Senior Member L0ke Posted April 25 Senior Member Share Posted April 25 FUE performed on our patient (32) with • NW III beginning vertex, Class T • Donor density of 94 FU/cmÇ occipital, 94 FU/cmÇ parietal, 94 FU/cmÇ temporal • Hair diameter of ~ 44 - 51 microns Treatment plan Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and midhead section. Performed procedure FUE (May 13, 2022) Follicular Unit Extraction with 3701 FU: * 412 single hair FU * 2407 double hair FU * 882 triple hair FU * 315 quadruple hair FU HGI: 2,2 Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,8 - 1,0 mm). Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0,85 mm serrated trumpet punch. Partial microscopic preparation of the single follicular unit grafts.
