  1. Dr feller Thanks for responding, I appreciate it! Although you chose not to answer the question or maybe don't know the answer that's fine! Iv read micros post above, iv read almost every thread in this site in the last 4 years including his very in depth nd informative one on fue!! Trust me when I tell you I researched before and after my own fue ht!! I agree that Dr's like lorenzo will have sub par results with fue, absolutely!!! All Dr's do!! But does hassan and wong, koniour, rhal, yourself have these same failures using strip? Absolute they do! ! That's my point no procedure is guaranteed success, that is a fact!! We both agree that too many poor fue results are out there due to incapable, inexperienced practioners out there! If you choose poorly you will more than likely have a poor result! In both fue and strip surgeries!! Had you come on here and said there are a handful of surgeons producing high level results via fue similar to the best strip surgeries but generally strip yields better results then I would agree! Strip is more consistent with yield, but fue in right hands CAN and DOES match strip in the right hands of a proven experienced Dr! ! Iv had fue,am I glad I did,100% yes! I don't wish I'd gone strip, matt,Irish sailor,Chrisdav who all went strip and we're rightly very happy don't wish they had fue and I don't blame them, their results are great!!! And I know some of the above are your patients so qdos for that!!! Just if I was a newbie reading this thread, especially the early part of it,it would frighten the life out of me getting fue as I would be sure it would fail and ruin my donor area, which isn't fair to people researching, it should be more of a you can get great results but all to often there not so great if you choose poorly!!! And I'm glad your debating with mickey on here now as he is a very knowledgeable guy regarding hair transplantation and I look forward to continuing to see how this thread develops!!
  2. Check out Dr lorenzo as if I were you with that level of loss I'd be inclined to look into him first closely followed by erdogan!! You have a high level of loss at a very young age but it looks like your donor caracteristics are very favourable!! Be realistic in your goals and I think it could work out well!! Good luck researching mate!
  3. Bisanga is excellent and very ethical, but the posy above I'd spot on!! The names quoted including koniour for fut is how I would proceed! !
  4. Hi. The Crown is certainly thinning and the top looks like it may well follow, research propecia/proscribed and the possible associated side effects, the drug works best on the crown area and may stabilise your loss on top if your lucky!! In the year it takes to see any results from propecia you can research hair restoration on here and decide if that's the route you want to follow, don't rush in, RESEARCH!!!! Also minoxidil can be added which can help with hair growth, you will have to apply twice daily to the scalp, but again can have positive results!!! Again research this site!!
  5. Dr feller I think if you speak to people in a certain way then expect them to speak back in the same manner!! Fair?? You have been very discurtious to several people in this thread, me not being one of them because you ignored all my questions!! I'm not trying to score points, and you are by no means a villen, in fact I praised you attempting a new procedure in your mfue thread as I believe choice is always best! And do I hope it takes off, absolutely I do!! It would give a great choice to an existing pool of patients with differing, needs, goals and expectations!! But I merely pointed out the one of the many negatives you have pointed out on fue WILL still be present in mfue, hardly being rude or scoring points! So I will very polietly again ask you and not to trip you up or score points and would appreciate you answering this question PLEASE If the 3 forces you mention make fue unable to produce high level 85-90% yield and fue decimates donor areas making each procedure more difficult then the last How do the likes of lorenzo, erdogan, maras, feriduni produce the results they do?? Particularly lorenzo who I believe documents better than any fue or strip surgeon out there? He shows multiple surgeries on the same patients,6000 grafts with donors at .5 mm in HD video, wet, dry, combed, messy!!! How is he doing this?? Multiple surgeries on the same patient?? Hundreds of examples just on the Internet alone!!! How has he overcome the issues which you believe are detrimental to fue?? Seriously Dr feller iv asked this about 5 times now and you have chosen to ignore it, if we can be civil and agree to disagree then great but I'm genuinely interested on your opinion on this! ! Thanks in advance
  6. In America yes!!! Until the law changes and allows techs to extract! The rest of the world, no!! Fue is already more popular, can I ask Dr feller, if strip surgery is sooooooo popular and sooooooo consistent, why have tried to invent an alternative? If a strip scar is so little of an issue ( in your world anyway) and so easy to disguise and your so busy why fix something that ain't broke?? Well, ain't broke in your eyes anyway?? Why cause more donor damage with say hundreds of punches for mfue? Because each punch scars right? Each punch causes fibrosis to its surrounding areas right? So the punches aren't linear, there spread out through out the donor area safe zone, each one another puncture to the skin which causes scarring and damage underneath the skin in surrounding areas right?? Seems strange to approach this in a way when strip causes so little damage, easily hidden scar, high yield? Fue is already more popular globally and will continue to grow, remember fue is usually more than double strip in terms of cost, and people expect quality for their money and if you choose right you will get quality, if you chose cheaply for fue then you MAY luck out, but probably will get sub par results! BUY CHEAP, BUY TWICE!!
  7. That will look great when it matures, still plenty of time left to yet your early days! My biggest changes were between 7 and 10 months, the small gaps start to fill in and the hair texture gets better!! Good times ahead!
  8. Hey Dr feller Thanks for commenting on my post I thought that for some reason everything I post on this thread was invisible for you to view!! I disagree this isn't your average scaring for fue, iv researched this site and several others for at least 4 years and see hundreds of posted fue donors my own included! Iv had fue over 2600 grafts I have until recently regularly shave down to a 1 grade and you could not tell is had anything extracted! Not one single person has ever commented or commented on my hair at all apart from people saying how thicker and healthier it looked! ! But hey, since you can read what I post maybe you could answer all of the questions I have asked on this thread if you can't find them I will be happy to post again if your happy to answer them and not ignore them as you have previously done?? Thanks

  10. That is not typical fue scaring! !! We can all bring up the worse strip scars out there and put them on this thread and call them typical but that would be very misleading!! Sure fue scars, but typically not like this! We have seen hundreds of fue shaven donor areas and very very few look like this!! Can this happen? Yes! Is it typical, no!
  11. Hi mate Your In a similar position to what I was in, I was late 30s only interested in fue and I did at least a year of research, would look for hours on end everyday researching the different surgeons and their results, ethics and specialities! I eventually opted for Dr feriduni in Belgium had never travelled alone before and everything went well, great surgeon and person! I'm extremely happy with my result which has been life changing! However that's not to say you should use him, consider him yes, research him and the other well respected Dr's in Belgium, busanga, mwamba, if Madrid is an option and cost isn't to much issue then lorenzo is probably the best fue Dr around! Certainly it seems for consistent yield!! I prefer Dr feriduni s hairlines which is what I had done, but for consistent results you can't top lorenzo!!! In the UK I'd only really consider Dr reddy from Hatley street he seems to get good yield with low graft numbers and has some very impressive results, but is very expensive! I did consider Hatley street hair clinic who don't post on here but iv seen patients who have posted personal experiences and they have had great results, I had a consult with them and almost had my procedure with them but decided to wait and research a bit more and eventually settled for Dr feriduni! Research and research, look at which Dr is best at what you want to achieve and if you get a bad vibe from that one then continue your search!! Good luck and choose wisely!!
  12. Check out feriduni hair to graft numbers on fue he uses mainly 1s and 2s very few multiple hair grafts! And gets fantastic results!
  13. I agree Dr feriduni is a top fue surgeon and one of the nicest people I have met!! A real gentleman and a man of his word!! That's why he's booked sooooooo far in advance!! Great strip surgeon too!!
  14. http://bellicapelli.forumfree.it/?f=7790178 Check out this link, what do you think Dr feller?
  15. Everyone should check out the thread updated today best fue surgeons on that thread page 2 there is a link to Dr kesser check out his results via fue, that's right results! !! Seems the 3 forces which stop fue growth aren't so evident here! If that's not strip like yield or better I don't know what is!
  16. Hi mate Don't stress out! Everyone has a bit of buyers remorse afterwards if you chose well and grow well all will be fine! ! If you do progress and decide to tap out and shave down you will at least have a framed face with your transplanted hairline! I shave mine down to a 2 guard and all looks natural and if I grow it all looks good! The donor also looks fine at a 1 grade no issues!! Just try and relax, as long as the grafts were taken from the universal safe zine they should last a lifetime!
  17. Looks great for 4 months looks like it's gonna be a belter of a result!
  18. Why would lorenzo bother? He showcases his results very regularly with HD videos, all angles, wet, dry, comb through shaven donors zoomed on and out on showing amazing transformations!! The likes of him and feriduni are booked up for upto 12 months or more in advance so why would he bother, His results are all he needs to put out there, results are all that matters in the end! He doesn't need the business, so you see apple constantly trying to point out the flaws in android? Nope, they don't need to, they stick to what there good at!! The top ranking fue Dr's won't be remotely threatened by this thread or Dr feller, they will just keep doing what their doing!!! We all know if you want good fue then you don't usually go to the states, koniour I'd imagine would be good, haven't seen any matured results yet but probably will be good, vories seems to be the most consistent out there at the moment along with diep who seems good also apart from that not that many! The laws stopping tech involvement mean that most Dr's can't perform larger sessions there hence why Dr feller sees poor results I'd imagine! Europe and particularly Belgium and Turkey seem to lead the way with fue and Manchester when lorenzo was there for a year!
