  1. Hello, i had my fue with 2600 grafts 5 months ago. As i am now in the growing phase, my reception area feels pretty tight and is itching. It also feels like millions of ants are crawling under my skin....maybe i am just hyper sensitive, but has anyone else had that feeling too at this stage? Is it getting better, like before the operation? My doctor looked at my skin and said that everythins is normal.I just have some red dots, which should be normal because the hair is breaking through the skin, to be on the safe side he gave me an antibiotical creme.... ...but my head feels like a have a helmet on :-)
  2. i just interconverted my water spray with my aloe vera spray which i use for the donor healing. So i sprayed a little bit in the recipient area, i feel the cooling effect now, i tried to wash it off but no chance.... can this be a problem for my grafts? i am now 10 days post op
  3. I am now 9 days post op, i guess the healing process turns well....? I really lost a lot of that bloody clot in the last 2-3 days, the hair under it also fell off, so i got those holes where i can't see any hair. I guess that i already lost about 30 % of the transplanted hair. Would you say that this is normal at this early stage?
  4. Thanks for your post JohnCasper! it feels very good to hear from others that everything looks fine at this point. I am now 6 days Post OP, yesterday and today two big scabs with crusted blood on it fell of as i washed my head gently. It didn't bleed but they left whole and i can only see my skin under it. I can't see any hair in it. Did it fell of with the scab? Is this normal? So the graft under the skin is safe?
  5. thanx for your answer ftbpicks, yeah the purple one's are the marker, i don't want to rub there to get it off, i guess it will be washed out by the hairwash the next few days
  6. hey folks, i received about 2600 grafts in the frontal and mid area with FUE technique. I am now 3 days Post Op, i don't have any pain and very minimal swelling. The photo is from this morning after my hairwash. What do you say? Does everything look alright for you experts? Thanx for your opinion!
  7. Thanx for your answer, i have consulted some docs here, one prefers FUT with +/- 3000 grafts and the other one goes with 2500 FUE over a 2-day session. I am not sure if 2500 is enough for me? Maybe there will only stay 80% of them.
  8. Hey guys, first of all, greets from Germany to this incredible interesting forum, i really hope that you guys can help me. I am 34 years old NW3 (i would say?) medium hair thickness no medication My goal with the HT is to restore the hair line and reach a high density in the frontal region. As you can see i also have hair loss back to the crown region, but it stopped the last years so i don't think that i will get completely bald there. So my questions are: Whats the better way to go for me, with FUE or FUT? I am very unsure, because i've read many threads where people say that FUT brings you higher density. How much grafts do i need to achieve my goals? Thank you very much!
