  1. Looks as expected for 3 months! Nothing to worry about! By 6-9months you should see a bug change!! Happy growing and be patient!
  2. Blake I agree that them percentages are not your average yield but you talk as if they are the average for strip surgery which is were we disagree, from the years of research iv done and thousands of examples iv seen of both types of surgery your average yield vi a strip is also not 90-95% iv seen some which are WAY below that from both non recommended and recommended surgeons! So I think a fair statement is not matter which type of surgery you elect to have don't expect 90% plus yield as an average because that's simply not the case! I believe strip is more consistent but certainly not in the realms of what yourself and Dr feller were quoting early on in the thread about fut being more popular! Originally you were both making out fue yields were MUCH MUCH lower than 90% but strip was above 90% this is where out opinions differ! Each to their own though!
  3. Hi There'd a guy on here called beard weird who went with devroye after an having his first with feriduni because feriduni was booked out and he had devroye and was impressed with him! I met him in person after his feriduni result at it was amazing have just seen photos after his devroye result and they look excellent and he was very happy with his results! He's from the UK so if you contact him I'm sure he will be happy to give his opinion on devroye but I know he was impressed!
  4. I totally understand where your coming from I was exactly the same, hair loss consumes you and makes you paranoid and stops you socialising and you start to dread events that you should be looking forward to! Make sure you research well and chose a Dr who is known for the type of procedure you need! I'm sorry your feeling the way you do as iv been there and it's horrible but hopefully you will feel better about yourself when you start the ball rolling with sorting your hair out, but don't rush in,research research research!
  5. Looks ahead of schedule 6 months!! It will be a knockout result by the looks of it! Be patient,it already looks good!
  6. Hi mate Sorry to hear your feeling this way, hair loss sucks and really affects your life and confidence! I have always obsessed about it and still do after having a successful fue procedure done, I think sometimes we always will! That said, the reality here is you cannot judge it yet, you really can't! At 3 months I had a pretty much bald pink receipt area and bald patches through my donor from severe shockloss! And I mean bald! Everything recovered fine, my donor looks almost unchanged even at a 1 guard shave my receipt grew in steadily month by month and the biggest change was between 8 and 12 months so just relax, try and not panic! Even if a 12 months your not satisfied it's fixable, you haven't had a mega session so you will have donor reserves but try not to freak out! Seriously everything can work out great! There is a thread on here from a diep patient midnight spy check his 18 month result and check his monthly progress pictures at 3 months he had little to no hair in the recipient but at 18 months the guys elvis!
  7. I apologise for my appalling grammes yet again! I'm on a phone and have fat thumbs! Before you think Dr feller I am just siding with Dr bhatti, I am not! I don't honk he should have edited the video, period and I did think the way the grafts were scooped up was wrong from what iv seen and had done, if that is how a mega session is performed I will not ever partake in one of those! My fue was done at a fast pace with regards to scoring the grafts bur I could see in a mirror how they were handled and they were gently placed on a cloth material individually! So I'm not siding with Dr bhatti but seriously don't make it personal between the 2 of you! The thread has been educational, keep it that way!
  8. Dr feller Stop saying people have said things they haven't, atop trying to twist what people have said to suit yourself! You really are making yourself look very unprofessional and to be quite frank not a vindictive person. You are gonstsntly twisting people stamens then come out with see I win type attitude when in fact what have said is complete and utter rubbish! And you don't win, and only you think you win that argument or point when in fact everyone else thinks the opposite! You have had examples of your patients having poor outcomes then going to a different Dr and being happy with their result and you have the audacity to claim that the pictures they show are actually your work prior to their latest procedure? It's madness, the guy wasn't happy with your work, went somewhere else, was happy, showed his results and you claimed it was your work he was showing! You tried to manipulate what he said about your yield, the terms he used regarding growth percentages you tried to make out ge had said higher % growth from 1 of the 2 procedures, it's ridiculous! You have started to change what you originally said about fue; which is good, now your saying just not for mega sessions and yield usually won't be quite as good, nothing like your original posts in this thread!! But let's put the facts strait Dr bhatti HAS NOT SAID the 3 forces don't exist as far as I have read, which is all of this! HE HAS SAID they are not detrimental to his results along with other high achieving fue Dr's, why choose again to word it wrongly that he has said things that he hasn't! You do this with everyone and everything!! It's a shame because you have made some great points for food for thought, you have done yourself no favours with this thread and posting that video the way you have done gas made me come out with the above! I would find it hard to believe anyone who has taken time to follow this thread would proceed with any sort of transplant with you, fue or fut! I can imagine the manner in which you would act if that patient was unhappy, you d be saying he said this, and you said that, and it is a success because of xyz!!! People buy people and I have to say if you were giving away hair transplants I'd walk on by!!
  9. Hi m8, Your donor will not look quite right for months yet, I had 2500 grafts taken and had severe shockloss on my donor, actual bald patches, some of the worst my Dr said he had seen, but I just kept it shaved down very short grade for 6 months and by then it had all returned and now you can't tell at all! .just try not to worry about anything till at least 4-6 months as you won't see much happening and will drive you crazy!! Trust me,we have all been there!! Asmed are top notch! Don't worry!
  10. Mickey I read the post before Dr Harris removed it and he was basically saying fue has grown and continues to do so,also in his belief technology had moved on regarding people using neo graft and artas etc he also said that fue in his and several other Dr's practices is on par with strip results and I can't remember exact figures but between 80-92 % growth with fue! Basically he was opposing Dr fellers view and saying what Dr feller had written wasn't factual in terms of fue growth in the industry or in terms of yield from grafts! Shame he removed it, but can't blame him, Dr feller can't demand his gull name and email address as there already on here!!! Just joking Dr feller, you can occasionally seem an OK feller!!
  11. Fantastic result as usual Dr feriduni Having had fue by you I can honestly say, great surgeon and just as importantly great guy!! Hope you and the tram are well!!!
  12. Matt I totally disagree it's the strip Drs who need the work not the fur Drs!! Strip is still mainly a preferred method in America! If any Drs need to convince the current batch of potential patients it's the strip guys!! Several representatives who worked for ht drs prior to any procedure have chosen fue as their method of surgery, rhals rep Matt and sharpio s rep Matt both chose fue I know of 2 others who I can't disclose as its not been made public who were reps before being patients both chose fue, so to be fair I'm sure the Drs wouldn't have performed surgeries on their own reps if they thought that type of procedure was flawed or would have a poor outcome! You had a great result from strip so I can understand you would champion that procedure, as you made your choice and it worked out well, I equally am happy with my fue and wouldn't change my choice if I had to do it again! So when a Dr explains how fue won't work and how your donor can't be shaved down to a low guard without it being obvious surgery has been performed I would quite rightly question this as my own situation is the opposite of this!! As said even hassan and Wong who are probably the most well known and respected surgeons in regard to strip have now started doing and documenting their fue!! And I'm sure if successful will start to do it regularly!!! Every one can throw a dart right? So if everyone practised regularly would wveryone be world class? Nope, is it because darts have improved in the last 15 years, has technology with darts moves on? Nope, just like everything in life some people have just got a knack, a talent for it! Golf, tennis, cosmetic surgery of any type, we can all drive, right? Can we all become Lewis Hamilton? No we can't! So some Drs may just excel at fue! And for the record looks like Lewis Hamilton has had a very successful fue himself!!
  13. Matt To be fair most Dr's successful at fue don't need to debate this or refute Dr fellers claims, their results already do that! And to be fair there hasn't been and strip surgeons on here either backing up Dr fellers claims, so by that rationale I take it strip surgery must be a failure also? Of course not, they don't need to they go about their business! I think most Dr's couldn't be bothered what Dr feller claims or says as it won't effect ghem or their business!
  14. Hi Blake Can you explain how some patients go to a reputable fut Dr and have poor growth then go to a reputable fue Dr and get great growth? As from your above post I'd assume fut will always grow well and fue would rarely grow well? Your logic makes sense but I feel reality is different? Thanks
  15. Hi The tightness I can't comment on but the itchy feeling is usually a good sign of a growth spurt! At least it was in my case!
  16. Hi I'm sorry your unhappy with your result but based on the pre op pic and the now pic it does look alot better, but what counts is if your expectations were met and as long as they are realistic they should have been!! Good luck and research well!
  17. Hi Iv had fue and for the first 2 years I shave my whole head down to a 1 guard and later on a 3 on top and a 2 back and sides and looks perfectly normal! I could shave Down to a 1 guard all over with no issues! I'm in the process of growing my hair out and I can say it's the best decision iv ever made! It's been life changing! Being able to go to events and not just constantly feel shit about my hair and take an hour of trying to style it OK and have comments made about going bald etc! It all depends on how much hair loss affects you mentally, the night before my op I looked in the mirror and had some reservations, should I be doing this? Look at how much it is costing, what if It doesn't grow or I feel worse about it afterwards! But I felt the risk was worth it as I was so unhappy with how my hair was,and I am very pleased with how it has turned out!!! I liked having a shaved head,it suited me once I had a framed hairline,I'm growing it out to see what it's like out of interest but will probably shave down again next summer as it's hassle free! Hair tr as plants are a gamble and if you can live happily with what you got then don't take that gamble,if on the other hand like me it affected you to the point where you dreaded social situations and constantly thought about it then maybe it's worth that gamble,I'm ft definitely was for me!
