I am very bald. see fotos Dr PITTELLA did 2 days surgery and put hair everywhere. Was 2 relax days. No pain. Good lunch, good snack. Sleep a lot. Stop to pee. This is something else. Have never seen numbers like this in such a short period of time. Dr Pittella is an innovator for sure. Really excited to see this result and a lot more from Pittella. Most reputable docs will not do more than 3k a day and schedule the second surgery a year later,the reasons for this are fairly well documented. Of course there are mills in Turkey that will do 5k a day but not 11k over two days like this. This isn't a criticism,I just don't understand how this is possible.Surely everybody who needs it will be requesting 11k grafts? What has changed in the science? If you search for the Drs name on YouTube there are some videos which cover how he performs the hair analysis and planning. There appears to be some unique attributes of his approach, which he seems to consider IP and therefore does not disclose. What is curious is that the commonly held view that follicles compete for blood flow and so the maximum number in a single procedure seem to being challenged here. That said, most of his surgeries seem to be for high Norwood levels so perhaps the ultimate density isn't massively high. Either way, it's impressive. That’s a lot of work but bravo on the dedication. The only issue with that approach is if everything isn’t executed perfectly, then there’s not much recourse. how many grafts came just from your head donor? I too am a high norwood, and Dr. Pittella is one of the doctors I'm considering. I sent him photos, and this is the graft estimate he replied with: HT FUE in 2 Giga-sessions (4500+4000 grafts): -Objective: First surgery priority to front area, second surgery priority to crown.
