  1. Love your 'joie de vivre' voxman! You put some of us 'youngsters' to shame! All the best with your next ht and I look forward to following it.
  2. That's some really nice growth! As others have said, a real transformation from your pre op pics. Congratulations.
  3. This patient is in his early 40’s and had been using Propecia for 5 months pre operatively. We had planned a two stage procedure with the first operation aiming to boost the front and top of the scalp. The second procedure took place at just under 6 months from his initial pass and the pictures show the early stage development at this time. The aim here was to add hair to the crown and provide a subtle boost to the front. The latter pictures were patient submitted at around 12 months from his second operation and things look to be developing well. He is delighted with how things have turned out and hopes to come down to see us in the summer for a full review and photo shoot. Operation one: 3240 FUT 1 hair 465 2 “ 2251 3-4 “ 524 Operation two: 1911 FUT 1 hair 300 2 “ 1240 3-4 “ 371
  4. Hi mate, I'd have to check with Mick on the UK law regarding this but at Farjo only the doctors perform extractions. Pete
  5. KO, Mick tells me that our FUE work is top drawer now and has certainly been helped by our techs spending a lot of time working with Dr. Lorenzo.
  6. If the extractions are done properly with the appropriate sized punch, they should be pretty hard to detect as they can be cherry-picked from a large area and you would not require a large number of grafts. As for the recipient site, again, as long as it's performed competently, when fully matured they should be pretty much indistinguishable from the surrounding native hair.
  7. Congrats Jimbo. Look forward to your pics.
  8. Congrats on your procedure David! All the best with it and I look forward to following your progress.
  9. Scooby, If you can pluck up the courage to buzz your hair you may well find it the most liberating thing you've ever done. All those fears of wind or rain will just vanish. It's been said a few times that other people aren't even one per cent as interested in our hair (or lack of) as ourselves. I've a couple of friends who have just thought 'to hell with it' and shaved and they've never looked back. If the scar bothers you it's certainly worth trying a small fue procedure as there are many good examples of good growth into scars and yours looks like it wouldn't require too many grafts. All the best.
  10. Congratulations on your ht Loki. Judging from your pre op pics you already have a decent covering of hair so that number of grafts should give you a great outcome. I look forward to following this.
  11. The work looks good and should make a huge difference. All the best with it.
  12. Sorry to hear that voxman. Wish you all the best for a speedy recovery.
