  1. waynes hair looks so much better short then it does combed over like he has it all the time. imo he should keep it like that it suites him.
  2. I thought dr de reys was recommended what happened?
  3. 3k is quite a lot of money the thing that doesn't impress me about it is I compare it to a ht because there's a big difference in all fairness but thats unfair on this route or any preventative to compare it to a ht because that's not what it's design for imo it's just maintenance so just don't expect results like a ht because 7-8 times out of ten that isn't case.
  4. I'd be lying if I said I knew but I don't unfortunately probs just some vitamins they gave him.
  5. nice result so far mate. the front looks as u say pretty much perfect and the hairline suites you as well. would be good to see your hair outside in the sunshine to get a real perspective of how things are going maybe you could do that in your next video.
  6. I shouldn't think so I haven't heard of people loosing there hair through calories it's dht that affects how the hair grows but I could be wrong maybe an expert can comment on this.
  7. I'd go with your last choice only because he post frequently on this site amd has a few patients on here and the work looks good. but thats not to say the other two docs aren't as good but there's not a lot to go by with them farjo and reddy. and for grafts estimation every doc will be different they have there own protocol and have different ways of going about procedures that's normal really so don't be confused on that one it happens to all of us when we get an online consultation. what you want is the more conservative approach the less time hairs are out the body the better for survival so that would suggest farjo but there's simply not enough on here to go by. reddy charges per hair wich is ridiculous and erdogan is very aggressive when it comes to transplanting hair he will plant 3000 grafts in an 90cm2 area and get away with it somehow.
  8. nice work doc and consistent photos help alot. I'd love for doctors to do the sunshine test and present them with the rest of the photos but I guess only the patient can take them.
  9. this route is pretty hit and miss seems to work on some and not on the rest but that's like any preventative if you look at it that way u just got to try it and see if it works on you or not. my brothers in he's 6th or 7 month with this treatment along with some pills the hair clinic gave him and I can say it's definitely maintained he's hair and not gained any more amd he's happy with it with the hair style he's got he can get away with it unless your a bird in the sky and can see the extent of the thinning from that view but face on you it just looks a bit thin.
  10. neither was i until he kept popping up on Youtube and had a quick view of a couple videos he's got up on there. I'm not sure if he works with lorenzo but he is based in Spain I think Barcelona.
  11. has anyone had experience with this doctor? he's videos keep popping up on Youtube when I search for lorenzo. he's work looks quite good. I'm surprised I haven't heard or seen any of hes work or patients on here.
  12. looking good for only 3 months mate amd still a lot more thickening to come.
  13. Yeah and my family history is of diffuse thinning so you don't really know if it's worked or not because the hair goes through phases of diffusion one moment you hairs falling like mad and then it slows down and then speeds up again. so who's to know if he's at the resting stage right now and the laser is just thickening up things for the time being I dunno only time will tell on that one. I think he paid 2 and half grand for it as well not cheap really considering its only a bunch of lasers which you can probably buy on ebay for half the price and probably some vitamins to take in a box with an appealing name on it lol.
  14. so basically get a hair transplant lol. I've got question marks over LLLT it seems to work on some people and not the rest. having said that my brother is doing LLLT(not cheap) along with some tablets(not sure what ones)and I can honestly say he's hair that he has has gone thicker I can say it's definitely maintained he's hair that he has amd not gained anymore. but would i do it no I wouldn't I wouldn't I'd much rather get a hair transplant at least you know if you go to a well known doctor it will work unless you're one of the unlucky guys.
  15. Yeah there aren't many in the UK except the ones hairsgone mentioned but unless you got money to spend then farjo or reddy are your best bet. but I'd also look at going abroad.
  16. I agree with the first comment to some extent although it does come down to surgeon skill and protocol he/she uses but that said curly hair would be more difficult then straight hair ie afro hair vs Caucasian afro hair is really curly and curls underneath the skin where as Caucasians hair would have a slight curl or no curl at all. I'm also a fan of Dr de reys he does all or most of the important stages of the procedure wich is a major plus in my books not many do that now days and the price is affordable for most ik not sure about discounts but that's even better he does in my books.
  17. I did start a thread asking for pics but it didn't get noticed or people just simply don't want to which is fair enough. but it would put everything into perspective as for the scaring aspect of things considering that's ultimately a deal breaker for most people.
  18. Yeah thanks. so what about nerve damage to the sheath can this have an affect on how it comes out. if you cut away or force through them(nerves attached to sheath) surely it would have the same affect on the sheath or am I wrong..
  19. I thought you only get the 'frizzy' or 'wirey' phase with FUE? I'm sure you said a couple months back that this only happens with FUE due to how you extract the grafts.
  20. Yeah i dont think there trying to con you they are to some people the best in the business so why would they want to do that and tarnish there reputation over something like that.
  21. exactly that and also depends on other factors to give the illusion of density ie calibre of hair wavey curly hair etc etc.. all helps to the cause.
