  1. I believe you could benefit greatly frm a HT if done properly to rebuild your hair line and increase overall density on the frontal third. However, it's very important to be on hair loss medications such as finasteride. Do you have a hair loss regiment ? What's your family history when it comes to Alopecia ?
  2. I'm afraid that the "illusion of density" truism is often used by some doctors as a lazy and lame excuse for subpar results
  3. It's true that maybe with longer hair it kind of looks Ok. Nevertheless, the right temple is very weak regardless
  4. This tip didn't work for me. Unfortunately many people online, especially influencers, try to present the idea of shampooing less (or not at all) as a panacea for many scalp conditions (including oiliness and even hair loss). If you're curious enough you can try it for a couple of weeks or a month and then assess. If not, try sticking to daily washes, alternating between a gentle shampoo without sulfate, and medicated shampoos (the ones I mentionned above).
  5. Fin is not known to cause oily scalp. Some people who are on Dut saw an improvement in their oily scalp condition. 2% Ketokonazol shampoo daily is indeed a lot. Switch your frequency to twice a week only. Try incorporating a Selenium disulfide and salicylic acid shampoo (use it twice a week as well). Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo on days where your're not using the medicated shampoos. I think you should wash your hair daily.
  6. They're not supposed to, as long as you wash your hair regularly
  7. I think the closest liposomal formulation is that of the italian farmacia parati. I don't believe it uses the silocys system though.
  8. You can get 2000 grafts for 6000 if you decide to go with Bruno Pinto or Ximena Vila
