. I started to do research on hair transplants for over a complete year now and I can't even make a decent decision on which technique I'd like to go in. I mean I still have 3-5 year to decide but it's ridiculous that I've been researching for 1 year watching interviews with surgeons and viewing results n and off this website and yet I can't make a decision without doubt that I am making the correct decision. Any pots why professionals/surgeons would be greatly appreciated.
  5. I agree but it is something that can be easily fixed, just don't get a skin fade. Just get a number 2-3 on the sides.
  6. Ozzie, could you tell us about your hairloss? Were you a norwood 3 before the procedure? Is your hair loss stabilized on finastiride? Do you have hair loss in the family tree? Btw great decision,Konior is the GOAT HT
  7. Holy chit what a result. 10/10. When I clicked on the thread and saw the first image I thought he was wearing a wigin the after photos.
  8. I've personally PM'd patients who have had poor FUE results from Rahal's FUE. It seems like they can be a big hit or miss. One of the things i find inconsistent with the Rahal Clinic is that the technicians do the extractions. If I was doing FUE, I would want someone who has done FUE for years and a doctor who can do the extractions themselves. I would recommend Konrior
  9. Who was the surgeon? You are being selfish with holding this information. What if you can stop a future patient from having this same result as you did.
  10. Great Result. I'm looking to do a relatively small FUE procedure in 3-4 years if my hairloss is stabilized on finastiride an Dutastiride. Seems like Hasson and Wong and Konrior are probably the top FUE surgeons in my opinion from looking at results on this website. Do you have any photos of the graft placement immediately after the surgery?
  11. Hello OP, Who was the surgeon that performed your surgery?
  12. 10/10 result.I was sold on Konior but I might have to rethink and visit H&W so many great results recently on this forum
  13. 10/10 result.Looks terrific.Do you mind me asking how much hasson and Wong charges per graft? What was the cost of your procedure!
  14. What age did you get this hair transplant at? Are you on any medication? FIN? DUT?
  15. Dear doctors and fellow board members, I am young 24 and have been able to stabilize my hair loss with FIN and DUT. I am now considering a hair transplant in 3-4 years to see afterthe medication will stabilize my hair loss over a 5-6 year period. But one of my biggest concerns is choosing between FUE and FUT. I originally considered FUE because I estimated that I only needed less than 1000 grafts, but after reading and watching Feller's and Bloxham's YouTube videos about how FUT is the golden staple of HT, I am leaning to FUT, but I have a huge concern with FUT. I am a body builder and I love to workout and getting an fUT would keep me out the gym for about a month which would lose all my gains. If I did get an FUT and jump back in the gym my scar would probably stretchinto something that would be a big issue here. I am stuck in my research on which operation would be better for myself and wanted to ask a few questions. How long should you be out of the gym after getting an FUT vs FUE surgery. Also what reputable surgeons perform the modified FUE? Isn't the modified FUE similar to old fashion plugs?
  16. Nice ave you been on Finastiride since 2007? and how old were you when you received your first hair transplant? Also do you mind showing us photos of your scars fro the FUT procedures???
  17. Can someone help me. It says for every photo OP posts it states: "Please update your account to enable 3rd Party hosting"
  18. Someone please post more info on this transformation? Pics of scar, pics of graft placement, etc.
  19. Don't get another ht. fIRST GET ON PROPECIA.
  20. Gatsu, Please reply for my post? I had followed your threads but may I asked why you considered a 3rd HT? What norwood are the Males in your family? IF you had side effects on Finastiride what were they? What is your plan if you run out of grafts? Will you wear a wig? What was the age at which you received your firs hair transplant? thank you
