  1. Thanks for the clarification. How old are you now? I am 26 (27 to be). It is very important at our age to protect our native hair. Fin is the only option to slow it down really. Shame you had sides but I believe the sides go away once your body adapts to the medicine
  2. I have noticed with motorised tools, the donor area looks like yours but it does come back to normal. If you look at David's donor area, it was very similar at 4 months, despite him having 2 FUT's and he had his FUE a few months ago. His donor looked exactly like yours but his recent pics, the donor is back to normal. Be patient. And did you stop the regaine after transplant?
  3. Oh and David can you check CJD's ip address? I believe it is an banned poster or one of their cronies. I suppose you remember the troubles we had wIth Dr M's gang few months ago. He is bashing Dr Koray Erdogan without any valid proof or links. I even send him an private message and he has not responded.
  4. Hi Paleo, viewing your pics your donor area looks fine. I believe it is shock loss and give it a few months it will be back to normal. As for the frontal, did you stop using regaine/rogaine after the transplant to ensure trouble-free healing? It is well known after a hair transplant. Minoxidil should be stopped until the area has healed otherwise it can irrate the area
  5. I am proof I have seen Shera's result in PERSON. I visited Shera about 8 weeks in his home. I have touched, felt and ran my hands through his hair. His result is real as it gets! I have seen his bald head before he had his transplant via his family photos in his home and his results are amazing! His results are not fake neither he uses any concealers.
  6. Funny thing with my fin usage; all my brothers and my father have double swirls in our crowns. Even my little brother who is 7 has it and looks like he is balding, but he aint as he is only 7! Lol. Fin gave me my double swirls back. I had these swirls in my younger days and was amazed to see them again in my current age
  7. Never mind. What has been done, has been done. Upwards and forward to the future!
  8. I could tell the lightning was different between the two photo sets. I think you got on it too late. If you was an NW4, I am sure fin would have helped in growing the crown/vertex areas. I just hit 2 years on fin and the crown/vertex are much fuller
  9. KO, do you think fin has helped you in retaining, keeping and growing hair? Looking at your pics which you posted on 04/03/2013 and then looking at your pics which you posted on the 10/10/2014 , your hair loss seems to have progressed? I assume you have been on fin all this time?
  10. Great result! Well done Dr. One of the finest results from your clinic. I am sure the patient is extremely happy.
  11. These games are very informative Dr Feller! A great way to educate the so called fue experts!
  12. I was right then. A good demonstration showing how graft tissue plays a major impact in growth. Good work sir! I love these games!
  13. Hmmm seens like an transection root? Maybe the graft was mishandled when extracting?
  14. And??? If patients have the choice for more techniques what is wrong with that? Just like some prefer the play station or the xbox. I hope Dr Feller presents some grown out MFUE's showing great results. Even better, when he presents his papers on MFUE in the IHRS conferences people will realise the technique is not a 'gimmick'
  15. Left is FUT! Come on Dr Feller am I right! Pass me an free MFUE!
  16. Thank you Mickey. This forum is about educating and passing on information in a civil way.
  17. Swooping did you read Bill's reply why Dr Harris deleted his post: "OK, I do see in fact that Dr. Harris removed his own post. I'm disappointed to see that he did that however, his reasons were that he misunderstood the purpose of the topic" What is the point of adding more fire to the smoke? Moderators is this right? Knowing the good doctor deleted his own post?
  18. Left is FUT. Right is FUE. The right image clearly resembles my own FUE procedure. Shiny red and blooded. Left has to be FUT as the grafts have more tissue and are more intact.
  19. Good luck to you my friend. I am concerned whether any shock loss could be permanent. As you had an great deal of hair before your first transplant anyway. I know what you mean; I usually get a grade 1 hair cut and my scars are hardly seen. But any shorter, the scarring is partially visible. I would not jump on dut. Studies have shown there is not much difference between fin and dut. There are more risks and side effects regarding dut than fin. The creators of propecia actually tested their own verison of dut in a clinical trial but stopped it as they found no additional/ better benefit than using dut from fin. I hope you have an great result! Your in good hands
  20. So you went for it! Well congrats anyway. Can't wait to see your pics. So that is it then? No more donor left?
  21. "The argument from authority". Is this what you think Swoop? I hardly comment on this thread. Go back a few pages and see who the real 'authority' are.
  22. Dr Feller, you fighting an losing battle. These guys will aways see themselves better and more knowledgeable than hair restoration surgeons. In my eyes they are making an mockery with their comments; they have no knowledge of the medical aspects and the training it requires. And somehow they are the so called experts! Matt's result is one of the greatest patient posted results out there. I wish I had hair like that!
  23. Sheraz I have noticed you always open a new thread. Regarding your hair loss problems. You know what it is; your hair loss is aggressive. There is nothing you can do about it. You have to realise you have the hair loss gene. Using fin and regaine will merely help save a few years but unfortunately you cannot halt your hair loss to an stand still. I do not believe taking any vitamins will cause your hair loss as your body obtains these resources through food. And the body converts what it needs from food. DHT is present in all men; some have too much DHT resulting in hair loss. It is an no-win game
