Thanks for taking the time to watch! Yes you pay for the final graft count, as it is never exact when you are given an online consultation. I have only seen the partial shaving once and it was because it was a very small surgery. I'm sure for surgeries in which they are taking thousands of grafts it would be a lot easier for them and a lot more aesthetically pleasing for you to shave your head!

Sean - I have edited my previous response as things seemingly are starting to change in the donor area, even after 8 months. I don't want to give the impression that permanent shock loss is common and it's certainly doesn't seem like that's the case with me. In fairness I just need to wait until the 18 month cycle is complete.
