Looks perfect. How are the sides?
-
Looks good. Cant see any scars in that picture with that lighting.
-
Looks perfect. congratulations! The top hair appears darker now compared to the sides and the pre-transplant top hair. Are you using any thickening products or hair dye in that picture? How is your donor areas looking with the 3 length on the sides? Can you see the scars at 3 or 2 length?

Looks great for 5 months. Are you using topic or other products in these pics? -
Your hair in the 6 week pic looks like it was never harvested. Nothing to worry about.
-
6 months is likely far too fast to experience the miraculous unicorn level hyper-growth finasteride results that would be necessary for the appearance of natural full thickness in the photos. It’s more likely that this patient is using a concealer(s) and some carefully selected lighting in the photos they supplied. Again, without more info and more photos, it’s impossible to make an informed assessment in this case.
-
Finasteride can now re-grow hair on someone who is already 85% bald and make their hair look almost full again? This must be a new secret-formulae finasteride, because the one currently on store shelves doesn't do miracles like that on bald people. Where can I buy some of this new miracle hair grower?

From the before photos, the patient was clearly thinning severely across the entire top of his head. From the after photos it appears that the implants were only in the front 1/3rd, yet the hair has thickened dramatically in the back 2/3rds as well. How did this dramatic thickening happen to the back 2/3rds?

I cannot find before/after pics of both surgeries to see where all the grafts were placed. The 2020 pic is horrendous. It shockingly appears as if only about 500 grafts have survived out of 3000(or more) grafts. 3000 grafts should have been enough to cover the frontal 3rd of his head with decent density. But alas, there is almost nothing left in the spots where the 3000 grafts were placed. Why did he lose most of the 3000 transplanted grafts? This is the thing that should be of biggest concern to anyone considering a HT.
-
IMHO, he probably had between 5000-6000 or more grafts over the two verified surgeries over the last few years.. Shockingly, it looks to me that lonly 1000 grafts have survived. In addition, he likely has very few hairs remaining on the aide of his head for a 3rd transplant. This is one of the worst results I have ever seen. Considering he Is a high profile athlete, and he used a very high profile clinic in London, this raises questions about the efficacy of hair transplants in general. There are allot of questions that all the Doctors on the forum should be answering in regards to what went so terribly wrong with this case. Are hairs from the “safe zone” really safe after all? What else could have gone so wrong with TWO surgeries?

Dr. Konior - 3423 FUT Grafts - July 2019

The design looks great. Best of luck with this. Curious to know why you chose strip vs fue? -
Seems like a relatively big area to cover with 2000 grafts. Did the doc tell you the number of follicular units implanted per sq cm?

Thanks for the reply Peter. Honestly, based on the last set of pics you posted, you have one of the best results i have ever seen on this website. It looks completely natural in those pics. Thanks for confirming your hair in the pics does not have any concealers. Just one final clarification about a question that i had asked in my original post if you don't mind... under harsher light or sunlight, does your new hair in the front look the same thickness as your original hair behind it?
