  1. Fantastic results! That dudes got a mop now!!! I think you missed a number for the hair count...
  2. Yeah bud talk to the doc ASAP as something def has not taken... Hope all goes well!
  3. DONT GO TO BOSELY! While they may have some good docs its a crapshoot! DONT GO RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH!!!! You have found the right place... And dont let a location of the top clinics discourage you from going to them.... RESEARCH
  4. Highjump First of all take the 600 graft idea and throw that out of the equation.... If Dr. Rahal and Hasson and Wong estimated you around 3000-3500 i would start thinking thats where most type of top notch clinics will put you at. If you take anything from this thread listen to Eman said TAKE YOUR TIME AND RESEARCH!!!!! If you are uncomfortable with those first three consults keep researching and keep consulting with top notch clinics found here. You will find even the top notch clinics having different ideologies on how to approach a HT some more aggressive some less aggressive. If I were you I would, wait and RESEARCH, get on fin, and definitely find out what your estimated donor supply is. Being young with advanced hair loss and a finite donor supply (like myself) is the main obstacle you have to consider. Hope this helps
  5. Research research research... I would wait as long as you can and listen to what the fellas above said... Enjoy what you have now, see if the fin helps, and really understand what your getting yourself into! I had my HT at the age of 26 and i had more loss than you, i opted for a strip of 2k grafts with a top notch doc an I was on top of the world for 5 years... Having that said I got lazy and got off fin, and guess what happened.... My hair loss accelerated.... I always knew this would be a minimal 3 step process. I am currently back on fin and setting myself up for possibly getting another HT in the next year or so, Im trying to wait as long as I can. Just know if you start to lose your hair early it will almost certainly keep going... Just prepare yourself.... Listen to Mickey85 for your FUE guidance, obviously hes done his homework... You have come to the right place. Hope this helps
  6. Jo what was this patients donor density and hair characteristics? AMAZING RESULT WOW!!!!! I'm very interested to know!
  7. ApGomez its easier said than done but at least you found this out before going into the HT and regretting it later. I know this doesnt help you in the way you want it to help, but it can also be worse. You sound like a good person keep your head up!!!!!!!! I kinda wish i could do the shave head look, cause like Mick said its a good way to say F#CK OFF!
  8. So how about them questions about Hasson and Wong....?... Gooooooo Team!
  9. And I raaaan I ran so far awaaaay.... Gotta getta away!!!!!!!!!
  10. I honestly got my "life back" and honestly I just didn't think about my hair loss. I stopped posting in my blog cause i was care free. Now naturally since more native hair has fallen out I'm back cause I need another HT in my long HT journey. Most of the times I believe people just get on with their lives... Check out my blog, you can see how I just stopped posting but I came back cause I felt guilty. Hair Transplant Blogs
  11. You have an aggressive pattern for being so young, but fortunately it looks like you may have a solid donor area. If I were you start going to recommended clinics to get consultations. Most one here will help, but no one can replicate an in person consult with a respectable doctor. I would guess (JUST A GUESS) that you have slightly above average donor density, and it appears your hair shaft diameter may be thicker and more coarse than average, both hopefully good signs. Hope all goes well....
  12. Hairtoday, Looking forward to see how your journey goes as I plan on doing the same thing if cash allows... Hope all goes well
  13. Great job and great sequence of progress in the pictures!!!!!! Dr. was this result via strip or fue? Excellent work!
  14. I have to say this is amazing work by Dr. Umar!!!! He really gives anyone a chance of having a presentable look! I don't think this thread should be getting side tracked as many previous threads have gotten side tracked with this FUT vs FUE debate.... Its getting old especially with the same people always in it...... And honestly i do respect the members that get in these debates, but show respect to the doc in this thread for doing an unbelievable job to each of these patients and restoring normalcy in their lives! Dr. Umar you are quickly rising to the top on my chart, WELL DONE!!!!
  15. Nicely done!!!! Doc when you said relatively low density were you referring to his "donor density"? If so how would you say his donor density was (total graft amount 5k???)? Amazing amount of coverage for such an amount of grafts for a large area!
  16. Alexio It appears your donor area is having a difficult time with this procedure, where there any complications? Hope all goes well
