azazelgs,
I've seen the results in person on a couple of patients. It was in March while I was in Italy with Dr. Hasson. I also saw the results of several other tattoo clinics in Madrid then London, several of which you've heard of. None of them looked natural to me but the results I saw from Beauty Medical looked the best. When the owner, Milena, found out we were in Rome she came down from Milan by train to have dinner with us and I spoke to her at length about her procedure. It fades, yes, and she has her own custom machine and pigments that she and her company have come up with. It is being used by several hospitals in northern Italy on several patients. I asked her specifically about the color as it fades and she told me it does not change color. One of our dinner companions is a friend of ours and happens to be a patient of hers and he had SMP into his existing hair. It is naturally still too full for surgery but thin enough to be filled via SMP and it worked very well. The challenge is that even if the pigment does not change color at what point does it fade enough to warrant a repeat session? How does one replace each "dot" of SMP that is fading with a new dot in the exact same place to prevent a confluence of pigment? There are no results that are out long enough to answer this definitively. One thing is for certain, it is still 2 dimensional so it will not be natural on a bald scalp. I cannot stress this enough. I have said it before, once even on Spencer's show, that if you absolutely HAVE to have SMP and there is zero alternative and you are ready to accept the risks then Milena Lardi and Beauty Medical is the place to go. Please understand this is not a recommendation, it is a compromise.

Jotronic, What do you think is a better option? To SMP my revised scar after the scar revision with Dr. Melina or FUE it? Which option do you think is more reasonable for revised scars?

Isn't this kind of the same concept as tattooing dermamatch (when done with existing hair) ? Women have been doing that with eyeliner for years.
