    Although not what u want in terms of density,I'd say a big cosmetic improvement from your pre op photos!!! Why so many grafts needed now?? 1800 seemed to low but another 2500 means a total of 4300 which seems a lot for what needed doing?? Is that including any crown work?? But still I think from what u had done and the fact them grafts didn't all go into the hairline it looks much better mate!!! Good luck!!!

    Uk43 documenting the way you have is great for everyone who is interested in having hair restoration done,and it's only through people like yourselves that everyone gains information on how drs procedures differ,and as said I'm sure you will have a great result,it would be a shame not to document it as just because people have different experiences of who does what and how,it doesn't mean anyone is right or wrong!! The techs who worked on you will do that job day in day out and very experienced more so than the dr in some aspects,also the dr can't do it all due to fatigue and so I really wouldn't worry,as everyone has said the work looks good and I'm sure it will turn out great!!! It would be good for you to document as that's how you,me and everyone else gets an insight into how things are done and what to expect!! If you don't continue to post,I really wish you all the best and hope in 12 months you post a belting result,which I'm sure you will

    I am also suprised the Dr didn't do more of the work? I think its common practise for the Dr to draw the area in which hairs are to be placed,and make all the incisions,I don't think they always remove all the grafts aswell although I believe they sometimes do some if not all! I think generally the techs implant all but the hairline itself and remove most if not all the grafts! But i know that differs between drs,Lorenzo foes the extractions,incisions,and planting himself but I don't think that's the norm? I may be wrong! but i would of expected him to do the incisions help with the extractions and certainly be present to oversee things! Having said that I wouldn't worry as I'm sure it will turn out great! Good luck!

    Hi bestinworld,I was going to use Harley street hairclinic but changed my mind due to not being able to see any grown out patients in person and lack of people on these sites who used them! Also my consultation was pretty breif and not thorough enough for my liking! Having said that there results on there site look pretty good,one or two not so good example,a few good and a few excellent! Especially ad they seem to use low graft amounts! I think they seem to be the bestt in the UK and only do fue and was 50l50 as to whether to use them,but eventually decided to travel and use a recommended Dr from this site with lots of results,but that was a personal choice! I do wish u all the best and hope you have a fantastic result,as I do think they produce some and it would be great to see some more from the UK! I also didn't like that in the 18 months I researched they hardly added any new examples on there site,which I would have been happier with! Also when I went for my consult they only had 1 surgeon who was a lady who did Wayne rooneys,she seemed lovely but was a bit rushed on the day,so I'm suprised it wasn't her who did your ht,unless they have more surgeons now? Anyway is be interested I'm seeing your results if your happy to shoe them me on a pm? If not I understand and hope you get the results you deserve! I'm sure you will!

    Hi neo,check out his results on his website,I was set on bisanga but after more research and literally checking hundreds of results on fue from almost everyone, I believe dr feriduni produces as good fue as any other dr out there!!! Better than most!! I'm booked in for march for fue with him and have no doubts about choosing him!! Defiantly add him to your list!! Also he seems a really nice normal guy! His patient advisor is on here called cristian,really sound bloke contact him for more info!! Hope this helps!

    Hey mate your not slagging them off,your simply displaying your result!!! Also the people who run this site sometimes mediate with the dcotornto make them aware of the situation which may also help with obtaining a satisfactory outcome!! The dr shouldn't take offence,they can't just expect only the great results to be posted and accept that praise without taking account the not so great,and a good dr will wantnyou to be happy and should resolve the matter!! Looking at your pre and post op 6 month photos I think your right at this stage to be concerned!! Hopefully for no reason in the long run,but it won't hurt for them to take a look!'

    I think to be fair that works both ways chrisdav,there are some fantastic fue results posted and some average/below average and same for fut! However when ever a poor fue result is shown its very often attributed to that method by fut fans,but if a poor fut is shown its mainly attributed to shockloss or mpb continuing as reasons as to why the result isn't so good! Never fut has not been successful! There are some results of 3000-4000 fit results will very little improvemenr,so this method also has no guarantees! I do think however fut does produce better results mire consistently than fue due to the extraction method,but that's the gamble! If fut was 100% guaranted yield then maybe more people would accept the scar at the back,but with fue you've still got a very good chance if not quite as good as fut of having excellent results! But if your unlucky and they don't meet your expectations at least if you decide to accept your situation you canshave down and move on! Yes fue gives lots of small scaring when shaved very short but nothing Joe public would notice however everyone would notice a long linear scar no matter how good the work was and I think thats why fue only is for some! I'm having fue with Dr feriduni,and could have had fut for a lot less money but believe his fue results are close if not on par with his fut! Hopefully mine will be a success but if for whatever reason it wasnt is be less frantic as shaving down would still be possible if all rose failed! Your result by the way is amazing! And I'm sure you have no regrets having fut! But as iv read on so many blogs here some people with less favourable results do regret it because of the linear scar and not being able to then buzz down! Guess its a gamble,and different people take a different sort if gamble! No ones right and no ones wrong as neither guarantee results!
