  1. Malcolm I notice you have posted a reply to my public profile page and also your own. In the interest of transparency I think it is also appropriate to have it here in this thread. Please could you link to it or post here also Regards ej
  2. Malcolm, My experiences and opinions that I have posted above, are substantially in the same form as my original post and remain unchanged. Just to clarify, I returned from Greece and complained to Mendelsohn re grafts numbers that he quoted for at the consultation stage, and the amount that I actually received. The initial consultation, and later partial refund for the above, that Mendelsohn agreed to pay me took place at Mendelsohns apartment Stockport UK upon my return so obviously there was no result I never heard from Mendelsohn again. My opinion is based upon my experience and results that I had at that time, and I am perfectly entitled to share my experience and opinions as it is simply the truth. ej
  3. I think shock loss is fairly common and usually grows back in time. 1 year time is when i would arrive at a conclusion. Get some pictures up then we can see what, and where you are all the best ej
  4. I think Spex is reasonable in what he has said. Why would you make a statement and back it up with no pictures? When i had a disastrous result with a coalition dr the first thing I did was post pics whilst requesting help and advice .
  5. Hi David I hope all is good You have come along way with your repair you look great! I read a while back that Doctor Ball uses hyperthermasol as a holding solution for grafts. If I remember correctly he said he was suprised more docs didnt use it as it increases yield considerably. Have you found this to be the case not only for yourself but in general with your clients? All the best ej
  6. It seems to me, to be a difficult job for a tech to plant 1k grafts into a graft site, that is bleeding and healing. Do you think the `stick and place` technique would be more suitable overall for fue? Nice video look forward to the updates All the best ej
  7. I would avoid at all costs. Mendelsohn has spent the last few years cleaning up his image online. There used to be pages of negative comments about him, however due to the new data protection laws I believe he has spent time getting most of it removed. My own experience of him was that of a car `salesman` who told me i had the donor for 3k grafts via fue. He then showed me a video of himself having the fue procedure. He suckered me in as I was young and naive. When I got to Greece the Dr took two strips either side of my head leaving me with massive scars and little growth. Fortunately Dr Bisanga managed to improve my situation with beard fue I remember Mendelsohns Doctor who he described as a `top man` every time he went to use anesthesia he said to me quote "say thank you dr" whilst the techs stood about laughing. On my return I knocked on Malcolms door and he gave me some money back as basically I was not leaving, if you know what I mean. The man is an utter scumbag, and not to be trusted, he hides away in Greece now The man is best avoided, use the search function on this site go back a few years. He has not managed to eradicate his shameful past on this forum ej
  8. I would look at Erdogan or Ozgur at HLC Ankara Erdogan seems to be knocking out great results one after the other and only heard good things about HLC and Ozgur also All the best man ej
  9. HLC seem to be one of the best in Turkey. They have a lot of body beard hair repair work on you tube. Use stick and place and hyperthermosol holding solution looks like they get great growth would like to see more of their results on here
  10. Oh please ... give it up you are embarrassing. The above is your modus operandi. You claimed I made statements that I never made, on the thread you claim you `ruined` me in ....... You know the one you took hours out of your day to trawl through youtube with ten year old results from a doctor you do not like, to try and discredit him. Only to then get totally owned by a happy patient of that doctor who posted to say how `happy` he was ..... You know first hand experience, actual patient experience, happy with his outcome overjoyed in fact!!! That resulted in zero comment from you because just like 10x12x42 owned you ...... You got totally owned .....
  11. Pah ! It is amusing though seeing you get torn a new one by 10x12x6 If it was a boxing bout it would have been stopped ages ago
  12. I did not say I had learnt anything from this thread. What I did say was that there is some good information within this thread, perhaps that may be useful for someone reading and considering medication.
  13. Not really, I think there is some good info within this thread. Also exposes a couple of people who think they know it all and clearly do not
  14. I think you have made a sensible decision. This Doc has many documented repair cases. I would not worry about names on forums, I think a few forums have docs names that flag up for one reason or another. Good luck with your repair and update here with BIGGER pictures as it helps others who may unfortunately be in a similar position Take it easy ej
  15. The highlighted text is exactly why the OP should not listen to somebody like you. If anyone could direct me to the `ignore member` button I would be grateful ej
  16. I am happy with my hair thank you, and if I worked for any clinic then I would disclose it as the forum rules request, if you had taken the time to read them then you would know this. What I did say was this clinic was worth a `consult` as it can only benefit the op, and give him valuable info, density available, courseness of his hair, overall donor quality, predicted pattern of loss etc and what can realistically be achieved. It is strange that you would attack me for this ? The results regardless of what you think are very good considering the low number of grafts used. Plenty of donor left for the future if needed and small sessions to maximise yield. I suspect half of the `cherry picked` videos to be repair work and without the doctors or clients input we do not know. What we do know is that repair work seems to have a better yield with `smaller sessions` due to micro-scarring and poor vascularity I am curious as to why someone would take the time and effort to trawl through a doctors results on youtube to `cherry pick` the majority of repair cases and then present them whilst not posting a comparable case that was also there, of 3500 k grafts fue? The client `leo` has had 3500k fue into zones 1,2,3,4 a norwood 5, he has exceedingly good results and a great yield. Perhaps this doctor turns away 21 year olds who want 3500k grafts into their hairline, who knows?
  17. I have never heard of him to be honest. Seems he offers other procedures also, which would concern me as not solely doing hair restoration. Also quotes in hairs not grafts which I find can be misleading. As I said earlier I would consult with one doc in oz. Looking at your pictures I would see how a shorter style looked, I honestly do not think you need a transplant at this time your hair looks good from what I can see.
  18. No they are not, one case is a repair with `2000 fue chest hair`to compare these results to what other clinics showcase is ridiculous! It is like comparing apples and oranges. Most of these videos are repair procedures, an extremely difficult procedure from the outset. Neither of us know if this is the finished result or well planned repair work to maximise the yield over several procedures ..... result pending, either way the clients are in a much better place
  19. Really ? He has mis-quoted me. Most of these videos are repair procedures. No doctor is a miracle worker and for the number of grafts used there appears to be a big improvement. We also remain unaware if any of these are a finished result or a work in progress. Often repair procedures are staged in several small sessions to give the best possibilty for graft survival and yield as vascularity in scar tissue is often compromised and needs to be reestablished.
  20. nope ......... not that time You need to re read what I actually said
  21. oh dear .......... you really do shoot from the hip dont you !
