  1. Lazzo do not waste your hard earned money in Ireland.
  2. I would have Strip over Fue every day of the week, even if my scalp was untouched. The purpose of a hair transplant is to gain more hair, with the highest chance of a positive outcome. The purpose of a hair transplant is not what scar I am going to obtain at the end of the process. With a limited donor supply and the higher cost involved with Fue, Can you really risk paying a huge sum of money (for most normal people) with the chance that it may/may not work and the added fact that if it doesn't work, you decrease the crucial finite donor supply, leaving you with less hair to achieve the required coverage you previously requested. Then to top it off, the new difficulty of transplanting again on to an area of scalp that has already been transplanted on, spending more money AGAIN, on top of what has already been spent. I don't really understand people’s argument. The scarring now for fut is minimal and in cases possibly better than fue. People interact with people head on, face to face, not by the back of the head. If you wrote down all the positives and negatives of both procedures, Fut wins hands down. The top surgeons do meet several times a year, where they share information, and perform on patients in workshops. If the majority of the all seem to come to same agreement, which they do, it is very hard to disagree with them.
  3. Spex is the best person you could talk to in the UK. I would strongly suggest you send him a mail on here. He gives great advice.
  4. Do not pay a single penny of yours to laser treatment. I had a consultation with the Harley Street Hair Clinic. There are better surgeons on here and I would suggest having a consultation with 5 good surgeons from here. After talking through your problems with them,it should hopefully boost your morale and they will give you valuable, honest advice to help you to achieve your goals.
  5. Hello Andy Northwest. I am sorry to hear of your previous surgeries. I had two poor surgeries in the UK, One at Norton and one at FUE clinics. The Uk has a very poor reputation for hair restoration and unfortunately, you are another victim. Farjo are the best Britain has to offer but after a lot of research, there are better clinics abroad in my honest opinion for a more reasonable price. A large number of forum members from here, who are British , fly abroad to have their hair repaired. I recently travelled to America to see Dr Feller to repair my hair. When were your previous surgeries and how many grafts did you have?
  6. Would be nice to see some pictures to back up this statement.
  7. Your on track. Looks good. Be VERY patient shiningdome. It doesn't all just suddenly appear. I know it's hard
  8. Looking great. Looks a bit like your hair Spex.
  9. You should be going to Hasson and Wong, period. I have not seen any of Dr Umar's results that can even compare to Hasson and Wong density and thickness. Just because he is a listed doctor on here does not mean he is in the same league as another doctor listed on here. Fut scars now are like the edge of a pack of cards and paper thin. There is a misconception regarding fut scars. Strip was first performed in the 1950's or something and the whole process has been refined and evolved considerably since then. Its has been around far longer than fue and usually people see a scar from like 10, 20 years ago and think they are like that now.
  10. They are both very good and it would be difficult to differentiate between the two. Just be decisive
  11. Congratulations drcpa. Dr Alexander is an excellent surgeon. Keep everyone posted with your progress.
  12. It's look good for 6 months Southbeacharchi and within months 6-9, it should improve considerably more.
