Regular Member Yolando Posted March 24, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted March 24, 2022 (edited) Hey guys, It’s been a while, hope everyone is doing well. My first transplant was an amazing success and was looking forward to get my second one. Link to my first hair transplant: The first time around, i was going for coverage since I had a lot to cover. This time, I was going for density, especially in the back. I was exiting to see again Dr. Konior and is team, and trust me, I wasn’t disappointed. Honestly, they are amazing. They are so gifted at what they do, and so kind. I have the upmost respect for them. Theses are my grafts details: 1 = 95 - 2 = 930 - 3 = 1023. Total 2048 grafts Sorry for the pictures, I dont't understand why they don't come out straight. Theses are a few pictures before my second hair transplant : This time around I was so relax and had no worries with the surgery. Didn’t hurt one bit and took about 11 hours. FUE is a lot less hard to recover compared to FUT and I was back at work after only one week. Very happy so far with the surgery, and since I know how it works this time around. I’m a lot less concern with my hair and spent literally no time in front of the mirror compared to the first transplant 😆 Theses are a pictures of my first week Post-Opt, : I really like the last picture ! I was very happy with the outcome and look forward for the months to come. Looking forward to hear back from you guys Cheers Edited March 25, 2022 by Yolando did a mistake

Regular Member Shah007 Posted March 24, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted March 24, 2022 Did u find recovery from FUT really hard vs recovery from FUE and was it worth the benefits of FUT over FUE in the first procedure?

Well, on FUT, you are on medication for at least a week and they are quite strong. In my case I needed someone with me to help me out the first week. As for FUE there is no medication, I was fine the next day and didn’t need any help what so ever. But FUT is not bad had all, and I’m glad I did that for my first procedure, no regrets. hope this helps Edited March 24, 2022 by Yolando
Regular Member Ryan Rap Posted March 25, 2022 Regular Member Share Posted March 25, 2022 (edited) Looks great, as always from Konior. It’ll turn out awesome. Happy growing! Also, how many estimated grafts did he say you have remaining? Edited March 25, 2022 by Ryan Rap
Senior Member Britanium Posted March 25, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted March 25, 2022 Fantastic progress already. Beautiful work by one of the best ! I’m actually pretty envious of your previous FUT scar, very pencil like thin.

Senior Member BDK081522 Posted March 25, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted March 25, 2022 That FUT scar is fantastic! You've held onto your crown very well for no meds. That's rare with how much frontal recession you had. Look forward to the next few months and the hair storm! 1 Bosley 11-2016 FUE - 1,407 grafts Dr. Diep 09-2017 FUE - 2,024 grafts Dr. Konior 03-2020 FUE - 2,076 grafts Dr. Konior 09-2021 FUE - 697 scalp to scalp, FUE - 716 beard to beard Total scalp FUE - 6,204 grafts
Senior Member anotherhairlosssufferer Posted March 25, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted March 25, 2022 Awesome to be able to follow someone who went back to Dr. Konior for more density. I *might* do that at some point but not rushing! 1 Minoxidil 1x day Stopped Fin due to sides HT With Dr. Konior December 2020: https://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/anotherhairlossdude/4442
