    Great pick in Doctor Bisanga. I think your graft rationale is good and I think with your expectations you will get a good result. Did the doctor estimate how many graft you have total?

    Dr.Bernstein, Why do most of your patients have a consistent comb over? Are you trying to preserve donor for later ? Do you only do this for patients who have a history of high norwood males in their family? What are your thoughts on some clinics that go to the extreme of dense packing 3000+ grafts into the frontal third?

    Great transformation with not a lot of congrats. Like Bill mentioned "another home run". Shapiro always seem to do more with less grafts than the majority of clinics.

    Worrisome if he loses more hair. I would say he had a minor receding hairline that could have been lowered a bit. If and when he loses more hair the hairline will definitely look unnatural. The sides of the hairline look more like 3.5 inches.

    Looks really clean and well done. I believe this doctor had a patient a while ago who had a major BHT transplant that turned out very good. I've heard good things about this doctor and looks like someone famous (klopps) went to a good reputable doctor for a change instead of an infomercial doctor (Urlacher).

    Very interesting. Always great when celebrities don't hide a hair transplant procedure. My next door neighbour just told us in passing that she had a tummy tuck and had a breast lift.... like it was nothing. Hair transplants still have a significant stigma. Interesting that Nadal who would has unlimited money, decided on a doctor not that well known on this forum and didn't go to Lorenzo.

    That's a lot of grafts for the amount of hair loss.

    Great result!! And thank you for the photo documentation. One of the few clinics who are showing different angles for pre and post op.

    I agree with mosd, I would like to know the answer to that as well. A great dense hairline but how would the remaining grafts be distributed if he were to become a NW6 ?

    One of the best results of the year! If there is give or take a 1000 grafts left for this patient how would you use the remaining grafts?

    Hi Ko, great looking work by the doctor and great write up. I have a couple of questions: (1) Why did you choose FUE over FUT? (2) I imagine you cast a wide net for doctors and slowly eliminated doctors. What other doctors were you considering?

    Dr.Joe, A couple of questions. Why did this patient decide to do FUE instead of FUT and would this result have been similar if it was FUT.... Not trying to start a FUE VS FUT war just would like to know your opinion.

    Such a great result... Great documentation as well. If he wanted to he could put some toppix in and it would be like a full head of hair. But I imagine is he over the moon with this result.

    Lorenzo, I definitely think you're right. Came in with hype and a bang and then fizzled out. I was looking on his website and there is nothing new for the last year. This site is by far the best site for hairloss suffers. Not even close. I think that 95% of the doctors recommended are good or great. There are few listed that I have no real opinion on because there are no patient blogs or the occasional post a year. Turkey sure is the "wild west" of hair transplants.

    What ever happened to Dr.Karadeniz? There was a lot people that seemed to be praising him etc and now you don't really hear or see anything other than some negative results. Is he still recommended?

    Any top down photos. Interesting to see how far back was transplanted with 5500 grafts.

    Looks great for only 408 grafts! Do you have any picture of what the donor looks like? Interested to see with that low grade on the sides and back.
