  1. The work looks neat, like usually from Keser, but are you sure you needed a HT? You had great hair before, it looked really awesome, and now the hairline is a little too low imho Even at your age now, and what will be when you`ll reach your sixties one day? The temples are too angular, which adds to an unnatural look. I am a lil mad at Keser with this, he shouldn`t have done it, but take a more conservative approach. One can always lower it, but an aesthetical reversal is incredibly difficult.. That said, it was your decision, you`re a grown male, and most important is that you are happy with it. Let`s just see how it comes out, maybe I am misjudging the pictures. So have a great time and happy growing now
  2. Very natural hairline, interesting case, although I agree that the temples height is a matter of personal taste. Beside; the gentleman appears to have a great donor, is he planning to come back to add some further density?
  3. It looks awesome to me, very natural. Great approach from Dr. Diep!
  4. I think 2000 grafts should be harvestable, but there needs to be further consideration if your donor is really the "safe zone" it should be. I mean, you appearently lost considerable density at there, too, if I`m right? Which argumentation did the surgeon offer who denied the realization of a FUE? That said, you could definitely opt for at least a minor BHT/FUE mix, if you have a good BHT donor. That along with SMP could give you the illusion of a full head of hair buzzcut (!). Imo the chance to grow out the hair and have a natural look is just not given. Good luck with your decision, all the best
  5. I got your point, mine was just to keeping it polite, no need to go off like that... I also prefer if there are pictures to compare right in the thread, but if it lacks, you can just point that out with some manners, or just ask for it. You know, it`s not what you say, but how you say it... It`s just that nearly every single post of you is borderline, or even crossing the line, if you know what I mean. Your last one again is pure drama.. How are you supposed to be taken seriously like that? I really tried.
  6. @perth Allow me to apologize in the name of busa, he obviously lacks the ability to navigate the internet as much as he lacks manners. @busa Manual: 1. Click on "perth87" 2. Click on "Forum posts" 3. Click on "HT with Dr.Doganay the 31st October 2014" 4. Don`t forget to breath doing all this challenging stuff
  7. I am glad I can entertain you here, busa. You are most welcome to pop Tamiflu if your body is taking an update, in fact I couldn`t care less. For the rest might be interesting that Tamiflu, or Oseltamivir, blocks neuraminidase, and it does it unspecifically, if you do a thorough research. Neuraminidase executes crucial tasks in keeping the cells intra- and interelectric field stable. Effects on platelet function of removal of platelet sialic acid by ... - PubMed - NCBI Neuraminidase treatment modifies the function of electroplax sodium... - PubMed - NCBI http://www.cell.com/neuron/pdf/0896-6273(90)90221-Z.pdf OMIM Entry - * 608272 - NEURAMINIDASE 1; NEU1 In about 15 years, everybody will have to acknowledge that the allopathic approach is wrong, as it`s already based on false assumptions in the first place. The foundations are simply wrong, so the whole system consequently fails in manifold ways. You`d have to research the work of Pasteur, and the whole germ theory, but I suppose you rather prefer playing with your bike and trolling around on here instead.
  8. Thanks for sharing. You`re at point zero by now. The next few weeks and months however surely will be exciting Enjoy and happy growing!
  9. Your body obviously needs resources, as the transplantation constitutes hard work for him. He forces you to take time to rest. There might also be a psychological constituent as your stress levels might be higher due to the situation. The "T" in Tamiflu stands for "toxic", so it would be the worst you can do. It doesnt help anybody get well, you get well inspite of it, not because of it. Big pharma hasnt got the best interests, you might know that... The body heals itself, just give it good nutrition.
  10. 22.12.2014 07.01.2015 BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUMP
  11. Necessary not for us veterans, and forum veterans, but as mentioned, newbies and lurkers. I can see what it will look like, but the reality is that many can not and thus are in need of a better presentation. Maybe you get my point...
  12. Agreed hadenough. In no way did I want to imply that the result is not good. In contrary, especially considering the high NW and the conservative graft count, the approach looks perfect. The hairline design is top notch. The presentation of it still has room left for improvement, though, and thats what I adressed. I just dont want lurkers to come here, see the pictures and expect they get a full head of hair. Thats why I advocate for honest and more transparent presentations, showing the result with the same before and after circumstances, displaying multiple angles. This has been discussed and asked for on here in numerous threads over the last year. Many clinics have introduced and maintained these standards, but some dont seem to follow this imo actually self-evident criteria.
  13. Is this a recent result? From the first look, it reminded me of the 90ies. Maybe its the beard Beside, are you able to provide an on-top perspective? And a donor picture? Its impossible to evaluate the quality of the result by these pictures. Plus he had a very unflattering hairstyle before, he should have cutted the sides much shorter. On top he got catched by the camera with a disadvantegous facial expression. All of this renders an objective and meaningful analysis extremely difficult. So thank you.
  14. Does the clinic intend to regularly showcase results? This was what had been announced if I comprehend it correctly from the first post of "Nickbaron": "We are privileged to have been invited for recommendation by this forum and on behalf of the doctor, I will be presenting a number of patient cases in the weeks to come for your attention." Now the "weeks to come" have come and gone. When do we we get to see a representative amount of results, so we can evaluate the quality of the recent work of Dr. deReys? I am active on the german forum Alopezie.de for years now, and he had a very good reputation, but in the last two years lost this due to several members had subpar results, and as far as I know none with a good, or even as good result to qualify the surgeon to be amongst the worlds elite club the HRN recommendation represents. Surgeons on this site usually provide results over many many months before even being discussed for recommendation, beside numerous patients own threads over years. So thank you for providing a considerable and meaningful amount of recent material which shows not beds to rest on and chairs to sit on, but results results results. As this is what counts in the end.
  15. Did you shed everything, yet? It looks like there`s hair visible, still? Anyway, it wouldnt matter; I also had some hairs which just kept growing without shedding. @johnny: I think everybody has realized by now how to categorize this posters comments... What I think is pretty interesting, is that the representative of Dr. Oguzoglu, who is pretty fishy imo himself, told me - publicly, in this forum - that one of the three doctors Demirsoy, Erdogan, Doganay approched him and proposed money for opening up fake accounts praising him and bashing other docs. He didnt specify which one it was, however. So we can only speculate. Speculation at last also is if the poster busa gets payed for his rubbish on here, but rubbish it is, without any doubt...
  16. I`d like to see more pictures from different angles, and without the alice band. For the amount of grafts, its a very good outcome, but I generally would vote for FUT when it comes to womens HTs. They usually dont risk to have the scar exposed at all, so the disadvantages of FUT lack significance.
  17. Ugly duckling has begun hehehe. Have fun, take some pictures, as this will be the worst you`ll look in your life. Thanks for sharing your experience, keep them coming
  18. You dont need a HT man. Just relax. Your hairline is age appropriate and suits your head shape very well. It looks awesome imo. Maybe come back in a few years on here
  19. Busa, why dont you back up your (imo false) claims with a representative amount of evidence? You always just CLAIM something, but lack to bring forth some examples, at least. Please show us the cases which led you to the conclusion that Lorenzo is "far (!) too conservative", thank you in advance. We then, at last. would all be able to discuss things substantiatedly, instead of exchanging pleasentries... Also, have you thought about the possibility that Lorenzo takes a comparably conservative approach with some thoughts behind it? Why doesnt he take such an aggressive approach, when he hence easily could charge more money for it?
  20. Yeah, an update would be great. One of the best documentations on this board at the beginning imo. Please continue
