Senior Member stephcurry30 Posted August 21, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted August 21, 2022 Looking good! When would you say the redness finally left and your skin tone in the recipient area went back to normal?
Regular Member aNewHairHope Posted August 23, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted August 23, 2022 I think at around 2.5 months the redness wasn't noticeable. Also helps that hair is long enough to hide recipient area.

Regular Member aNewHairHope Posted October 21, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 21, 2022 Hey all, Generally going well I think. Not styled here but normally I can get it all to match well. Having the decent forelock to start with helps alot ... the new hairs really add to illusion of density. I like how the head on is looking! One thing that I keep looking at is the temples. I much prefer the left temple to the right one. It seems to match my native better. See what I mean with the red line? Or am I just being crazy?
Senior Member mrmane85 Posted October 22, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted October 22, 2022 (edited) I get what you're saying. The right temple is a bit more curved than the right, although I wouldn't have noticed if you didn't mention it Edited October 22, 2022 by mrmane85

See what I mean with the red line? Or am I just being crazy? Looks awesome! I have a procedure booked with Dr. Nadimi next spring. I know I’ll be getting instructions as I get closer to the date, but just wondering if you remember what they told you regarding the days/weeks leading up to the procedure with taking minoxidil, microneedling, alcohol, other supplements, etc as well as with after? It seems like every doctor is a little different with their before/after care instructions.

Regular Member aNewHairHope Posted December 14, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 14, 2022 At 7 months now, here's updated photos. The new hair hasn't merged with the existing yet but I'm really liking the hairline. I'm still seeing new hairs pop, particularly around the hairline. What y'all think?

Senior Member Vann Posted December 15, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted December 15, 2022 It’s really coming to frame. I think you definitely got an amazing result for what you used. Perhaps when the hair thickness kicks in more the density will fill in more. 1 Follow my first hair transplant journey 3,252 Grafts a minimum of 6,712 hairs June 2022

Regular Member Vaz430 Posted December 16, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted December 16, 2022 Do you have any day of or day after pics? I saw some other pics of someone who was with Dr Konior from the day of surgery, and it looked like both the donor and recipient areas weren't as red/bloody looking as pics of people with other doctors right after surgery. Is he just better at getting smaller incisions or was it just that specific person?
Regular Member aNewHairHope Posted December 16, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 16, 2022 Dr. Konior just shared with me some pics immediately post-op and they are crazy clean as you've seen in other cases. It must be something to do with his technique - perhaps stick-in-place rather than pre-made incisions?

Regular Member Nordster34 Posted December 19, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted December 19, 2022 Wow this is incredible work. I was very close to selecting Konior for my procedure and the only reason I didn’t was because the dates he had available didn’t align with my calendar… your pre and post op hairline are pretty much exactly where I was and what I was shooting for. Really great result! Congratulations! Check out my thread for what an alternative path could’ve looked like… Just to confirm, you did 2 full day FUE sessions with Konior, right? I know he prices FUE by the full day session vs. by the graft.
